Me and my date had Leeya as a server. She was amazing. We weren’t being serviced for the first 15 minutes of walking in and I found Leeya and she said she would take care of us no problem. Super bubbly, help us make drink choices and came to our table asking if we were okay multiple times throughout our night. Definitely look for her next time you visit!

I come here often, but this was my first experience having Latasha as my waiter. My friend and I were having a bit of trouble with the menu and she helped us quickly order and we received our food so fast!!! She was so nice and I really appreciated her kindness.

I always come to this Applebees. Our server Dorisol she’s amazing. Very nice person, very good customer service. Always smile and not rude. Place was clean. We didn’t have to wait long for a seat. Usually we do but not today. Food was ok . A little dry on the Alfredo chicken pasta and didn’t get a breadstick. Long island ice tea was just water disappointed and they always make the best Long Island ice tea .. I don’t know what happened today. Otherwise everything would of been perfect

Usually I come here on Wednesdays with my son. It’s our little date night we eat && play uno. Because we pick this particular day of the week and always go at dinner time because it’s a school night we always run into the same staff. My son actually looks forward to seeing them and always says “I really hope my girls are there”. Jas is amazing. She goes above and beyond every time we come here. I have never seen her with an attitude even on the busiest days here. She’s always so pleasant. Talk about above and beyond ? We came here after the monster truck show and my son was so shy. She went and got paper and a marker for him to get an autograph since she was waiting their table also. I really appreciate her energy and patience We love dori too ! She’s usually the one seating us when we come. Always with a really bright smile ! I have been here on nights where you can tell she isn’t even just hosting but trying to help the other crew members make things go smoothly. Another great person and super sweet to my son. When he realized she was starting to remember him he was really happy about that. Again Jas and Dori are really amazing and they have a HUGE impact on why I’m willing to come out after a long work day to wait for a dinner when I could’ve just cooked lol. If you’re there on a Wednesday look out for them !!!

had a fantastic experience at applebees! the 3 cheese penne pasta was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked, and the watermelon lemonade was the perfect drink to quench my thirst. the service was exceptional, with the waitress frequently checking in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. the ambience was very pleasant, with tvs and festive easter decorations that added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. overall, i highly recommend applebees for a great meal and enjoyable dining experience!

The place is conveniently located inside Atlantic Mall. However, the rep who helped us kept pushing the pass deal. We advised her we do not come often enough to purchase the pass with unlimited visits. She kept persisting. The food was burnt. I ordered a size “regular wings” order online and when it came to the table it only had 9 wings and it was $21! The staff was decent besides the pushy sales attempt but there was also another employee walking around selling popcorn. The place was clean and the games that we played were all functioning well. Chuck-e came out to twice while we were there which was great. The kids had a good time despite the issues we had.

There has been reports of them re-using pizza. If one family doesn’t finish their pizza, and there is still in the box, they put it with freshly other pizza. They’re also replacing their fun amazing Chuck E. Cheese gang that perform on stage or any other gang member away so they can replace it with some screen. If you don’t want your kids being addicted to the screen, bring them to the only Chuck E. Cheese location that still has the gang

Came for a birthday party for a 8 year old. All the parties are grouped together as 1 in 1 area of picnic tables. Machines work, employees are not the happiest though. Pricey.

I would give it a higher review, but unfortunately today we visited this site on the Atlantic Terminal. Hostess was friendly asked how many people and seated us, after some minutes a young women appeared stud in front of the table, didn't say hello, didn't ask what we want and a very unpleasant look to her. I asked if they had iced tea, again her attitude was really uncalled for, I then asked her if she was ok, again seemed bothered. My partner asked for a beer, she bought it I asked for mozzarella sticks ' she never bought, I asked for lemon for my water, that never came so we decided to leave, don't know of why she had such an attitude but,I'm here from Atlantic City and she was Caucasian " I don't know if she just doesn't like her job, but she left a very unpleasant view of this restaurant.

A friend and I stopped in for happy hour but the tables near the bar where you can normally sit for happy hour wasn't available due to lack of staffing and this wasn't the first time I heard this but this time they were not flexible only stating the bar was only available for happy hour when there wasn't any seating for anyone there. A group of four was very annoyed and left. So they lost customers instead of just placing them at a regular table. We just ordered something light. Server was personable but had a lot of tables to serve. You can't go there if you are not patient.

They gave me 5 onion rings with my burger. A homeless man walked in and asked 3 tables for donations. No water offered. No one asked how everything was. No napkins at the table. That's all I wanted to say.

