Do not use a card here - went to see lion King in the spring and repeated charges started showing up months later

Same here, went to the Lion King in April and got charges in Augustus and September (only 6 euros but glad I found all these reviews). My bank is cancelliing the card.

Like others, we saw the Lion King in April 2022 and have had multiple sets of charges post (or try to) to our credit card ever since. I've had to cancel the card and dispute all of the extra charges. If you are reading this, I would definitely NOT use a card here. They didn't even charge us back in April... The first charge showed up in August, very sketchy.

Went to see Lion King in Times Square 4/2022. Noticed 2 fraudulent charged posted to my account 8/2022 and 9/2022. Call your banks and report them!

I watched the Lion King in April 2022. I used my credit card to purchase food and drink. It is now September 2022, and my credit card is being fraudulently charged for concessions. In fact, it was charged last month (August) and this month, and I just noticed it on my card statement. Beware!

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Every few weeks since going and seeing The Lion King at the Minskoff Theatre in NY back in APRIL 2022, another drink charge would show up as pending in my bank account. GARBAGE company, do not use a card at any of their facilities or pop up bars. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!! Had to cancel my card and get a new one, then also take other steps through my bank to ensure no more charges come through after it's closed.

Saw the Lion King at the Minskoff theatre on Broadway in April. My bank contacted me with possible fraudulent activity, as they had charged my card again in August & September. Able to close out the card with my bank, but I expect much more from the bar provided by such a well respected theatre.

I went to Minskoff theatre in April to see Lion King with my family for my twins 16th Birthday. I used my card at the bar and have gotten multiple transactions charged to my account in May, August and now September! The charges have now overdrawn my account and I have had my bank card shut down twice! Don’t use your credit card here!

We saw Wicked at The Gershwin Theatre yesterday for the matinee show. I don't blame the bartender at the front row mezzanine for being overwhelmed, as she was the only bartender there for so many people. Still no excuse for being rude, mean and having a poor attitude to customer who waited in line and were then treated horribly. My sister didn't leave a tip as she had no money leftover (although my brother and I had just left a tip for her), and the bartender proceeded to raise her voice and yell at her for not tipping.
