Tip: Be careful when pouring the black pepper sauce, as it can splatter. The stir fry noodles are also a good option.

This is a great spot for a date night or a meal with family. The complimentary appetizers are amazing. The fruit salad is sweet and juicy. The toasted butter bread is crispy, crunchy and full of buttery flavor. The drinks are sweet and fun and even come with a tiny ice animal on top. The ribeye steak was so juicy, tender and full of flavor for a $30 price point. To add on the fine dining service, the waiter brings steak is brought out in display full of steam that my party go WOW every time we go. Outback Steakhouse has nothing on this place. I tried a runny sunny side up egg with spaghetti and it was creamy, comforting and delicious. At the end, little lollipops are given with the bill, which is perfect for kids. The restaurant feels cozy and fancy at the same time, even in the bathroom. If you love delicious, affordable food, fun drinks, and a classy atmosphere, you have to try this place!
If you are into Chinese style steak this spot is great. Chinese style steak isnt focus on beef's flavor but overall flavor with the sauce included. I think the black pepper sauce complemented the dish well and was really tasty. My only doubt is the steak was extremely juicy like that of USDA prime grade steak which shouldn't have been possible given that I only spent 29 for the plate. I'm pretty sure they used some dark technology but since it is all speculation no knock against them.
Place was very well descorated! This is a taiwanese twist to steak and it definitely surpassed my expectations. I got medium rare and it was 🔥 my favorite part were the stir fry noodles with curry beef and my ice coffee tho. The ice coffee was 4 bucks and it came with a sugar ox thing! The noodles had a great chew. Service was nice but you do need to know chinese tho. Will be back probably for takeout for those curry stirfry noodles! It is a bit pricy but a fun experience in the area 🫡
Classic Taiwanese steakhouse with quirky decor. Gets a 5 because everything was tasty and what you'd expect for the type of restaurant, not because it was a Michelin star experience. Not fancy, but definitely comforting. Our steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned so well. Note that, for whatever reason, a good chunk of the steak menu is in Mandarin. Luckily, I was there with someone who speaks the language, or I'd be confined to a more boring menu of meat and noodle options. They do not accept credit cards, so they lose a service star from me. Still, the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll be back!
I didn’t have high expectations for this restaurant but it was really good. My bf and I both got the sirloin steak combo which came with two complimentary sides of salad and bread. Our steak was the perfect medium and the spaghetti was pretty flavorful. One thing I didn’t like was the amount of onions that was on my plate because I’m not a fan of the taste. Other than that, my overall experience was great.
Their beef baked cake might have a weird name, but it's something you definitely have to get. The outside is fried to a crispy perfection, the juices of the seared beef trapped inside the bun. Their curry beef rice kicked me in the face with its spiciness, but it was a pleasant and very tolerable. My favorite dish, though, was their noodles with hot and spicy beef, marked with three chili peppers on the menu to warn potential patrons. Their warning only enticed me, and boy was I in for a ride. It was garicky and spicy, but the fragrance of the beef and sweetness of their sauce kept me coming back. Three entrees with the appetizer only costed around $25. 10/10 would come again.
I do like this place. Their steak is a fairly good value for what it is. I will say that a lot of their dishes taste a little bit on the sweet side but that is a personal gripe. Their radish soup is absolutely delicious though
Seeing the hotplate dish on Google review and curious about trying it out so I came here. The place is very convenient and easy to get to. Small tidy restaurant with so many different decorations on the wall. Did a walk in and got seated right away. They didn't have the food that I wanted so I ordered something else. Food came out fast, good service from the staff. They take cash or zelle, very interesting type of payment (first time seeing a place taking zelle).
New Fu Shen Restaurant offers a delectable exploration of beef-centric dishes. The tomato beef rice was richly flavorful, a delightful fusion of simplicity and zest. The standout, however, was the black pepper sirloin steak, drenched in a robust black peppery sauce that tantalized the taste buds. The noodle soup with beef was a familiar comfort, executed with typical finesse. Each dish at New Fu Shen is a testament to the rich flavors that can be coaxed from well-prepared beef.
Chinese take on outback steak house. BokChoy we love. Cool cowboy themed decor, has many steak options. Noodle soups were ok and the stir fry noodles have actually better flavor. Wonton in chili sauce is ok, kind of watery and filling was a little weird on the seasoning. Beef egg pancake is interesting has lettuxe inside but i dont like it. Black pepper steak w rice is weird on the sauce, sweet and savory?? And peppery? Stir fried noodle w ox rib was the best dish. Noodle soup was just peppercorn spice and das it. Bathroom is single clean and spacious. Cool decor too.
I walked in and it was just myself. I sat down and ordered a daikon soup, tomato and beef over rice, a tea and a coke. I would like to say that the service was quick because I got my soup and my rice almost at the same time, but I would tell my server next time to hold off my food till I am done with the soup, since it was quite big. While I am satisfied with the soup, the tomato beef over rice was very tart and sour from the worcestershire sauce and ketchup with no tomatoes in sight. I could get behind the dish if it was called beef and ketchup. It's served with a lot of red onions and very few pieces of beef, maybe 2-3oz of beef. The "poached egg" is fried egg in margarine, granted the yolk was still runny, the taste of margarine was quite off putting along with the food. I see many people ordered the sizzling steak plate, and they get the hype, but I could tell from their look that the food tastes underwhelming. It was $26.54 with tip, and honestly I could have made better at home. I end up not eating the rice after a few bites and just take it home.
Food is okay, nothing outstanding. My family used to come here a lot, on a weekly basis, and we always tip them well, around 20%. Fair to say they know me. Today I ordered take out, but couldn't find a parking. Called and kindly asked if they could walk 50ft ahead of the store, it was around 11:00am. They refused. They said, they could only do in front of their store, and not even 1 more ft more than that. I walked in to pick up myself with my kids. There was only one customer waiting for take out, 3 waiter/waitress. Store was pretty empty. This will be my last time at this restaurant. There are plenty other places on 8th ave where they would want business from customers.