I rarely have a bad experience and I rarely dislike an experience. The food was good but the wait time for the food was just ridiculous. Everything took about an hour to come out so the appetizers didn’t feel like appetizers anymore. The chicken tenders and fried shrimp came out at the same time as the steak which took over an hour. Even our drinks took so long to arrive which were just water and Pepsi. Service overall was really bad. Our waitress Jahzaria was sweet and did her best but the place is clearly heavily understaffed. Definitely not a smooth experience.

This is one franchise that shouldn't be in business anymore. Makes literally no sense what they offer for what they charge. You'd be better off going to a local arcade.

Whatever you do don’t visit this location they are very disorganized and unsanitary. I came here to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday and management was very rude. The party hosts were all over the place and they carried cake cutters in their back pocket which was very disgusting. The older guy I think his name was Lou would be shouting at the employees are being very disrespectful to them which was very unsettling to me. I would contact hr if I had their contact because this is truly unacceptable.

Worst place. They removed my favourite animatronic. The jungle gym playground was removed. Dance floor that doesn’t even work properly. My nostalgia childhood is ruined so bad because of this remodel

Won’t be back at this location. We had a big group, 4 kids and 3 adults. Ordered food $150+ my daughter accidentally bumped the table and knocked over my pina colada… I swear I didn’t even get one sip out of it. Manager said I have to pay for another one if I want another. Our server was great though we loved him.

Really disappointing experience here. The workers were beyond rude—constantly tutting, sighing, and acting irritated when we ordered and throughout our visit. Most of the time they were standing in the corner chatting among themselves or scrolling on their phones instead of paying attention to customers or helping anyone. They were even openly bitching about customers right in front of them, which was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. It took ages just to get our drinks, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally came, it didn’t even look like what we ordered. The food was very mid at best and absolutely not worth the wait. On top of that, it made us sick afterward. Service was awful from start to finish. We asked for a takeaway box and were ignored, and we also asked for sauces and water that never arrived. Overall, the staff seemed careless, inattentive, and uninterested in doing their jobs. Definitely won’t be returning and would not recommend eating here.

Egregiously bad service. I was seated and waited over 45 minutes - no one checked in or came to the table. Asked one waitress for help, she kept moving. Asked the host for help and she said "the server will take your order." When I pointed out how long it had been, she pointed at a man across the restaurant, said that was my waiter, and left. I had to leave, so I can't even imagine how the service would've been after that.

Let’s start when entering hostess was focus on a conversation with some customers.Not sure friends door way blocked no more controlling the entry or proper greeting. Waiting time 30mins understandable. Best part once got table drinks order first and an app. Table sticky marks of drinks all over. Food arrives before drinks now it’s just beer. Best part the drink area is like 2 tables . Beer one tall boy beer 2 bottle. Told they don’t have bottles and only tall boy. Ok no problem 2 tall. Request 3 times for table to be wiped. No napkins no plates to eat sharing one plate. After stopping a manger we have food no plates.Waiter brings a tall boy for one and said coming back to only bring a bottle. Well all said and done how still charged for 2 tall boys. Look I have been eating Applebees along time not this one which I will never come back. Had to tell waiter wrong charge took like 10 min for adjustment. Paid left to bathroom why all there host on the bathroom texting on the phone and the whole bathroom counter filled will customer hair and whatever just nasty. Host come back to wipe like the waiter with a brown napkin no proper cleaning supplies.

Horrible horrible horrible. For one, they took 25 minutes to take my tables’ order. When we finally got a waitress, the waitress next to her asked her why she’s at our table because it’s hers, she said she was told to take care of us. Mind you, she saw us and never came to take our order but serviced the people that came after us in the table behind us. We never got a cup of water like other restaurants would do. Our food took so long- not only was there a hair on the burger- but my friend never got her salad which was on the bill by the way. We also got charged 3 drinks. All this time we had to look for random workers to help us because our waitress was on the other side which we assume was her tables. When my friend got home and wanted to eat her leftovers, we were appalled to see that the chicken was still pink inside. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had and the first time I’ve had to leave 0% tip.

I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED that I decided to eat at this restaurant. I waited a very long time for a waiter to take my order until I called him. I waited almost half an hour for my meal, and for $20 with tax, I got a burger that consisted of half onions and half grease. Although it was called a mushroom burger, I could barely find three thin slices of mushrooms among a ton of onions. I wasn't surprised by the dry, microwaved potatoes. They brought me a straw, but no water to wash down this meal. The menu does not indicate drink prices. Although tables for two were available, I was seated at a table for four in the middle of the aisle. I would give zero stars if I could.
