This is such a Cozy place to come and enjoy a delicious meal and sit with family, friends or a date night and have delicious food and drinks and always, always Warm Smiles and Great service. (IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED THE ONION BLOSSOMS, THEY ARE SERVED CUT UP AND FRIED TO PERFECTION AND ARE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS)!!!
Always good food and if something is messed up on accident they fix it very quickly also must get the grilled southwest shrimp they are to die for
Amazing customer service!! Our server was fantastic!!!! Food was so good! Highly recommend the chicken flautas & cheese fries!!
I take this place for granted because it’s so consistent, my family comes here maybe once every month or 2 for the last several years. What prompted this review is actually because of a bad piece of meat we kindly brought to our server’s attention after one bite, a 6oz sirloin that was chewy. Asked politely to remake, and not a problem, within 10 minutes the manager showed up with a new one AND another baked potato with fixin’s just because he said we wanted to make it right. Not expected but fantastic customer service. We didn’t need an excuse to come back, but we will come back sooner than later
In town for a baseball tournament, got done at 9pm. Kudos to this place being open late! When we walked in around 9:25pm the two employees at the host stand seemed very put out that we showed up...Giving their feeling away with their eye rolls...after that everything was very pleasant. Server was attentive and polite, our main dishes...2 steaks, and our son had a pound of fried shrimp...they were all really good. Both steaks were a little over cooked, but they were juicy, tender, and had great flavor so it wasn't a big deal. Our sides...steamed vegetables, rice, and sweet potato fries were all a little underwhelming, but again not a big deal. My wife and I really likes the house made Chipotle bacon ranch dressing on our salads. All in all it was a very good meal, especially that late. We were in and out quick, food came out fast we were done right after 10pm, and the prices were reasonable!
Joel was a very good server! The food was better than Chili's & Texas Roadhouse! Nice variety and prices. The burgers were over the top and like those crispy fries that are soft in the middle. Yum
Finished work with a powerful craving for steak. A quick search and sifting through the usuals, decided to give this restaurant a try. Never been but the reviews were good, so off my eldest son and I went. The staff was super nice, friendly and all smiles. I got a XX and lemme tell ya, it was perfect temp and a juicy lime prompted on top. We started with the chips trio and I got the NYS steak. The boy ordered a burger. The sides were every bit as enjoyable as the cold beer. I are those first because the steak looked sensational. It definitely was, perfectly cooked, slight crust, perfect center, trimmed, and the grill marks of a true professional say the grill. Super happy with the meal and very glad we choose this establishment.
Excellent service with a family friendly environment and food to melt over. The steak and shrimp combo was a large portion of food with 2 sides, flavorful rice, and dinner rolls with cinnamon butter. Try the loaded baked potato and steak with grilled shrimp, you won't be disappointed!
From start to finish we had an amazing experience! We arrived in the snow, and were greeted by a sign that they were closing early (in an hour) due to bad weather. Naturally we were worried about getting served in time. We were seated immediately. Our server Brooke was sweet and kind tho she has only been serving about 4 months she did an excellent job! Catered to our every whim with zero attitude. I had the steak and shrimp combo, my wife had grilled chicken both with loaded baked potatos. Salad was suprisingly good. Cheese, croutons and boiled egg crumbles, yum! I ordered my steak medium or chef's choice and it came out perfect, pink no red with lovely char marks. Fried shrimp was good, tastier with cocktail sauce. Baked potato was small but done up nicely with the works and REAL bacon. The bite I had of the grilled chicken was both tender and juicy with a good flavor. Another surprise was the amount of fried pickles. (see pic) huge portion we couldnt finish, not to mention the world class fresh baked rolls with cinnamon butter! Dont hesitate to eat here. Ask for Joel the manager responsible for this 5 star experience.
The food was amazing. Cooked perfect. Thank yall for a wonderful lunch . Taylier was super Nice and good at her job. Thank u
I was VERY pleased!! The food was delish!! Better than Texas Road House!!! Will be my new go to for sure!!!! My husband ordered a burger, didn't get a pic since he chowed before i could! Our waiter (can't remember his name), he was professional and prompt!!! 🤎🤎🤎 AWESOME!!!!!
The host was friendly and helpful. Our waitress was too busy chatting with coworkers and we had to ask for her attention. Food was great.
