Classic chinese takeout little DIVE, not fancy, its new york take out classic , basic space, solid flavors, cooked crisp but not overcooked The beancurd broccoli in curry sauce hit the spot in 2026 Just as well as 2017 when i ordered from here when i lived around the corner
Food was very tasty!!! delivery was slow but the food was still hot and good so I can look past that
This is the best takeout Chinese food ever. Chicken still crispy with sauce. Asked for extra spicy and they ACTUALLY made it spicy. Usually other places don’t or it doesn’t taste spicy at all.
Just moved to the hood and found this Chinese take out place. The food is so fresh and amazing and big portion. It’s very close to home made meal and not greasy. Took a picture after we were over excited and demolished the sesame chicken and broccoli with beef combo. The Singapore noodles and lo mein are great too! Highly recommended. Will be my regular.
This is very good Chinese takeout food! The sesame chicken was above average, and the beef lo mein was also great!
Roast pork with mix veg. They use fresh ingredients. Taste better than most Chinese places like this.
For the price, this is quite decent. Lots of variety. Been multiple times. I like their lobster sauce.

Just moved to the neighborhood, and was blessed to have this restaurant a few minutes ago from my apartment. Amazing food and customer service 👌 😋. Best Chinese food I've ever had in a while.
You know it's good when the sign out front is old and dirty, the menu inside is faded to hell, it's cash (or Zelle) only, and you exchange everything through a literal hole in the wall. The food does not disappoint. You'll pay for a normal amount of chicken and walk out with a whole coop. And it'll be exactly what you hoped for. So good. Never change, China Garden. Never change.
First time customer. They made sure I didn't waste my money ordering something I didn't want. Accommodations on a plate that didn't come with veggies. Food was hot and fresh and BANGING. Def will be driving miles to go get this specific chinese food.
Best hole in the wall Chinese food in the area. made fresh & SO good.
Easily the best Chinese take out in the neighborhood! Good quality and great value! Though admittedly my girlfriend and I only ordered from one other place. Nonetheless, when I opened up the General Tso's chicken and roast pork lo mein combo platters, and the crab rangoons, the aromas hit my eye like a big pizza pie. The portions were generous (with more than enough leftovers for another meal for the both of us). The fried rice was fragrant. The noodles were well-seasoned and sauced. The rangoons were crispy, slightly sweet, and not overwhelmingly heavy. What else can I say? My girlfriend, who comes from a family of Chinese take out restaurants, gave her seal of approval. Even though they forgot our soda, the food is worth five stars! We will be coming back for more!
Workers are very respectful. I’ve actually become friends with one of the workers because I’ve gone there so much lol. The food is great, great selection of food and drinks. The food is amazing, prices are great too. In my opinion, best Chinese Restaurant in NYC.

Ordered: Boneless BBQ rib tips Sesame chicken w/ vegetable fried rice Two shrimp rolls and one Egg roll Large Sweet Tea. The egg roll and the tea are the only items I finished. The boneless rib tips were low quality and chewy with a weird sauce. But the traditional BBW sauce. The sesame chicken was also chewy and mostly breading. The rice was bland and not fried at all, just yellow rice. The shrimp rolls were over cooked and impossible to bite through. Do not recommend for life long NYer's looking for old school Chinese restaurant flavors.

Imagine you are going in just to get a soda and you put your food down on the counter. And then the employee knocks all your food over and does not offer to pay you back or anything and is just smiling there. I understand mistakes happen but I feel very annoyed and upset by that.
