Never disappoints! Food is amazing; my sister and I love coming here for dinner. The salad dressing is to die for (AND it’s house made!) *just don’t forget that 20% tip is already included because I always do😅. Maybe they should mention it to customers

Galbi bowl and their Galbi burgers are phenomenal. My two favorite, definitely recommend. Oh and they got tacos 🌮.

Came here twice in one week. Food was excellent the staff was very accommodating. I had the chicken and ribs combo. It was so much food it couldn’t fit on one plate would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I had no idea that spot was there! I was taken there for a late lunch. Friendly family space, beautiful owners, really good food! I had 1/2 baked chicken w/kale & fries. Loved it! Here's a pic of what's left for dinner tonight! 😆 LOL!

Come here to see Mami! (Marisa and her husband) the food is excellent. I came back to this city after being away for an entire year and was not disappointed. We drove an entire 6 hours from North Carolina to celebrate my birthday and the food was beyond what my partner and I expected. Balboa will always...ALWAYS have a place in my heart and stomach! Haha P.S. try the chicken with their signature bbq sauce...also this might sound crazy, but try the salad too. The vinaigrette they put on it...if I could stick a straw in that bottle and drink it I would.

I enjoyed the brown stew chicken and the margaritas. It was good, I wasnt blown away but it was food. The portion was a pretty good size too.

I was lead to try this location , being that I've past it many times , going to school. I looked at the reviews and they seemed good. I ordered the grilled salmon, kale and macaroni and cheese. It was delicious and the drinks were astounding. My only complaint was the service the women servers lack interpersonal skills, also there is somewhat of a language barrier. After, I paid my bill totaling $51.42 which included a 20% tip automatically. I paid $51.00 My service was not worth that so I didn't want to leave the 42 cents. Granted I may have been being petty, my server went to cash me out and noticed it was missing and came back for it, then my server and he coworker was staring and talking about me in their language. "What," that was going towards your tip that I was forced to pay and it was only 42 cents...😆 I would go back because the food and drinks are good, but rather not due to the individuals working there.

Very good happy hour! They didn't have any mac and cheese or mashed potatoes so I defaulted to wings and fries. VERY healthy portions, so I can't be mad. The girl at the bar was very nice and helpful!

Was charged 83.00 when it should have been closer to 64. Left a nice tip because the gentleman that greeted us was nice. The sangria was ok, I prefer mine with fruit. It tasted more like a fruit punch with champagne.

Poor service, and I wish I didn’t tip beforehand. I ordered curry chicken, and they gave me grilled. I politely explained that’s not what I ordered. I didn’t even know they had grilled chicken. The young woman gave me an attitude, and stood there as if she expected me to take it anyway. Of course, I wasn’t going to take what I didn’t pay for. She sucked her teeth, tapped her fingers on the table, popped her gum, then looked at her friend who took my order to ask her what I said. Her friend didn’t even look at me—she just said, “Grilled chicken.” The other employee took it to the back, and told whom assume to be the manager. The manager came out and asked me what J ordered. Then she looked at the employee who took my order, and asked what I said. Of course, she said grilled chicken. Listen. Mistakes happen. I’m not mad about the mistake. Or the additional wait. I’m actually not mad at all. But I don’t appreciate disrespect when I know what came out of my mouth, and I lead with good will. Just apologize and fix the order. No big deal. The waitresses are young. I hope they get trained better.
