This Panda Express would not let me ( a 75 yr old senior citizen and my 2 adult children (36 and 41 yrs old) use their bathroom. In the past when I dined there you could use the bathroom. Now it is for employees only according to the manager. I spent $60.00 and could use the bathroom. I will not dine there ever again. Carolyn Moore

The food tastes okay, fresh, and the quantity is okay. It's just a bit busy. The tables are too dirty and no one manages them. I can't sit down and eat the food, so I can only clean it up by myself!

Either there's a new cheaper recipe or the cook is bad/rushing. My fav is the beijing beef. It was burnt. Noodles taste watered down. Server served me healthy. Service A1. But cooking the food is first. Fix it please

Food is good and staff is friendly however customers are not allowed to use the bathroom. To allow a dine in experience and not approve bathroom use is barbaric. They printed a generic sign up and blocked off the second bathroom with chairs as seen in the picture. If they are having issues with people from the streets coming in to use the bathroom, the company should employ a guard to restore order in the restaurant so paying customers can use it.

Foul customer service by Nyla today- visiting from overseas to see family and had quick food. Was spoken to like dirt couldn’t make eye contact at all, didn’t explain anything and ended up paying for something we ultimately didn’t want. Also talking about me and my partner in a rude manner whilst we ate. Wouldn’t return due to this

I placed an order at Panda Express as a paying customer and asked to use the restroom to wash my hands. I was refused and told that the restroom is for employees only. This is unacceptable. As a customer who purchased food, I expected basic facilities to be available. Not being able to wash hands or use the restroom is extremely inconvenient and shows a lack of respect toward customers. Very disappointed with the service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

On January 16 at approximately 9:20 PM, I arrived at your establishment to pick up an order. Upon arrival, the order was not ready, and I had to wait about 30 -35 minutes. I consider this situation unacceptable. The performance of the staff during this shift was extremely poor. In particular, one employee stood out it appeared that the staff was disorganized and not properly managing the order preparation process. Couriers should not be required to wait 30–40 minutes. According to delivery standards, an order should be ready at the time the courier arrives, not after. I would like to remind you that your business generates revenue thanks in part to couriers, and this type of treatment directly affects service quality and your establishment’s reputation. I would also like to point out the following: If certain items are out of stock, they must be marked as unavailable in the system so customers do not order items that are not available. It is unacceptable to ask a courier to call a customer at 11:00 PM, disturbing them due to internal kitchen issues. Food arrived cold, the amount was horribly small for the price. Won't order from them again. I am so disappointed. How is this a plate ? this barely feeds 1 child . Then to send ice cold food what the heck was I paying for?

To be honest, my experience was terrible and disappointing. When I asked for a bigger portion that gave me a small one and I paid $13. For a plate and they didn’t even give me a lot of food for me to enjoy my food, I would need a lot of food because I was hungry to be honest, their food was honestly disgusting 🤢 their food was a zero their service was a zero..

I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had an issue before, which is why today’s experience was really disappointing. After my meal, I asked for the bathroom code and was told it was “out of service.” The problem is, I had just seen an employee come out of that same bathroom about 20 minutes earlier. When I mentioned this, the young lady at the register said, “I’m just telling you what I’m told to say,” and suggested I go across the street to Burger King. Ummmmm, I didn’t spend my money at Burger King, I spent it here. It felt dismissive and unfair as a paying customer. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience was very disappointing.

I recently visited Panda Express and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a plate with two entrées and one side — I chose half fried rice and half chow mein for the side, along with honey walnut shrimp and eggplant tofu. While the entrées were flavorful and tasted good, the sides were a letdown. The fried rice was totally undercooked, and the chow mein was dry and lacked the usual saucy texture. It really took away from the overall meal. To make matters worse, the store was extremely overcrowded, likely due to the lunch rush. I had to wait in line for about 25 minutes just to place my order. For the price and time spent, I expected a much better experience. Not sure I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

Worst fkkkn place ever!! Beef w broccoli? Just broccoli basically!! Ask girl for greens and she scooped with an attitude. All broccoli only. Noodles and rice old.. scooped only a little bit off food. Didn’t take any panda rewards promos!! Left empty!!

I would not buy there honesty unless they change their portion size. I bought a bowl consisting of one entree and one main. The cost was 9.50. I didn’t mind the cost, but the woman that served me counted the pieces of orange chicken she gave. 8 small pieces.. are we in a 3rd world country? Chicken is cheap in this country and for the price my bowl should be full. I will never buy there again. You are better off buying at an authentic Chinese restaurant where you get your money’s worth. I did not see before, but if you’re look closely there’s a hair in my food. Definitely not going back there..
