Juice Generation in Williamsburg just won my heart — and not just with their matcha drink. As I was wrangling my stroller outside, Ahmed spotted me like a hero in a rom-com, swooped in to open the door, and made sure me and the baby got in smoothly. The whole team was friendly, service was quick, and Ahmed even helped me exit like I was royalty. Beautiful kind soul. I’m coming back here for the vibes and the matcha.

This is one of the three locations that sell the refined sugar free gelato with waffle cone made from fruit/veggie pulp (up cycled). The flavors are the same as their set of smoothies. Tried most of the flavors all were super refreshing and amazing! Our favorite was the dragon fruit and watermelon, so pure and nothing artificial/no sugar no gum. Juice Generation please bring the gelato to the FiDi location!

Gelato Angels, helped me to try every flavor and gave their insights. I went with a 3 scoop cone. dragon fruit with watermelon, and the spicy lemon one I can’t remember now but I’ll never forget the way my lips tingled for hours after eating it. I’ll definitely be back.

found two standout beverages that made the experience truly enjoyable. The "Get Your Green On," a blend of spinach, kale, pineapple, mint, and apple, emerged as my favorite drink at the establishment. The flavors were expertly balanced, creating a divine concoction where the freshness of mint complemented the earthiness of spinach and kale, harmonizing perfectly with the sweetness of pineapple and apple. The overall result was a delightful and refreshing beverage that captured the essence of a well-crafted green drink. The "Hi-Fibe," featuring green apple, cucumber, lemon, spinach, kale, banana, and prebiotic fiber, secured the second spot in my preferences. The interplay of flavors was notable, with the crispness of green apple and cucumber, enhanced by the zing of lemon, contributing to a standout taste. The thoughtful inclusion of prebiotic fiber added a healthy element, making it a well-rounded and enjoyable choice. On the other hand, the Strawberry Dragonfruit Donut left much to be desired. While the concept was intriguing, the use of dates as a substitute for flour in the donut compromised its texture and overall appeal. Unfortunately, this choice detracted from what could have been a more satisfying treat. The most disappointing item in the order was the H2O Metabolizer, consisting of pineapple, ginger, sea moss, butterfly pea flower, plant enzymes, and filtered water. The taste and consistency fell short of expectations, resembling dirt and peas rather than the anticipated refreshing blend. Contrary to expectations, the pineapple failed to stand out, leading to a regrettable choice that I wouldn't consider ordering again. Despite these considerations, my overall trip to Juice Generation was a blast. The exceptional flavors of the "Get Your Green On" and "Hi-Fibe" showcased the establishment's commitment to quality and innovation in beverage creation. While a few items didn't quite hit the mark, the positive experiences with the beverages would undoubtedly prompt a return visit for more of their creative and delicious offerings.

This place is great, I went there to get a juice to revive me because I basically died the day before drinking and I needed something badly. The guy in the front recommended a juice in the refrigerator already made called “Hangover Head” I’m telling you this is the best Remedy I’ve ever had also being very tasty with great ingredients inside. No amount of pain medicine and electrolyte juices compared to how good and better this drink made me feel afterwards. Thank you so much guys you saved my drinking life😅🔥👍🏽

Very tasty, nice place to sit and sip. The PB and Joe was surprisingly well balanced - not overly sweet. The Smooth Strawberry was a good mix of sweet and tangy.
