I absolutely LOVEEE their soup dumplings !! Always supper hot and flavorful and incredibly affordable which is a huge plus Definitely my favorite place to grab good food

Checked out their new menu 🍽️ Vegetarian steamed dumpling 🍽️ cucumber salad 🍽️ spring rolls 🍽️ scallion pancake 🍽️ pan fried crispy noodle 🍽️ Shanghai fried udon 🍽️ iced soy milk Flavors are on point and Portion sizes are huge and oh it’s open until 2am!

Had the Spicy beef soup dumplings! The staff were quiet but friendly and when I asked them for ginger for my dipping sauce they readily provided it :) The dumplings were so warm and buttery(?) and it was just a little spicy so I think even those who don’t have spice tolerance can try it! Was a bit sad that some of them had more soup inside (might be that they tore bc there was a lil bit of soup pooling around the dish) but overall they were pretty juicy and tasty🫶🏻 The chili crisp condiment in the jars on the table was so good with the dumplings too 🤤 Definitely would love to come back again!

I've ordered a delivery for the first time from Nan Xiang Express and I must say that these dumplings with the broth inside were simply delicious and a tasty explosion in my mouth! They're so good that one leads to another! My order, despite was late night, arrived on time and perfectly prepared. Nice discovery in the area and I can’t wait to try them again!

The chicken soup dumplings were juicy and comforting, and the spicy beef ones had a nice kick. Wontons in spicy peanut sauce? Unreal – creamy, spicy, and addictive. Also loved the crispy veggie spring rolls. Fast, flavorful, and perfect for a dumpling fix near campus.

They really exceeded expectations for me pretty much as soon as I walked in. The decorum is excellent with every part of the infrastructure looking inviting. They have self serve water for while you are waiting for the food or even for while eating. The portions are really solid and the food was ready fast. Excellent service and atmosphere, I will definitely be back. I tried the chicken dumplings and the pan fried noodles with beef, both dishes were great and the rest of my party were satisfied with their dishes. A very welcome addition to the UWS

Just visited Nan Xiang Express and oh was it a treat! Started off with their soup dumplings, the Crab Meat & Pork ones are juicy perfection. But let’s talk about my favorites: the Shredded Pepper with Beef Noodles are an absolute must-try, so flavorful and just the right kick of spice. The Wonton Soup is comfort in a bowl, and the Scallion Pancake with Sliced Beef is crispy and packed with flavor. Also the Wonton in Spicy Peanut Sauce? So good! Rounded it all off with a refreshing Iced Soy Milk. If you’re in the mood for some seriously good dim sum, carbs, and more, this is your spot. Can’t wait to go back for more!

Delicious soup dumplings, open til 2am. What more do you need? Oh, delicious stir fried udon? It's excellent here too! Great prices? Sure! I'm so excited I can make this a ritual stop after getting off the bus a block away when I'm coming home from the airport late at night!!

i love soup dumplings and these hit the spot. i got the pork ones. it was clean there. i had their soy milk too. it tasted like standard soy milk not special but solid. yea filled me up and made me happy is all i got.

They’re open late. That’s huge in this neighborhood. Food is ok. Dumplings shells are too thick, imo. $$$ for portion size. Overall, food is decent, quality is average. Did I mention they’re open late ?

The broth was too spicy I couldn’t eat it unfortunately but The scallion pancake had good flavor. My friend liked his sesame chicken bowl it had good flavor.

I proceeded to have the scallion pancakes to see if those were any better, but also couldn’t finish them. I have had nonstop vomiting and diarrhea since then and don’t plan to return. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I think even for the business owner, it’s good to know that something is off with the food to avoid more people getting sick. I have lost several pounds in just a few days from everything that’s come out and feel horrible
