One of our go-to Bay Ridge spots for bagels & rolls. Bread is always fresh. Great portions. Pretty quick service even when they're packed. They also make a mean burger. 10/10...you'll see us there at least twice a week. My only "complaint" is that I called in an order, asked if they could make a Nutella parfait, they said yes, & I then made me an everything bagel with Nutella? Super random, funny experience.

The best whole wheat everything bagels ever in NYC (or elsewhere for that matter)! These bagels are not only healthy being whole wheat, but delicious, perfect in size, consistency, toast ability and taste (not too sweet, doughy, everything seasoning is perfectly and plain old "just right). Always fresh and if you put in freezer and toast at home, just as spectacular as fresh!!! The staff is exceptional also! Very friendly and hardworking and gets orders and pricing right every time!!!

This is my go to bagel spot in the neighborhood. I love the chocolate chip bagels not many places make them and they are delicious. I make sure to always stop at Mr.bagels the staff is great and the bagels are amazing!!

The best whole wheat everything bagels ever in NYC (or elsewhere for that matter)! This bagel shop is amazing! The bagels are fresh, perfectly chewy, and full of flavor. They have a great variety of options, and the spreads and toppings are delicious. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Whether you're grabbing breakfast or a snack, this place is a must-visit!

Always friendly, quick turnaround. They make a mean bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel lightly toasted, with a dab of butter, a little salt and pepper, not too much cause I don’t want to die…. And ask them to cook it like they cook it for their kid. Dee lish us!!!

Several places are available to dine in but there are no servers. I ordered eggs with bacon, bagels and tuna salad. The food was average in taste and flavor.

I don't know why they participate in Too Good to Go if they are always going to not honor the deal for the Surprise Bag. I stopped by 4pm and inquired if I could pick up now or have to wait till 4:30. They acknowledged I have to come back at 4:30 and they'll have it ready for me. I come back and they are already closed. They used to close at 5pm but ownership might have changed and they always lock the door by 4:30pm now. They used to have a sign for business hours but not anymore. Either put a sign or update your business listing on Google. I've had issues with this enough times so I'm done with yall. Perhaps they feel TGTG app users are getting a steal of a deal, but for me it generated them more business. Their sandwiches are good as well. Boar's Head confirmed, portions are pretty standard, and they don't miss anything on the item list. There are delis in the neighborhood that straight up give you different meats if you don't know your stuff so I appreciated that. They also do have the best bagels in this area so that's why I won't give you a 1 star. Be grateful for a 2 star.

Saw 5 people come in and order Similar egg sandwiches and get their food before me who called it in. I said excuse me I ordered mine 20 minutes ago. She said you have to wait. I then waited another 5 min asked where the order was and she gave me a horrible attitude and started yelling at me in front of customers. I walked out. Never again. Spent over 10 dollars a day there daily was always polite but because of her will never come back. Went to AJ bagels a few blocks away way better bagels and customer service. Avoid this place.

I’m sorry I don’t usually complain but I had to this time my roll was extremely soggy and the lettuce tastes very old or like the end of the bed of lettuce never coming here again bay ridge is loosing its touch with bagels smh

Staff ignored me while doing “busy” work. Didn’t look too happy working there, .bagel and cream cheese with a side of rudeness. Not going back there. You want my money, try……..can I help you with a smile.
