Melting Pot - Brookfield

I had an incredible experience at The Melting Pot in Brookfield, and the biggest reason was our server, Sydney B. From the moment we sat down, Sydney went above and beyond to make the night special. She was attentive without being overbearing, answered every question with patience and a smile, and timed everything perfectly so we could relax and enjoy each course. Sydney’s energy, professionalism, and warmth made the evening feel seamless and personal. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience, and she made ours outstanding.

The food was not only amazing but our server stole the show! JAVI drew personalized pictures on each of our dessert plates. He perfectly sketched Eric Cartman despite not knowing who he was. 10/10 recommend

My girlfriend and I have been coming here the last 3 years of our relationship every anniversary and other big occasions and the servers have always been extremely pleasant Bee was our server today and completely blew that expectation out of the water, some of the best service we had ever received and truly wish her the best in her day to day life, we could only wish that every experience is as nice as tonights!

Had an amazing service from Luke M who handled my crazy family. He was very kind and fun to have serve us, we will definitely be asking for him next time!

We were thrilled to have a fun and unique dining experience for our son who has food allergies! Hanna was a terrific server who carefully checked ALL items for allergens and made us feel so comfortable and well taken care of. Having a thoughtful and competent server is EVERYTHING for a food allergy family! Made our son’s birthday extra special and he loved the vegan cheese and vegan chocolate fondue!

He was funny, on point, and polite. Definitely making this a more often stop! (When I have the money to😎) (This is the girlfriend) if I had to describe Luke with a music genre he’d be r&b but like Brent Faiyaz r&b because he was just chill like that. Wasn’t hovering over our shoulders but also didn’t act like he hated his life lol. I’d give this experience five big booms

What a wonderful date spot! We had the best time and all of our food was wonderful. Hannah was perfect, dropping off things right when we needed them, being chatty but not intrusive and overall very pleasant! Great time!

Luke M did SUCH an amazing job for us tonight at Melting pot. He was very attentive, took extra care to ensure safety for my friend with a shellfish allergy, made the cutest "happy birthday" plate out of chocolate for my fiancé, and so much more. He was awesome! Thank you, Luke!

My experience at The Melting Pot was exceptional! I was so captivated by the delicious cheese fondue and main courses that I completely forgot to take photos. Our server, Javi, went above and beyond—he was friendly, attentive, and even added a personal touch by serving us in Spanish. My daughter and I were visiting Kenosha for Christmas and came to the Melting Pot for dinner. We had an amazing experience. For dinner, it was a prie fixe 4 course menu. The food was so good. We had so much fun preparing it at the table. Really good variety of stuff they give you. I also had a strawberry lemonade martini that was refreshing. Our server was Sophie and she was great. You can tell she enjoys her job. We were also greeted by Jess the regional district manager. If the RDM is working Christmas Eve, that tells you about their integrity and leadership skills. That's got to be a great morale booster for employees to know that your big boss isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. We had a fantastic holiday here!

We had such an amazing night ! As working parents of five kids, our date nights are far & few in between, our experience was so relaxing and all about US, we couldn’t have asked for a better evening together. It was both of our first times and we were not disappointed! We left so full & satisfied. Every course was delicious and our server Skylar was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! She has only been working off of training for two weeks so we were quite impressed. We will absolutely be back again & again. We LOVE the melting pot !

Me and my daughter 💕 had the best date night here. When we came in there was a tad wait but Mya the hostess was so sweet and chatted with us the whole time. Our waitress kamya was soooo understanding about my dairy and gluten allergy and went above and beyond to accommodate. We left feeling well taken care of. Thanks melting pot

I wish I could give a 10 star rating because my husband and I received outstanding customer service. It was our first time here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Both managers came to our table to introduce themselves and to welcomed us for our first time visiting to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Valentine’s Day gave us a run down of the menu and made recommendations on what to try and pair with our meal and made sure everything was to our liking. Our server Javi was AMAZING he took his time explaining everything to us. He knew it was our first time dining at the melting pot and that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary he made us feel very welcomed. He didn’t rush us and was very polite and respectful and made sure we didn’t run out of items to dip in the fondue. We will definitely be back this was the BEST wedding anniversary and Valentine’s Day experience at the melting pot that we won’t ever forget. Even when it got busy, she stayed calm, professional, and kept a smile on her face. It’s rare to come across service that truly stands out, but Jacquelyn absolutely did. She went above and beyond to make our visit special. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again!

Last Saturday, December 27th, was our first time to The Melting Pot. We had a 6:30 reservation and were seated on time in a quaint little booth that my husband requested for special occasions. The manager on duty sat us and he was extremely kind and polite and engaging in conversation which I thought was really nice. He also explained the menu to us and explained the “process” and made sure we didn’t have any questions. (I wish I could remember his name). The booth was cozy and the atmosphere was really nice. Our waiter, Ben, was very nice and attentive and also briefly explained the menu as well. We opted for the 4 course meal with a shared entree and were very pleased with everything from appetizers to desserts. Ben checked on us often to make sure everything was good. We never felt rushed and really enjoyed our meal and the experience here. We will definitely be back!

It was a very unique dining experience with amazing food! The cheese course was my favorite! Our server Jacquelyn was also very attentive to us making sure we had what we needed, and overall very friendly. Great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

This was a dinner of normalcy. Our current Tennant just passed away after knowing her for oven 45 years. We literally have been shook up so we really needed a nite out. We showed up first timers. This was a desire of my wife for over 44 years and she was more than delighted. The place is extremely clean. The young waiter/server was with this establishment for over 2 years. His skills were outstanding. Saying 'it was a show' is a understatement. We were hear for the 'winter special'. Definitely a grand idea. We live in North Racine and this is a slight stepping stone for dinner but again, it is so worth it.

Love this place my daughter and I go for a mommy/daughter day. We did not make reservations this time and it was 5pm, the front said it would be closer to 7:30 due to high demand of reservations. If a couple of tables could be kept open for walk-in would be nice.

Food was good. Got about 45 minute wait after our reservation time. Saw more of the management than our server. Ended up finishing at the same time as people sat significantly later after us. Did not have all of our dippers explained to us the same as the other tables. $200 and 4 hours later, a mediocre experience.

We reserved the Valentine’s Day experience well in advance, and from the beginning it was disappointing. We had to wait over 20 minutes to be seated. Then they tried to seat us at a table for more than 10 people where another elderly couple was already sitting. We found it extremely disrespectful to expect us to share a table on a special occasion. After we refused, we were left waiting again until they finally found a table for two. The concept of the restaurant is that you cook your own food. Personally, this is not an experience I would ever repeat. We ended up paying $370 for four drinks and four courses each, which felt excessively overpriced for what was offered. The cheese course was good, but you are only allowed to choose one type to share. The salad was literally a large, uncut wedge of lettuce with poor presentation. The main course consisted of different types of meat that we had to cook ourselves, which does not justify the high price. The dessert was fine, but it did not make up for the rest of the experience. Additionally, my boyfriend had pre-ordered flowers, a bottle of wine, and chocolates. Only the flowers were placed on the table. When the bill arrived, we were charged for everything. After asking about the wine and chocolates, the staff went to “check” and returned with a bottle of wine in a bag and the chocolates in a box to take home. If I wanted to buy a bottle of wine to take home, I would have purchased it at a grocery store. To make matters worse, the silverware was dirty and scratched. Conclusion: extremely high prices, poor organization, and an experience that is not worth the cost. I would not return and would not recommend it.
