Avis sur Thai Me Broadway
I love this restaurant so much. I came for the first time and I was amazed at the staff. I came on Valentine’s Day. I was greeted so lovely. It’s crazy that I lived near here and I never went. I asked the lady to help me with the menu. I chose the Thai Fried Rice with chicken and Thai shrimp roll. All of it together was $26. Not bad but I feel like Thai shrimp roll was too pricey and small. They were the size of my ring finger. I give the rolls a 10/10 though. Shrimp tasted fresh and it’s fried crispy. The rice was delicious. A 1000/10. I put some soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Just a little bit. I normally don’t like vegetables in my fried rice but everything was amazing. Worth all my money. The bathroom was clean and smelled amazing. The service is reasonably quick. 10-15 minutes, but the music keeps you going. Honestly I loved this place and they will always see me there. I recommend this place
I stumbled upon this place because it looked nice from the outside. Had a delicious Thai fried rice. My waiter was super friendly. Highly recommended
Gluten free options available! No GF noodles, but great GF curry options. Be sure to tell them you are gf though, like if you get tofu, you will need to ask it to be steamed to avoid cross contact from frying! Thai food continue to be a safe haven for celiac people. <3 Also lovely staff and environment!
The food is beyond good. I order often and I do dine in at time. But tonight I am disappointed please stop serving a very small pieces of salmon for the same price it was not like that before. The price of the food and salmon is the same why is size getting smaller amd smaller everytime I order. Please stop it please.
My family and I came here after driving 8 hours to NYC. We were all tired and hungry and it did not disappoint. Cocktails were OK, but the food was so delicious. I had the Massaman curry, others had the drunken noodle, pad thai, and crab fried rice. We all surprised ourselves by completely finishing our plates!
Really not sure why I have never reviewed this place, but it is one of my favorite restaurants in Brooklyn! Beyond the fact that it’s WILDLY convenient, right off the subway station, and accessible by the J, M, & Z, it is also painfully close to my house (a win win!) The staff here are some of the most inviting. After visiting here for a year and receiving the same openness and positive treatment from my first to my fiftieth time, there’s something to say about the energy here! The spot is also SO BEAUTIFUL! And not what you expect in Bedstuy, off of Broadway. Decor is nice and authentic, the restaurant is big and cozy, and the food and drinks are SO YUMMY!!! Just the best experience every time. 10s across the board!
Self-Care Saturday Win! After a much-needed pedicure, I decided to try a new spot — Thai Me — and I’m so glad I did. The service was great: friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. One thing that stood out immediately was the owner asking if I had any food allergies before taking my order that alone is worth 5 stars. I've dined at many places, and I'm usually the one who has to bring that up, so I truly appreciated the proactive care. I ordered the Mango Salad, subbing in chicken, and it was a hit. Super fresh, flavorful, and well-balanced — salty, sweet, and vibrant. I’d personally tone down the sweetness of the dressing just a bit since the mango itself already brings a lot of natural sugar. Still, a solid 9/10! The real star of the show? The beer-braised beef ribs absolutely 10/10. Fall-off-the-bone tender, rich in flavor, and cooked to perfection. I'll definitely be back. This spot is a gem.
Always love discovering a new delicious Thai restaurant and this cute spot in Brooklyn is easily accessible by train (25 minutes from SoHo literally) and super affordable! 🇹🇭 highly recommend starting out with their chicken wings for appetizer and moving onto the crispy duck cow soy for main course. The broth was super flavorful and reminded me of when I had this dish in Chiang Mai several years back
My first time having Thai food and it was amazing! Server was so polite and genuinely friendly, would check up on me and my partner to see if everything was ok and would give recommendations. I heard the “drunken noodles” were good and I had to try it, it did not disappoint. It was flavorful and kinda sweet but super tasty!
My friends and I dined here for lunch. The restaurant has good lunch promotions, though we decided to order on the regular menu. The food was great and flavorful. It has good plating and portion. The service was on top! The place was spacious and clean. I love the appearance of their bar as well. The only thing for me that needs to be call out is, whenever the servers dropped the check they should advise the guests that gratuity is already added just to avoid confusion and not to double tip.
