Terrible Service. Didn’t give us our pizza TWICE. Everytime I would call to try to contact the store, they would pick up and then hang up immediately. We didn’t end up getting any food from them and never will again.

DISGUSTING. I ordered two pies for my classes party and one of my kid finds a bug on their pizza. I save the piece and call. They refused refund unless I bring whole pizza. I tell them my kids ate the pizza but I have the piece with the bug he refuses and hangs up on me. I go to the store with customer service on the phone and they say only credit which I refuse because I will not be coming back. Two days later customer service calls back and was just as rude as the store people telling me anyone could’ve put a bug in a napkin with some pizza and without the pizza there’s no refund which makes no sense so don’t even bother going here.

Don't order them on doordash! they never deliver you order .. they lie and say delivered!oh an you can't receive a refund! if u order thru doordash. they want you to show proof! which I dont know how with no order! I will never order from them on here again! if I could give a zero I would the delivery peron comes from the store not doordash An they wouldn't let me rate them on doordash so I came to Google! Send me 2 pizza so thin that I couldnt believe my eye. Mind you i order regular crush. Call so they can resend my order and was told I have to wait almost one hour for my reorder when i have kids waiting. He was not even able to give me a fair explanation as to why my pizza was so thin and didnt gave no solution either. O let me guess I have the answer they using unauthorized pizza dough which means when a dough go bad they have to throw away, but instead not to have food to waste. They use that anyways. Disgusting.

The worst! I called because they didn’t add an item to my order( order for delivery). The guy tells me they can’t go back, and I have to reorder the icing. Like are you serious ? The item I order comes with icing included. I asked to speak with a manager and the guy tells me “no manager” and hangs up on me. Horrible customer service. Don’t order from this location .

The size of the pizza is a joke extra small slices. Arrived cold and they don't prepared how I wanted. They give me a pepperoni pizza and throw bacon on top and i ordered half bacon's half pepperoni

THE WORST. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! I really wish I would have read these reviews beforehand. I literally live a 6 min WALK from this place. I ordered 1 cheese pizza, 8 wings and a brownie - that's all and I have been waiting for 1 hour and 30mins and still no pizza!!!! This app they have is inaccurate. They said my order would take about 48mins, which I thought was too long, but I still ordered. I placed my order at 12AM and it is 1:30AM and I have not heard ANYTHING.... Just says the diver left at 12:36 almost an hour ago for a 6 min walk and 2 min car ride. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN.

Honestly, this place deserves no stars. They always get my order wrong and on top of it all they take 45min sometimes an hour to deliver a pizza. The location isn't even that far from my house. My pizza was cold when it got here and it looked disgusting. 😡😤 Does this pizza look OK to anyone????
