Just 2 words - House Dressing! Venice is just not known for their delicious pizza, but the house salads are also great. The house dressing is like no other, and keeps me ordering. Try it and you will not be disappointed. In addition to great food, they also have wonderful customer service. Very friendly which is plus to the establishment.

Always order the baked manicotti. It’s wonderful. My husband is more adventurous but the manicotti has never done me wrong. It just breaks my heart they’re closed on Mondays. I somehow forget almost every week and try to order. 😓 (It’s good to have a day off though! My stomach just doesn’t understand) Update: not a fan of their pizza. I’ve tried a couple times but will stick to pasta here going forward. Pizza was a little undercooked and the crust isn’t tasty.

Love their Pizza . Always hot and fresh. Great Hero's and very tasty. Plates are excellent. Baked Ziti with Sausage a must try. Calzone oozes with cheese. Hero's come in 2 sizes. Top 5 takeout Pizza in all of NYC. The variety of the menu selection is remarkable. Everything they serve is good. Fish and Chips are very good! Family run operation! They take pride in servicing their customers. Worth a visit if you are in the Parkchester section of the Bronx!😊

I lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years. The family that owns and work the restaurant represent the Best of this community. The food is very good and fresh. The prices are good for the amount of food you get,very affordable. The service is prompt and friendly. I am proud to call them my friends.

My kids absolutely love the shrimp Alfredo . We order it all of the time. They also love the garlic bread with mozzarella. Delicious. Called owner bc the shrimp was not cooked as much as we’d like it to be cooked and he is going to rectify but crediting ! Super easy! Also , the delivery service is fast. we also like to order the shrimp scampi with extra garlic ! I add a little pepper sauce or hot sauce to it for a little bang! It’s so good! If you want low carb, order the shrimp Alfredo with broccoli! It won’t disappoint! Thank me later ✌🏽

I was truly impressed by their Pizza.. I ordered a small pie, delivered and it was promptly. The Pizza was Very Good! Even my 92 year old mom enjoyed it and she is a very picky eater. 🥰

Great place to eat. Pizza is one of the best in Parkchester. The salads are good although they went up on the prices. The $6 specials are a great idea and some good options. The staff are friendly to the customers. The place is clean during visits. Great pasta dishes too.

I love them!!!!! But prices have gone up and now they add tax to the new price menus. What use to cost me 16 bucks is now over 20 bucks with new price and tax. I love them but they won't get my business alot like they use to. I went from 3-4 times a week to maybe 1 or twice every 2 months or so.

I love their specials chicken & shrimp parmigiana and buffalo wings. BUT I had my boyfriend get me a grilled chicken Caesar salad AND nothing about that salad was Caesar I was so disappointed!! Never gonna get that again!! Oh pizza is great tho but $13 dollars down the drain for a salad.

I been going to this place for years. Today was the day they lost my respect. The gentleman that took my order placed it incorrectly after repeated 3 times. They gave me a quote of $9.00 no problem. They bring me the incorrect order. The young lady at the take out counter now says I owe her $12.00. I said NO I was quoted one price I’ve been waiting now I have to wait longer you’re not going to charge me for waiting and messing the order up. She politely gave me my money back which is fine but poorly handled. You messed the order up not me I should’ve be penalized for your establishments mistakes.

I usually order pizza every Friday, and most of the time the pizza arrives late and cold and have to call to complain about it, but today the pizza was delivered on time warm but it was gooey, the most horrible and distasteful pizza pie I had ever seen. I call them to let them know and even send them a video of the mess of pizza and their answer was that’s a normal pizza. I will never again buy from them. Venice is not what used to be when it had their original owners, Italians. The worst place to eat.

But when I see how they handle people's food is disgusting I watched the lady doing my beef patty with cheese touch everything in sight from a dirty blue rag on the counter to touching bread touching the counters. So I say to her I shouldn't purchase this because I seen you touching everything and she tries making an excuse about it like if those plastic gloves that touched everything is clean .

And I also ordered the Veggie Lasagna. Because, I’m vegetarian. And the bottom layer of lasagna pasta was burnt, and overloaded with broccoli was absolutely disappointing. Will not be ordering from here again.