I came here recently for dinner and thought it was pretty solid! Located in Brooklyn, this Thai spot is casual, has lots of space (for bigger groups), and amazing service. When I went, I got their crispy duck salad, tom kha, pad thai, and pad see ew. I loved their crispy duck salad and thought that the dressing/sauce paired so well with the veggies and fruit that they put in as well as with the crispy duck. Their tom kha was also delicious and full of our protein of choice. And while I still enjoyed their pad thai and pad see ew, I wish they just had a bit more flavor to them. Nonetheless, it was still good and not a bad spot for Thai food in the area!
I ordered lunch from this place through uber eats, and the food arrived hot and well-packed. I started with chicken spring rolls — a small portion of 3 or 4 rolls. They were fried nicely and served warm, though the flavor was fairly basic. Next, I tried the fried fish cakes. They were tiny in size (about 5 or 6 pieces) but came with an interesting peanut-chunk sauce. The fish cakes were actually quite good and ended up being my favorite part of the meal. For the main dish, I ordered minced chicken sautéed with chili, bell pepper, and spices, served over rice with a fried egg on top. This is my usual go-to dish at Thai restaurants, so I had high expectations. I was a bit surprised to find very little basil, which I usually look for in this dish. The flavor overall was mild, not spicy, and felt a bit plain. On the positive side, the portion was generous — enough for two meals — and overall it was satisfying, though nothing about the food really stood out as exceptional. A decent, basic Thai option, but not extraordinary.
Went here to spend some time before an event. I had the delicious and fresh crab fried rice. The place was pretty quiet as it was early on a Sunday. But this might be the best time to enjoy the inviting atmosphere, plethora of cocktails, and freshly prepared food. Delivery seems popular but don’t miss out on the great service by going in person.
Don't let the graffiti on the outside deter you. Thus place has some really good food and fresh. The decor is very nice and interesting. I went with my friend and had the Pineapple rice with shrimp and we had the fried pork pieces where were very good either some duck sauce. I had a blue drink which was very good but not enough liquor to give it that punch it needed but it was good. Our waitress needs a little more training in making sure the customers are good. She whizzed by our table but never really stopped to see if we were ok or needed anything more to be honest she only did it one time. I base my tips on alot of things being a person who eats out alot and service plays a big part. Again. This place is a must if in the area I would deff go back again oh and my friend had the Pineapple fried rice with pork and a Mai Tai drink
I’ve been supporting Thai me since they opened. They have great food and the times I’ve been in person the service was good. I am a bit disappointed with an order I placed with them. I paid an $5 for extra protein (shrimp) and I only got 4 pieces! For a plate to cost me around $23-$25 dollars alone I would expect more shrimp. Just be mindful when ya choose to pay extra for protein because it is not worth the price.
Then restaurant is inviting. Plenty of seating and not cramped like common nyc restaurants. However it was a bit drafty and it seems most restaurants in Brooklyn don't properly ventilate or insulate their properties. I don't know about most people but I'd imagine you wouldn't want you food getting colder than necessary. Honestly I've had better Thai food. We had the Pad See Ew and Pineapple fried rice with extra chicken (costly as it was $15.00 more and the plates are not big. Don't come here if you're hungry or "hangry"). The noodles were average and the extra protein barely filled the plate. Honestly it just seemed like the seasoning on both plates could've been more robust. 🤷 Not underwhelming but not satisfying either. For this I could've made a pre workout chicken and rice meal and made it caucasian style: bland. With that said the waitress was kind and accommodating. Music was decent. Nothing loud and obnoxious. I didn't taste any alcohol but I suspect it's good. Overall an average experience. However this is no 5 star restaurant and don't want to give the impression you're walking into one to get luxury service. 😉
I ordered food delivery from there.Tom Kha soup, a fried duck roll, and fish cakes. The menu says the soup should have mushrooms, but I didn’t find any, just a pile of boiled onions. The “duck roll” had no duck at all, only vegetables and a couple of bits of cartilage, with no real meat flavor. And the fish cakes looked and smelled like cat food, absolutely inedible
