Food is great, customer service is better… I visit this location multiple times a week for lunch or a quick dinner and the service is exceptional and consistent… especially what it comes to Ariana, Amir and Benny. If any of them are on shift I know my foods salad or bowls definitely going to be perfect!!!

Been to many just salads across the country by far the best service at this one felt I had to write a review because it was so great. The man with the ponytail wearing the cross necklace should get a raise honestly he put the most effort putting into making the salads I requested. It wasn’t crowded so maybe they aren’t always this attentive and helpful but was very impressed will definitely make a point to come back. Rarely see that level of effort put in at a fast casual place like this

Working nearby I've been getting a salad almost everyday now for the last 3 months at the Park Slope location and have yet to be disappointed. The staff is friendly and they work hard to make sure your order is ready quickly. A big shout out to Nicole who says hello to me by name every time I see her which adds that nice extra personal touch when picking up my orders!

My girlfriend and I got Just Salad for the first time tonight and it was fantastic! We got two vegan quinoa bowls and we couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. So tasty! Also - the staff was so warm and welcoming tonight (March 2nd)! They deserve recognition for how great they were! We can’t wait to come back!

When it comes to salad I’m very picky and honestly I only like certain salad mixes. Genesis minier in park slope is The Best! She kindly helped me to choose the best salad. Elizabeth on the cash register also was very helpful, she kindly carried my food to my table outside the store. Store is very clean and they have lovely staff. They fallow the COVID-19 regulations and do their best to keep us safe. You can order online and pick it up by the door easily. I would recommend this location after a long day in the hospital, great way to have a healthy dinner and relax a little. Thank you Genesis Minier and Elizabeth. Stay safe

Shiloh and Alayhe were great! Replying to the owner's response here, since there is nowhere else to reply. The food is good but not amazing. One thing you can do is fully cook the rice and other grains, so I don't fear breaking my teeth. Also, the staff is amazing, but communication with them can be difficult due to the location of speakers playing music. It can be almost impossible to hear them or be heard.

Accidently ordered from 252 7th Av Just Salad instead of 461 Dean St Barclays Center one. Was my mistake so I didn't mind walking up instead. There's no comparison between this Just Salad and the other. Customer service at 252 7th Av is trash. Been to Barlcays Just Salad over 10 times no issues, 1st time going to this one, bad experience. I walk in, staff don't ask a thing. I ask the guy (Tall Darkskin guy, maybe with braids) if my Pick up is ready by Name, he says"'It's coming in a minute" Mind you, I ordered 35 mins prior and he didn't check where my order was, his automatic response was it's coming. Next cusotmer comes in, repeats the same thing. So me and that 2nd customer notice that there's a pick up area and there's 2 orders there, so the customer checks 1 and it's his, so I check the other, it's mines. This was about 10 or so Minutes after waiting. Additionally, this Salad was for someone else and I didn't even tell them I got it from a different Just salad and they asked me why it was so dry and "Blah" as she stated, it's the same Salad order she's been getting for the past 2 years from Barclay's just salad, so even food quality not the same I guess. While waiting those 10 mins, 1 other employee came out the bathroom I believe, Short Hispanic male, went behind counter, washed hands but didn't ask 3 of us (1 additional customer arrived) what we were waiting for, and then another employee, seems to be a Hispanic female comes from the back, does something by the salad greens for 3 mins, also doesn't contact us or say anything besides a joke of some kind to the co-workers they chuckle and that was that. Some employees and some businesses simply understand Customer service, and some don't. Wouldn't go back to this one ever again. This happened Saturday Feb 14th. I accidently went into the 461 Dean S Just salad, encountered 2 new workers and both were real nice and told where the other location was.

Don’t recommend. I mistakenly thought that being part of a chain meant excellent service. The staff is rude, the rudeness is off the charts.

Can’t tell you how many times they send the wrong food or missing items on Seamless and then you can’t call a person in the store to correct the order. You have to go through a lengthy “chat” process on seamless to get refunded for the items that were the whole reason you placed the order in the first place. Making mistakes is human and to be expected from time to time at any restaurant but it’s truly unbelievable how frequently it happens at this particular just salad.

I’ve ordered from this place several times and it’s pretty rare that the entire order is right or even good quality. If you pay for extra protein, you’ll get the normal amount (barely any). Tonight I ordered delivery and the rice was either not cooked or several days old. I’ll be surprised if I’m not incredibly sick in a few hours.

I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered delivery and one salad was missing several ingredients, and barely any of other add-ons. But the real damage is, there was a bug that looks an awful lot like a maggot in the salad. Yes, a maggot. I’m disgusted and will never be eating here again
