The place is nasty the food is disgusting and they overcharge you for everything not to mention as I said very nasty kitchen dirty🤮🤮🤮 they use their hands to prepare food without gloves shut this place down

A Message For You

First off the nachos was very stale secondly they charge me $4.50 for onions& cilantro in replacement for pico de gallo which I did not know about until cash out that they were charging me separately for that. On the menu It's one price and cashing out it's another unbelievable, nachos is 12.50 I ordered 2 sets with a Coca-Cola & orchata My total came up to 55.51. Not to forget they are taking their own tips 15% which is crazy for the service and food. Lastly I almost threw up 🤢and felt very disgusted on my way to the bathroom when I took a peek into the kitchen very dirty the cook had no gloves preparing the next order with bare hands this place needs to shut down.

Waitresses need training . When you order food you get a red or green sauce and lately the girls been charging us $2 extra per sauce but can’t properly explain why ?? Please have everybody on the same page . It’s so important for business to have a process and their employees too follow it . The owner needs to retrain all staff immediately

I don’t really do many reviews because I don’t see it much worth to do for me but honestly giving this 1 star and making a review is good to say since the people who attend don’t even recommend u nothing they leave you the menu and for you to choose and leave to “take other orders”, but when I see a server eating in the front and still continue to take orders cross-contaminating the phones the pens and pads and menus they use and give other customers while being on her phone and not even once washing her hand and ends up picking her teeth, while my server had a bad attitude when I told her I don’t like the tacos árabes, since they aren’t even close to being ones(note I like tacos árabes and whenever I’m in a Mexican restaurant I order them and they are the same and pretty good) I then ask if she can switch them for Al pastor and she is asking for an explanation, their is no other reason unless theirs something wrong with it or I don’t like it, I didn’t ask for them to take it off the paycheck just to take them back and give me Al pastor but just seeing them and acting this way makes me want to leave the spot.and they charge 15%tip and it was just 2 of us and we paid 75$ plus tip they charge which is 10$

The food was the worse. The salsa for the chips was tasteless so was the chicken soup. And they added a 15 percent for service on the ticket what a joke. First of all the waitress had an attitude didn’t greet us didn’t ask where we wanted to be seated didnt provide utensils. Could not properly explain menu items in detail. Steak was hard to chew. Didn’t get everything we ordered but on the bright side didn’t get charged for it on top of that they pick the amount of gratuity for you to pay on top of your bill but you don’t get proper service. Food wasn’t all that service sucked and was over priced never going back.