I was so hungry I forgot to take photos. But I love the atmosphere and there is plenty of help running around, I counted 19. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye med rare with a loaded baked potato and okra. The steak was a very good cut of meat, cooked right on. And the sides were good as well. The diner rolls are awesome! I rarely visit steak houses because I can grill a better steak at home, but sometimes it's nice for someone else to do the cooking. I just like a wood fire to cook over. If you like a nice evening out with friends or with your significant other, this is a good place to go
Great food ... I had the country fried steak..AS USUAL
The best New York steak I have had. This was repeated at 3 different locations. Great salad served chilled and in a cold bowl. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the meal you receive. I will recommend all Sante Fe steakhouses to any and everyone.
First of all, we were greeted by friendly staff members upon entering at the Santa Fe Cattle Co in Broken Arrow. A gentleman took us to our table who was very friendly later learning that Joel was the General Manager. Our waitress “E” was just magnificent always smiling and checking on us often. Santa Fe Cattle Co great place to eat. The food was grand, delicious, hot, and fresh especially the salad. Thumbs up 👍🏾
Wonderful staff, who are very friendly and customer service based! The steak is good and I really like the Southwest Shrimp. Atmosphere is nice and western themed has a cozy vibe in the entire place. The prices are cheaper than expected I got a half pound of shrimp for under $12 & dinner comes with rolls and of course that butter we all can’t resist. I also want to shout out the sweet tea, it’s the best in town IMO and if you squeeze lemon in it, it sets it off!!
Madison F., our server, was amazing, food is always amazing and price was very good as well!!
Been a regular here for several years. Service is phenomenal and the food is always good. Feel at home atmosphere. The staff is really the highlight. Don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself.
My wife and I come every Sunday and have the salmon and filet. The food is always delicious and cooked perfectly. We really like Brooke, she sets the standard for professionalism and friendliness.
Very good place to eat Meg was so wonderful she is a rock star very good server.
Awesome Texas sausage. We also love the made in house jumbo fried cheese and chicken flautas as appetizers. You can’t go wrong with their Big A salad with grilled chicken or a filet. I would put the southwest pasta up against every Alfredo in town.
Just today 12/8/25 we visited the Broken Arrow location to celebrate my girlfriend’s 65 birthday. Our server, Riley, was the most amazing Personable server that I have had in a very long time.
Great steaks, food in general. Wonderful service. We've been here before and it was great then too. I'm sure we'll be back.
Our last visit was terrible. There was a large amount of water on the floor and we pointed this out. Our waitress didn't seem to care. The steak sauce on the table was so sticky that I couldn't pick it up with out it sticking to my fingers. When we finished our meal the waiter that was assisting our waitress came and asked if we need anything else. I asked for a tea refill. The waitress returned with our check and I asked if I could make that refill a to go drink. My husband paid the bill and left the building. I waited more than 5 minutes and never got the tea. Later in the day my mother-in-law got a very upset stomach. She was convinced it was her food.
Walking in to Kalynn was outstanding. Exceptional customer service. Welcoming, accommodating and friendly.
Taylier was our waitress, she was awesome. Our food was cooked perfectly and tastes great.
We recently visited for the first time and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our server was Brittany and she was frequently checking on us, hands down the best server we have had. Food was delicious but honestly I’d still come back even if it wasn’t just because of the service.
Great place to take the whole family including Grandma! Oklahoma based decor in a nice rustic setting makes it feel pretty cozy and fun, great staff always on point with the service. Has a great bar and awesome cocktail menu along with many beer options for a great price, I always feel like you get more than your money's worth with the drinks AND food. They make it easy to frequently re visit.
Our waiter was Phillip he was very good at keeping our glasses full! Food is always great here, we usually get steak and potatoes but they have a great menu!
The BEST steak I've had at a restaurant in a long time! The service was awesome! The appetizers (texas toothpicks) were delicious. The tea, salad, rolls- all fabulous! We waited roughly 30 minutes for a table, but it was totally worth it. These were the best steak prices I've seen, too! We will definitely return if we're back in the area!
Ive driven past Santa Fe Cattle Company hundreds of times. We decided to try it out. I was quite impressed. Everyone in my family enjoyed their food. My steak was cooked just right, tender, with lits of flavor. The service was quite excellent, shout oit to Tamaya. The pricing was quite reasonable as well. I will be going back. Thank you
Steak was excellent. My daughters and I ordered the 12oz ribeyes and my husband ordered the tbone, ordered medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Sweet tea, rolls, salads, baked potatoes and steak was great. Service was on point. Highly recommend!
