Loved the customer service! We had a big order and thought we were going to be there a while but within 10 minutes or less they had my order ready. They do delivery for more then $10 purchases, but do have to pay $1 for delivery. Amazing service!

The food is very good,better than in 5* places in Chinatown. Rice is fresh,not dry. Prices are better too. Service is welcoming. Very comfortable to order through their website,even though you have to pay extra $2 convenience fee.

I used to live nearby this place and I would order all the time for years! I love their food, frankly it’s one of the best chinese food spot I’ve ordered from. They remembered who I was and my address too when I ordered on the phone. The lady who answers the phone is also very nice to me!

The food was ok, couple of questions to the hygiene of the place. Additionally, they didn’t provide us with chopsticks and didn’t ask us if we need them

The shrimp lo mein was good ah (as heck) It was also fast. Like, definitely less than 5 min from placing my order to going out the door with it.

We were greeted with a smile and our order was taken right away. Service satisfactorily answered all of our questions about the menu and provided good information about the menu. Being a nice take-out joint with good service, it is a petty to say that the food is not that great, the dumplings were chewy and rice was insipid. I would recommend to visit somewhere else for a quick bite, this is a decent Chinese takeout restaurant.

I always order from here. Food is great. Best tasting in my neighborhood, but just a day ago i found Aphid BUGS in my steamed broccoli in-between the bushy part, the top part that looks like a tree. And to make things even worse, i was just about done with my meal! I had 4 little pieces of broccoli left when i saw them. I look at my food when i eat and i don't think i consumed any... except maybe one because i didn't think i had to look all up in the broccoli like that! But now... hmm. I think i may need to do so from now on. I saw them because i don't get sauce all the time. If you get broccoli with sauce, you definitely won't see them. Anyway i don't blame the chinese people and i'm not mad at them; because these bugs can unfortunately be found on many kinds of produce, especially organic. I just hope after i called them and told them that i found bugs (like 3 little ones) in my broccoli that they wash their produce more thoroughly for future reference. Hopefully they care to do so! o_O So, check your food from there thoroughly! I called them to let them know what i found and i told them to check their broccoli before sending out more orders. Hopefully they did. I don't make a big deal about stuff like this. I don't believe these bugs can cause much harm to anyone if consumed. I just feel that it is nasty to mistakenly eat them though. No one wants to eat bugs. So again, check your food! Last time i ate here. I decided to order my meat and broccoli order without the sauce for the first time; because i usually get it with sauce. I tried steamed meat and broccoli instead; and i went to eating my food and noticed that there was these black and white "things" in my food. Upon looking closer, it was aphid bugs everywhere throughout my food. It was so repulsive. And i thought to myself, "now i know why these people always ask me more than usual then any other chinese if i want sauce. Want sauce on this? Sauce on that? Sauce with this. Sauce with that. Sauce. Sauce. Sauce! Never ordered from here again.

Food was delivered cold no pork in my pork fried rice. Rice was mushy, egg roll disgusting, prices weren’t the same as online. I’m never buying food from there again!! Just horrible

Last time i ate here. I decided to order my meat and broccoli order without the sauce for the first time; because i usually get it with sauce.
