The chicken looked cooked on the outside but the inside was raw. Little pinkish and undercooked. For the price of 25 dollars you would think their food was well done.

VERY DISRECPECTFUL, I PLACED AN ORDER WAITED 1 HOUR AND THEY CANCELLED ME DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE A DELIVERY DRIVER THAT WANTED TO COME IN MY DIRECTION WHICH IS 12 MINS AWAY. I PLACED MY ORDER THROUGH GRUBHUB. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO ASK WHY THEY SAID THE DRIVER SAID IT WAS TOO FAR AWAY. NO APOLOGIES OR ANYTHING. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN. AND I HAD TO CALL GRUBHUB TO GET MY MONEY BACK. LOST MY BREAK TIME.

Ordered on uber eats. They didn’t have my soup. Cancelled and was charged 19 dollars because the girl there couldn’t cancel it on her end. Came in to speak the managerpersonally. No manager was present mid day 3 pm on a Tuesday. The girls that were there again didn’t help and possibly didn’t understand. I been going here since I was a kid but will never again. Castillo on 69 is better anyway. Lost my loyalty, thieves.

I walked into this restaurant and there was no one ahead of me. Two groups of Latin ladies came in after me and the waitresses behind the counter totally ignored me and started taking their orders. I felt disrespected by this racist behavior. If you're not Latin don't go here.

The woman charged me extra to change the soda cans she picked . Also when I opened my rice at home there was a piece of aluminum can in it . If I didn’t notice it , it could have been a problem. The woman was also rude and had an attitude.

I went to this restaurant after having a long day. I decided to stop by since I was hungry. I ordered white rice, beans, and pernil. The moment I tasted the food, I was very disappointed. The food had no type of flavor, so I ended up asking the waitress for the salt. The Pernil was dry, for me to swallow the food, I had to drink water. I would never eat at this restaurant again. I ate at this restaurant on 1/13/2025

The women that took my order she was so rude showed like she didn’t even care what I wanted when I asked questions about the food and prices.When I finally got the food The masita de cerdo was dry as you know what and the rice was stale. Never 👎 again going to order from here again. Only Spanish speaking people she was interested in 🤦‍♀️.

The lady at the counter needs a Cust services training. Horrible actitud, I know Suriel family (the owners) and I ask for them and she told me I don’t know the owners I know the work, so rude. Also my order was to go, and went we open the yellow rice was smoked rice terrible. I ask for my receipt and never get it. Chicken was good, but not better that the la parada in 31st and service too. Decide not to go there not more and if the family ask me I’m going to tell them my horrible experience.

They charged me $37 dollars for this and the beef stew was $20 . how was the beef stew more then a whole chicken. They didnt want to take my order because I looked white to them. They were laughing at me in Spanish and I know this because I'm Puerto Rican with pale skin . I understood them . Will not go again and they overcharged. Look for yourself.