From put of town and by chance came upon your restaurant. Your staff was great .. our waiter was being trained and he did a great job and the guy training him was awesome as well . The food was amazing and the prices were well within reason . It was a very pleasant experience. Anytime i am in this area I will absolutely come back. Oh and the decor inside is really cool. Thanks for a great dinner.
Great atmosphere, really loved the appetizers and our meals looked pretty great :) my steak was half medium, half very rare unfortunately. Like it was cooked halfway on the grill. It wasn’t enough to get me to send it back but, for a $30 steak I’d liked to have gotten to eat more of it than just the medium side. Service was excellent and so was the side dishes, and she always kept our drinks topped off :) All in all a good visit.
Overall the food and service was really good. There were multiple appetizers that they were out of, they couldn't make club sandwiches, and thought they were out of fries (but found some?) We were told they had been slammed, so willing to give the benefit of the doubt. We had a well rounded selection off the menu and everyone said their meals were good.
My steak was a little over cooked. But still tasty.
I had a ribeye steak sandwich. It was pretty good. Not sure what the cut of meat was but pretty sure it wasn't ribeye. My Dad had the chopped sirloin. He loved it. My brother had another steak he said it was pretty good.
Service was great!! Steaks were ok, they could have been better.
Ribeye was perfectly cooked but too fatty, everything else was great.
Nice family dinner. Good food. Great service.
I’d give 5 stars but my husbands 24.00 16 oz steak was chewy and had no flavor. The queso is delicious, asparagus delicious, chicken fried steak was great but the gravy was a little too peppery for me. The rolls are always great .The waitress was a sweet lady and did an amazing job. She deserves a 5 star review.
It’s been a while since trying this location. I ordered the 6os steak , rare , side salad and baked potato. My friend ordered the steak as well , Medium Rare. Another friend ordered the steak and chicken. We all enjoyed the food. Seasoning was spot on for all steaks. Waffle fries are yummy . Their honey mustard is so good with them. Only mark was cook temps were a tad off. Medium rare was more rare than my rare . No issues though , nothing we couldn’t fix. Oh and the cinnamon butter and warm bread is addicting!
So I ordered the New York strip, and I order mine medium every time I go to any steakhouse. The steak was undercooked slightly, which was closer to medium rare, which is fine, but the steak had absolutely no flavor, no salt or pepper that I could taste and was not the greatest piece either very tendon heavy and fatty. The service, on the other hand, from the waitress Brittany was stellar made the body pleasant and offered to have it put back on to get it right but was just so close I knew it would get above what I wanted.
We've seen good reviews so we wanted to try this place, but every time we tried, there was a long wait. Today we were able to try it at a non peak time, so we went around 4pm. They seated us quickly, and the server was friendly and prompt. The rolls and cinnamon butter are good. We shared a ribeye and added an extra baked potato, and we ordered the steak medium. The steak was cooked closer to medium well... There were very few bites that were pink, but a decent amount were overcooked and somewhat dry. The loaded potatoes had plenty of condiments, which isn't always the case at some places. Overall, it was a decent meal at a good price, but we weren't blown away.
Just okay, nothing special. Unfortunately the steaks were not great, thin and full of fat.
The chicken fried steak that I had was good. The steak my husband had lacked flavor and his green beans were ice cold.
Steak was well overdone and I appreciate the restaurant redid my order. And my daughter ordered the kabobs which had so much spice on them. She was choked at table. Staff removed her meal from the bill. It was Mother's day and again staff did fix issues. Which I greatly appreciate.
Both mine and my friends steak was very fatty, tough, chewy. We also got chips and dips. Chips were all broken up looked liked they were from the bottom of the bag. Friend of my son is in military was traveling from California to Virginia. Stopped to stay night with us and my wife and I treated him to what we were hoping to be a good meal but did not happen. My check was almost 100&. Not worth it for sure! The last few times we have eaten there just is not what it used to be!! And with Outback just opening down the street you guys really need to step it up. You need to get a new supplier of meats. You can do better. And don’t blame it on COVID!!
Steak was good but side order and shrimp taco was not good. Medium size shrimp looked like boiled instead grilled and no flavor. Grilled onion and mushrooms for steak also looked steamed, not grilled. Waitress forgot the margaritas until I canceled it because I was almost done with my meal.
