I’ve eaten tacos from all over and these chicken tacos,I have to say are the best! Hands down!

The food is off the hook. They cook it all in the spot. Old shaby restaurant with authentic food. Just as what you expect when traveling in NYC. Bathroom is clean, better than most restaurants such as this gem. Oh, and, for customers ONLY! I'll be bringing my friends to this establishment. The attendant said they opened during the pandemic time. Rough struggle BUT they are still here! Be courteous, tip well and enjoy your meal 🍴.

Decent prices, friendly staff, and fantastic Mexican cuisine make Taco City a local favorite. Serving tacos, empanadas, quesadillas and more, as well as American dishes for all meals of the day, it's a great option for a fun, simple, delicious, and relatively inexpensive bite to eat.

Only a block away from where I live so I’m able to order and have my food ready by the time I walk there & their delivery is also a good option. My favorites to order fro there is Carnitas (spicy pork) & Enchiladas (regular pork). Very tasty, every time!!

It good. Food is fresh. I’ve tried burritos and pasta from here, both really good. Don’t know how I’ve overlooked this spot for this long

It’s mostly a takeout place. They do have a few booths and Soccer on the TV, but the real draw is the food. The chicken enchiladas were great and my girlfriend really enjoyed her pork chops. It’s clear the staff here are trying hard and it shows. I would say the grilled meats are much better than average. The chicken in my enchilada was grilled, which gave it a much better flavor than I normally get with chicken enchiladas. You can see the presentation is also nice and the portions were large.

Usually when I see a big menu I have low expectations. Their menu is massive so I wasn't expecting much. Ended up being the best tacos I've had in New York since I can remember. Horchata wasn't bad either. Excited to get real barbacoa tacos since most places don't do it right. Carnitas was fantastic. Super impressed.

Omg the best taco city in woodside. Great place to have dinner with your family. They have great cooks. The food is amazing. I give this 5 stars.

Great food and charming service. I got a steak burrito with a side of fried plantains and both were good but the burrito was profoundly delicious. Usually at other restaurants when you order food to-go/takeout, there’s a drop in presentation and general quality- but Taco City is an exception that much is for certain; I opened up the container just to check it out before I left, but it was love at first sight and I couldn’t resist digging in. From the first bite to the last I was in heaven. Even after eating it and digesting I felt great the rest of the day. You can tell the food is authentic and made with love. They also have a great selection of beverages! I tried a couple of their exotic sodas that I’d never seen before and both hit the spot so hard I had to buy a couple more for the road. Very generous portions and bang for your buck. This place is a must if you’re in the area—so much so that I’d go all the way back out there for more of their delicious food! I am not the kind of person who usually enjoys eating it’s more of a chore and I tend to avoid it, which makes this review all the more meaningful! Don’t take my word for it go and see for yourself! Their food is increíble and healing and the staff is kind and accommodating!

A delightful, patient and friendly young lady took the order, who even gave us a chance to practice some Spanish language skills while placing it. The food was good and tasty with more than generous portions. It arrived within the timeframe it was promised and it was in perfect condition. They even fulfilled our request for the deliveryman to bring along the wireless credit card machine to charge upon delivery. As our friend recommended the spot to us, we also recommend it to those looking for good Mexican food delivery in area.

It's cool I just cant justify spending 3.75 on a chicken taco when you can go to the Bronx and spend a dollar less

The quesadilla was okay but the carne asada nachos had a ton of fat/grizzle and nasty rejected beef parts in it. Offputting, unfortunately

the food is not bad but the service is not great no hotsauce for nor jalapeños for the cincronidada just plain like that only a horrible dressing for the little salad of the burrito.

I ordered and waited an hour and 15 mins for food.. Not once did they call or anything. They canceled and refunded without calling. ONLY GOD KNOWS when that refund will hit my card back but I will make sure I keep on top of it. WASTED MY whole lunch hour without even a apology.

Upon eating I realized that it was the most disgusting choice, their white rice was sticky and sucked the fun out of the whole burrito. It was disappointing :( if you look at the picture, you see the rice, it’s all clumped and very bad, not cooked perfectly. I want my money back
