Delicious and fresh food & phenomenal service even after hours!!
Good food, good service, good atmosphere. Nothing to complain about exactly.
WE HAD A GREAT TIME CELEBRATING 🍾 THE SUNDAY AFTER VALENTINES 💝 DAY. 👌 SUPERB ATMOSPHERE 👌 ALTIMATE FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE. TRULY THE BEST. THANK YOU BOB & FAMILY.
I LEFT FULL AND HAPPY If you like a big, delicious meals, come here. I'm 6'1" 235 pounds and I have never left here hungry. Its just a good, old fashioned Americana diner with a very friendly and helpful staff. This is my favorite place to come after an early morning 2 hour workout on Sunday .
Can't say enough about how wonderful this amazing place is l! Once you walk into the eating space, it's everything you want to be - a little art deco, a little 50's style diner - but ALL of it... A CLASSIC! The food came out hot and on point. Service was great, and the place was really clean - including the bathroom. Bigger than it looks once you're in the main dining area. Well worth a stop - especially late night!
Old stool diner vibe w/ excellent food, service amd access. Not many like this left in NYC. Worth a stop in!!
A little above my budget but some of the food is delicious I've been going here for 15 years with my family..💪😁🥰
First time here with a friend. The staff was very nice and always checked up on us to make sure we were ok. Food is good.
Everything was very good hot on delivery. Everything i asked 4 came thank you. Will order again soon. HAPPY NEW YEAR
Food is excellent. Service is great! A Little bit pricey but can't complain since this is a diner😜. We had a very welcoming, nice waitress. Love that an american atmosphere here. Super convenient, 24 hrs open, you cant ask for more). The only thing I didn't feel comfortable with, is that for payment with a card you have to go to the counter. I hope managers will fix that in the future, because I didn't like how I paid and didn't have chance to see my waitresses to thank her.
Went here because it was the diner from Anora but the food and service was exceptional. Would recommend the “Paco’s” for breakfast. They are over easy eggs and bacon in a folded pancake like a taco
Our favorite place to go as a family or with friends for comfort food, dessert, or just about anything else. They also have fun/unique events and holiday parties
This is a wonderful place to dine with friends and family. The food is delicious, the service was superb and the atmosphere was warm and cozy.
Parkview Diner is by far one of the best restaurants we’ve ever visited. I came with my family for breakfast, and everything was absolutely delicious — from the quality of the food to the generous portions. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere every time. All the recognitions and praise this place receives are truly well deserved. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience — we can’t wait to come back!
One of the best diners in Brooklyn. Great prices and amazing food. I had the Parkview salad....shockingly delicious, and the strawberry cheesecake was better than Juniors cheesecake. Friendly service, the atmosphere was adorable, old style diner decor. It's open 24/7 and there is parking available as well. Highly recommended!!
Just ate their with my wife we had a great meal. Not surprised, food has always been on the money. Staff is always friendly, it use to be call the Nebraska Diner. Those of you from Brooklyn remember. It's a go to spot when we visit from out of town. Terrific food as always, great service(Jimmy). You name it they have it. It’s a must stop. If your in Manhattan take the trip down.
Had a great breakfast there this morning! They're following covid seating rules still, very clean, love how they serve the condiments & utensils. The staff are great, we didn't have to wait 30 seconds for menus & water, & our order was taken the second we were ready, it was like she read our minds 🤣 (our server was a sweetheart as well). Great food, easy parking, chill atmosphere, fair prices..what else can you as for? Great diner to visit w family or just your significant other for a good meal 👍
As an extremely picky eater, I can honestly say the food here is phenomenal. I used to come here often as a kid but hadn’t been back in years until last week, my first visit in a long time and I was genuinely impressed. I enjoyed it so much that I had to come back again. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and I may just have to make this a weekly tradition. Highly recommend!
I was going on a late night walk at the boardwalk and got a little bit hungry. Saw this place was open so decided to pay it a visit, ordered a spanakopita and some coffee. The portion was HUGE very value for money and very tasty. Very cozy place to just sit down and have some food also a very big plus it's open 24hrs.
Went to the diner after visiting the Dyker Lights. The service was excellent and attentive. My sister and I each had a dinner special. The deal was good bang for your buck. We each had 2 meals out of it. The food was delicious.
I've been coming to this diner for decades. Born and raised in New York, this was all was might go to spot for late night food and great company. Now that I live in New Jersey, this is a great place to revisit from time to time when I work in New York. Food is always great and they never disappoint. Took some of my team out after rocking a party and we enjoyed everything!
It was such a beautiful friday morning here in parkview diner. Had some nice egg benedict and pancakes accompanied by my companion. We had such a pleasant time. Also another star for the presence of old man having immaculate diner experience and sharing the aura was euphoric. Was happy with our choices! Wish coffee refill is more often :c No complaints though.
After the Breast Cancer walk we stopped by to get something to eat despite such a busy day management was prepared and dealt with the crowd in a very professional manner. The food was delicious the staff was working their butts off to provide adequate service. Thank you all so very much. I definitely will be back.

Staff was amazing. Had the game on while eating. Very accommodating. Will come back. Thank you 😊
Some of our food wasn't completely done but service was great.
Had the eggs, sausage and hashbrowns for breakfast. The food was very good and service was almost immediate. The diner was very clean and well lit outside in the dark. I was surprised at how large this diner is. I was also very happy to see that I found a diner open at 6:00 in the morning in. Brooklyn. It is also conveniently located next to the Belt Parkway.
