Mr. Moto Pizza in Seaport Village gave me serious New York pizza vibes! There's nothing like grabbing a slice and enjoying it while taking in the beautiful marina view—such a perfect spot for a quick and delicious bite. The service was super fast, and the food was next level. I tried the Extra Virgin pizza, and it was out of this world! The crust was thin, crispy, and perfectly cooked, just like an authentic New York slice. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced, making every bite absolutely satisfying. The garlic knots were a hit too. The regular ones were crispy on the outside and warm, soft, and pillowy on the inside—the perfect balance of textures. The stuffed garlic knots were equally amazing, generously filled and packed with flavor. Overall, it’s 5 stars from me! If you’re in Seaport Village and craving a slice, this is the place to go. Mr. Moto offers a true New York-style pizza experience, with fast service and incredible food. You won’t be disappointed!

This place surprised me. Small, but awesome quality and flavor. Sat outside watched the bay and had one of the best pizza I’ve had in months. Salads and Knots are def a plus. You need to try this before you leave San Diego. Great job guys.

One of my favourite location for Mr Moto pizza. Good for quick stop and people watching. It’s only good if you can go by walking me hard to park unless you park at seaport parking lot.

*Great thin crust “pizza by the slice” option with a bay view* Stopped at Mr. Moto for a dinner option that my teen daughter and I could warm later at our hotel. We were thrilled with the “pizza by the slice” deal that got us two huge pieces of pizza and a soda. We added garlic knots and it was a delicious meal that cost well-under what we spent on every other meal in San Diego. The staff were lovely and the view of the bay was enjoyable while we waited for our food. If we were dining on site, it would have been a nice perk. Highly recommend!

Tried their piece of art slice pizza, and it was fantastic. They have a nice outdoor eating area. I have heard of Mr. Moto for years, and i’m glad i finally tried the delicious pizza. Will definitely be back. They are located at the beautiful seaport village.

Mr. Moto Pizza in Seaport Village is a great spot for a casual and enjoyable meal. I ordered two slices—one pepperoni and another with honey (and some other toppings I can’t quite remember), along with two beers and a garlic knot. The pizza was really good, New York-style, and the beer was great too. The atmosphere is what really makes this place stand out. If you go around 5 or 6 PM, the sun starts setting, and you get a beautiful view of the ocean with boats passing by. You can sit at the outdoor bar, which gives you a perfect spot to take it all in. Service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and overall, for the price, the view, and the whole experience, I’d say it was excellent. Definitely a place I’d come back to. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, it’s definitely worth a stop.

We randomly ended up at Mr. Moto Pizza after failing to find the restaurant we originally planned to visit, and honestly, we're so glad we did. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The crust was thin and perfectly crispy on the bottom, and the toppings were well-balanced and full of flavor. The slices topped with burrata cheese were especially amazing, rich, creamy, and just the right touch to make them stand out. The service was also great: friendly and fast. Plus, the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Sometimes the best meals come from unexpected changes in plans. We’d definitely come back here and recommend it to anyone looking for great pizza in the area.

Pizza was not like you ordinary Pizza. I loved that they had different flavors. I’m usually a pepperoni pizza girl but I tried the Chicken Buffalo and California love pizza, both of them were amazing. Blew my tastebuds away! Also tried the garlic knots, the right amount of garlic and butter

I tried a pizza slice and a stuffed spinach-ricotta knot with ranch and marinara on the side. Both were good.

What a great spot! We found Mr. Moto in little Italy, glad they have a place here too! We love their pizza! The knots are delicious too! We love the slice option and specials! The red sauce is really good. I got a Cesar salad, it's a good size for 2 people if you're also having pizza, but way too many croutons for me.

The pizza was pretty good. I'd say both the garlic roll and the view were much better. That garlic knot is special. It has some wonderful spinach inside that keeps the dough perfectly moist and tasty. They have beers and pizza by the slice right next to the pier.

Great late night option after the convention as it remains open till 9:30pm PDT while others close at 9 or earlier. But keep in mind the variety of slices will be limited since they're only serving what's available. I recommend the Moto slices. Those were my favorite out of everything I've tried there. They also have good deals where with a number of slices, you get a drink with it. I believe it's 3 slices and a drink for $17. Seating area size is limited but it's nothing to worry about as there's a lot of areas where you can take the slices to eat. Cash and card accepted.

After selecting three ingredients, I was surprised to find an additional $9 charge on my bill. When I asked for an explanation, the employee became unresponsive and refused to discuss the matter further. Expressing my dissatisfaction, I mentioned I would be writing a review about my experience, to which she curtly replied, “Do whatever you want.” This level of customer service is unacceptable ( if you keep scrolling down, you’ll see I’m not the only one that has had this problem ). Clear communication about menu items and associated costs is fundamental in the food industry. Moreover, treating customers with respect should be a given. I hope Mr. Moto Pizza addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences for future patrons.

They wouldn’t refund me the difference (about $5). It was strange and they wouldn’t redo the total. They could have easily refunded and then rang the order up again. Instead I had them just cancel the entire order which included a few more items. Just a strange experience overall - zero customer service.

We ordered over an hour ago and are staying at the Marriott Marquis. Online order 222 - I’ve called over 11 times with no answer and have an order that is over $70. I will get my money back. Still have no pizza. You all came highly recommended. Never again.