I love this place. Food is awesome. I have done mixed reviews in the past. Our waitress was very sweet. However, we ordered a 7 and 7 only to be told they were out of it. This was the 2nd round, We were offered Makers Mark for same price. The drink came and looked like water. Then we were told the manager said he could not offer the same price. Would have been nice to have been told that...
We had an excellent server who was conversational and helpful, we were very satisfied with his service. The steak was also excellent, well-seasoned and cooked to our requested doneness. My problem is with the "butter", or lack thereof. A butter substitute is used for everything from the rolls to the vegetables and sides... It is so unappetizing and leaves a greasy film in the mouth. More importantly butter substitutes are full of trans fats and hydrogenated oils that damage the body and are linked to all manner of chronic diseases and cancer. It is not food! It's par for the course for a fast food restaurant, but this is supposed to be a sit-down establishment. It saves money to use seed oils but does the consumer no favors. My family would love to come here again but not until management makes the switch to REAL BUTTER!
Second time in a row when the food was barely warm. They did bring new green beans and mash potatoes but the damage was done.
Today I had a rather bothersome experience at the Sante Fe restaurant in BA. I was taking my friend out to lunch because she had lost her daughter recently. I just wanted to have some downtime and enjoy her company. First we were seated promptly and the server came to our table and wanted to know if we were ready to order we wanted more time so she left. We ordered and both of us ordered coffee when it came it was cold coffee I asked her to please bring some hot coffee but it took some time. We got our meal And it was okay I guess but the server didn't come back to offer refills. She then came back to see if we needed boxes and my friend did. She brought our ticket which was given to me but we were still talking and since they were not extremely busy as there were other booths and tables available I just wanted to sit and visit. I don't know if the restaurant has a time limit on how long you can occupy a seat. The server kept pacing in the walkway back and forth to see if I had got my money to pay. I could see her right in front of me. She even stood behind the wall waiting. We decided to order dessert so we told another lady what we wanted she said she would get our server. We also said we wanted a couple plates to share. Some other server brought the dessert and I told her we needed couple plates. So then our server came with the plates but she acted a little put out that someone else had brought the plates. We also asked the second server for another cup of hot coffee, which she brought. But the first server finally brought another cup of coffee when I had ordered the dessert I asked for. But since she didn't bring the dessert that is why I asked the second server. Again she looked a little frustrated. She brought a new ticket to me and I paid with my card. We continued to talk a little more while we finished our dessert finally the first server came up and said can I have the ticket. I guess I lost my cool I spoke out of character for me and told her can you wait til we leave or as we are leaving. I then called the manager and told her my frustration about the young lady. To some this all up, I probably spoke out of place since maybe the server was having a bad day or she was not feeling well. This is not in my character and I hope she didn't lose her job. I don't want anyone to have that happen. I just think when you have your job put yourself out there to please the public, be respectful and considerate. I know the public can be very difficult and unpredictable. But then again we never know what someone else is going through in their life and we need to show more compassion and patience. I too learned a lesson from all this to try not to criticize another cause I am not in their shoes. I unfortunately will probably not be back to eat there as the prices were a little high and the quality of the food was lacking but I hope the service will improve.
The steak had an extreme amount of fat and was hard to cut (stringy). It tasted ok. The house salad was average and the green beans were a small portion. The place was nice looking.
Reading the review I was expecting to have a super meal. But the steak was over cooked. And had zero seasoning on them. The sweet potato casserole was bad the pecans on top was burnt. The bake potatoes was the best part of the meal. The server was very great.
I ordered a medium cooked steak. Finally got my steak about 20 minutes later. When I got it, it was well done instead of medium. I sent it back and ate my baked potato and vegetables. When the second steak arrived it was medium well instead of medium but I accepted it anyway. It didn't seem to have any seasoning on the second one and was really bland. Plus I was full from the side dishes. I got a box and brought it home.
Last time and only time there,my Dad&I came for a late lunch,we ordered 2 ribeyes and mine was just so so while his you couldn’t cut it with a chainsaw lol.
Chicken fry steak wasnt great and couldnt order dessert they give us receipt so we couldnt order dessert
I usually do not do bad reviews but the service today was too terrible not to share...We ordered food online for pickup today at the BA location. When I arrived, two young waitresses rolled their eyes when I came in to pickup my food. I just shrugged if off but asked to ensure it was everything and they ensured everything was ready. When I brought it home, I was missing my queso, butter, rolls, baked potatoes, and mashed potatoes. A truly disappointed family dinner that we saved money for. My scrappy meal of what's left was their steak sandwich, turned out to be a extremely well done brick of meat. My mom's cfs was the only thing cooked well but gravy is a powdered mix. Lost a lot of money coming here and will not make the mistake of doing this again!
