Lmaooooo wat the hell was she doing with ur iphone smh...all u have to do is tell her ur order and when its done she bring u ur order and when ur done eating u ask for ur bill..and if ur smart or have some manners u tip her anywhere fron 7.5-10% of ur bill...but no u give her ur iphone.....its ur fault.the place serves good food..end of story

One of the CLEANEST diners in New York City. Tucked away…a hidden gem. The bathrooms are SPOTLESS (always judge a place by the cleanliness of its bathrooms!) and food is TERRIFIC.

It’s an oasis in Canarsie Brooklyn. Much sweet or unsweetened juices and salads. Thank you Mellissa original, Mellisa’s sister number one and number two. You are all efficient business women and fine young ladies. This is the best American diner in the middle of hard working New Yorkers.

Delicious food, great customer service, was simple to park in a residential area and the waitress checked on us every 10-15 mins so ‘nough said. I’d come back here another time for another lunch experience. I’d highly recommend this location for sure!

Best breakfast place by far! My family of 6 came in after the initial breakfast rush and got the best breakfast/lunch! We ordered the hungry man breakfast, 2 short stacks with bacon/sausage, a breakfast sandwich with fruit a combo omelette and a philly cheese steak sandwich and there was no complaints. Food came out hot and how we ordered it. The staff were friendly and hospitable! Great place! We will be back! Oh and get the fresh squeezed OJ! It’s worth it!!

We're truckers that had a delivery across the street in the market. We were looking for a bite & the guard pointed to the Atlantis diner. Food was AMAZING, best Cuban sandwich I've tasted in a long time. Ordered a fruit salad & was fresh & tasty also! Waitress had a friendly smile & was very pleasant! I hope we get a job that way again soon!

It's like a family there, I know Chris the owner and he always made me feel at home, the workers are so nice, I love this place. Just had a Turkey with Gravy not too long ago and the Turkey is real Turkey breast from the frame, I loved every bite until the end.

The things that make Atlantis Diner special are impossible to fake. The hospitality is gracious and relaxed, the food is hot, well seasoned, and on time. Special note: the sunny side up eggs they served me were textbook- I’ve never had better in a non-Michelin context. I recommend the chilaquiles.

It was a Sunday, I was in the Canarise area and stopped in for brunch. My server was friendly and enthused, she allowed me to peruse the menu then returned promptly to take my order. I ordered steak and these diced baked potatoes it was very good. The only drawback to this place maybe its location, the area though residential has a desolate sort of industrial-zone look. Still overall, the diner itself is quite good in service, food quality and value.

It's a fast food diner. Decent food even though they messed my order up. But if you ordering something standard you will be ok. Just don't give to many special orders

Meh. I had pancakes and home fries. Two stars because the potatoes were good and pancakes were filling. But the pancakes kinda tasted like bacon (I'm a vegetarian, so not a welcome taste) and the butter they provided had toast crumbs in it, so not appealing. Not the cleanest spot, but if you don't mind that--and keep track of your bill--it's OK.

It's a local spot and has a dated look and feel. The waitress was a bit overbearing and forgot that someone in my party was a vegetarian and put bacon all over his meal. She also lingered heavily when it time for the check.

I made a simple order pancakes fries and 2 coffee - the employee asked me small or large Coffee I say small she says milk right I say yes thanks she says no problem / then my order arrives no coffee ..she claimed she didn’t charge me and that they forgot ..now I have dry pancakes and no beverage but was not offered an apology or my coffee she actually tried to charge me for her mistake and have me wait for another delivery to get 2 small coffee thank you Atlantis diner for. A horrible morning dec 5 at 12 noon

The waitress dropped and broke my iPhone and then never apologized. Told us if you have a problem go speak to management. Manager claims he "knows a guy" to fix it and did not even give us a discount on our bill or anything. "It wasn't our fault". I'll never go to this sad excuse for a business again.

Could you all believe a business that blocks private callers,called from my personal phone which is private call was rejected,used my job phone and they picked up I thought every customer is important but this place selective,great attitude for business,I just use them for convenience which is rare,cocky owners ,they must definitely lose business,lol dummies,food is decent but waitresses always forget something and unattentitive when dining in

The prices on the menu aren't what they charge... it's a lure... they won't even tell u unless u question the bill or bring it up during ya order... the food is good but honesty is the best policy. Change the menus.

1st time there ordered omelette with ham..was overcooked & dry. The homefries was just ok..could have been seasoned alot better..for 2 orders & 2 coffees totaled almost $35 was not worth it all. The service I would say was good though. Firsr impressions...very important. I dont know about the other foods on the menu. Did not enjoy the food at all...did not even eat much of it. Costly & dissatisfied.

On 02/26/2025 i order from Atlantis dinner my order was wrong they make a mistake so I had them take the order back instead of paying 12.00 for my order it was 19.00. On 03/04/2025 I try to place an order the person who answer the phone told me they not taking my order I asked for a manager the person said they are the manager. SO I got my friend to order food for me and the food came it was 12.00 . On 03/12/2025 I try to called and order food the phone went straight to voice mail saying the restaurant is close then my friend try to call the restaurant their phone went straight to voice mail saying the restaurant is close .Then I used my regular phone to call the phone ring. ATLANTIS Diner is very unprofessional I will advise people Do not order from this restaurant .

I was taken aback by the accusations and felt completely disrespected. As a loyal customer, I have never had any issues with my orders from this place. It was unfair to be treated in such a manner without any explanation or opportunity to explain the situation. I value good customer service and this experience has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Moving forward, I will never recommend ordering from this establishment again. On top of the food is Mid, it was the closest diner too me but now I’ll drive to better.