There was 5 of us at my birthday dinner 3/30/25. ALL 5 of our dinners were COLD. 2 of us ordered steak that had zero flavor, one had catfish dinner that was COLD, One had baked potato soup & chili cheese fries COLD. The last order was Shrimp COLD!! Two of us had loaded baked potatoes COLD! The salads we had were delicious, cold & crisp, the dinner rolls were delicious & hot. The other sides, broccoli, coleslaw & cinnamon apples all COLD!!! I was given a delicious hot fudge brownie that was warm. Our waitress was GREAT Madison. We was great!
Sat there for over 45 mins and watched everyone that came in after us get their drink orders and food and we still didn’t get waited on. I’m not the first person to say this that I have talked to. You order a steak asking for rare you get it well done. You send it back and they “forget” about your food.
Service here was fine. No issue there. Bad food loud bad music. Food was shockingly bad. Old salad, dry dry steak and mash potatoes were like soup. Not to mention it took 40mins to get my food. I really wish I could have my money back on that meal. Eating here ruined my day.
If I could I would give it zero stars. I tried to give it multiple times and every time is bad. The food is just horrible very blend no flavor.
Stared at empty plates for over 30 minutes and didn't realize they were meant for rolls.. which you're supposed to get at the BEGINNING. Not only did we have to wait more than 30 minutes to get our food, it was well NOT worth the wait. The place was so loud you could hardly even hear yourself talk. And the waiter only started getting friendlier towards the end, where it was time to pay. Do not recommend.
We were very disappointed in our order Saturday night! My asparagus was burnt, as you can see in the picture. I expected the full pound order of grilled shrimp, but ended up with the 1/2 pound order. As for my salad, I never even got to eat it because the little guy seen in one of the pictures attached came crawling out of the carton soon as I opened it and needless to say I threw out!
This was one of my favorite restaurants since I moved to Broken arrow in 2013. We Haven't been in a while so we Came back yesterday on the 6-8-25 and I noticed a lot of changes. I asked if there was new management because the food did not look like I had previously known. Neither did it taste as good and we brought guest and told him how wonderful this place was. Sadly to say their first time experience was not good. They had the air conditioner on 32° I don't know if it was that low but it was freezing cold. They changed the way the food looks. The presentation wasn't the norm and it did not taste as good. Overall a group of seven we were very disappointed. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Sad to say this but unless they change management again and they improve this was my last trip. Our server did the best they could do but I will say this. It's sad when crew members say they don't like the taste of the food now and they don't like the new management. Southwest egg rolls undercook sweet potato casserole completely nasty.(Edit I thought they put marshmallows on top before but they never did.) I could go on and on but I'm not.
I wanted my cheeseburger well done and there was pink all the way through. Also we ordered and paid for two ribeyes but we got two sirloin steaks. And the baked potato the skin was so salty it was anedible. We bought three meals and it wasn't what we ordered. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
I hate writing bad reviews but unfortunately, the service here tonight was not good. We came in 2/16/26 around 4pm and asked if we could have a booth, the sweet girl at the host station said she needed to go ask her manager and this girl with shorter hair in a hat comes up and has an attitude from the start. I'm assuming she's said manager. She says, "we are really short staffed tonight and only have two servers so do y’all want the table or do you want to wait orrrr?" In the rudest tone. Which whatever, I get it. That's super frustrating and you're having a tough night. So I look past that. But, turns out she is also our server for the evening. She doesn't ask if we would like starters or anything. Everything feels very rushed and bare minimum. Which, when you aren't properly staffed, that plays a huge role in service. I understand that. The moment however that pushed me to write this review was the moment when she stared at me from across the long table and hands me a hot plate over the table instead of walking around and setting it down like normal. She told me it was hot but still handed it to me quickly and I dropped it onto the table because it was VERY hot and didn't have time to prepare. She then says, "I told you it was hot! Did you not hear me??" In the rudest tone. I'm very non confrontational and try to be the most understanding I can be in situations, especially when it comes to servers but her attitude and efficiency tonight was not good. Being disrespected in situations where your supposed to be enjoying yourself is never fun and really ruined my dinner with my family. It just sucks because we have always experienced such good service here. This is very disappointing overall.