We spent the morning at the NY Aquarium and then walked around Coney Island. When it was time to go we stopped at the Parkview Diner for lunch. They asked us if we had been vaccinated, which is fine — and yes, we have been. We were seated in a booth and our server was great and checked on us several times while we were there. Food was good and coffee was refilled consistently. My wife had an omelette and my daughter had some kind of chicken sandwich. I had the beef gyro and it was very good. We all enjoyed our meals and our time there. Glad we found a diner to stop at on our way back to Jersey. We were beat and didn't need anything fancy. The parking lot is small and a bit tight so be extra careful getting in and out of your parking space!
Was here Mother's day Weekend. Super crowded, I felt bad for our waitress because I could tell she was waiting on a lot of tables. She seemed overwhelmed and I can imagine how that must've felt. We were a table of 6. My omelette was a little on the bland side 😣 but I guess it was because the mass amount of orders that were coming in. My mother, her bf, my son, and nephew all loved their food. My sister felt her eggs were also a bit bland but she liked her French toast. I would come and try out their food again.
This is a great spot in the area for any meal. Set in a classic diner vibe complete with neons. Very large menu with daily specials. Baked goods always on hand. Good and friendly service. Better than most surrounding options in the neighborhood. Surf and turf was good but a lower quality cut of steak. Greek salad was very good. French onion soup hit the spot. Servings of bread, pickles, coleslaw, chickpeas was a nice surprise. Nice cozy friendly spot I would visit again.
We have ordered from Parkview Diner many times and have never been disappointed. Today my wife ordered a Ribeye Steak and it was excellent. I ordered a Chicken Gyro on pita. It was very chewy and had no taste. I was not even sure it was chicken. The onion rings too were very chewy and tasted stale. I will order from Parkview again but will definitely stay away from this.
I visited this diner for the first time today and I don't know why it took me so long to check this place out. I got treated so warmly when I walked in like I was a regular customer that frequently dined here. The service I got from the waitstaff was great and the food was good. You seem to get a lot for your monies worth and in my opinion I think the prices are reasonable. The place overall is immaculately clean, but the bathroom seems a tad small. A major plus is that they have a nice sized parking lot so you don't have to look around for street parking. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.
Food is good . Service is excellent had a fun breakfast with family would go again .
Great experience at Parkview Diner. Friendly service, clean place, and tasty, well-prepared food with generous portions. Classic diner vibes done right. Definitely coming back!
3 ppl, ordered juevos rancheros, make your own omelet, breakfast quesadilla amd an order or pancakes to share. Entrees were good and we agreed everything needed a bit of salt (underseasoning at diners is common). Pancakes were really good (passing by french toast looked great btw) but honestly, real syrup is needed both at this price point and also those prepackaged not real syrups detract from the pancakes. Server was a professional, provided food suggestions and everyone was polite and friendly. We ordered juices and waters but the coffee service we could see was consistently meandering through the dining room refilling cups. We will definitely go back and try it for other meals since it's open 24 hours.
I have always enjoyed coming to this diner and have had great experiences in the past. The breakfast menu is consistently impressive. The pancakes I tried on a previous visit with friends was truly delicious, and many of the other breakfast items were just as good. The chocolate covered strawberries are also fresh and enjoyable every time. However, during my most recent visit, the Chicken Alfredo was disappointing. The sauce had a bitter taste that made me question whether the milk or cheese was fully fresh, and the chicken itself was not what I expected in terms of flavor and texture. I hope the diner can take this as helpful feedback and ensure that ingredients used in this dish meet the same quality as their excellent breakfast options. Overall, this is still a place worth visiting, especially for breakfast. I look forward to returning and hoping the Chicken Alfredo improves in the future.
Parkview Diner, if it's late at night and you're craving a meal before going home. Or early morning, when you want a good solid breakfast to fuel your day. Their burgers are great, nice thick juicy burger with crispy fries - I get the half n' half - half fries and half onion rings - great onion rings. I've had the souvlaki platter, very good. And, of course their breakfast, yum. I highly recommend this diner - not many old-school traditional diners around like this anymore.
Some one kept giving us the wrong order. We ordered the appetizer sampler and it was not good at all. Order 2 burgers and was advertised that it came with an onion ring but the onion ring was the size of my pinky finger and was hard as a rock like it has been re fried over a couple of times. Will not be returning to this diner. I dont feel it was worth my $103.00 bill.
I've been here a few times, I love how it's open late at night! It's a decent spot to get a bite when not much else is open at night. The service and vibes are consistently good. The food is alright. The most recent time I went I got the French dip sandwich. The portion was colossal! The dipping broth was quite flavorful, but the meat in the sandwich was tougher than I would've liked. I also do wish that the bread was toasted more thoroughly. The pickles are awesome, briny and flavorful, although the coleslaw is too sweet for my taste. In the past I remember getting the Hot Chocolate, one of the burgers (the one with the bbq sauce), and the Eggs Benedict, all of which I was satisfied enough with. If I visit again I think I'll try the French Onion Soup, as it seemed to be a hit on some of the tables around where I was sitting. All in all, I would recommend Parkview Diner if you're in the area late at night and craving a meal to fill you up. It's a solid spot.
I mostly come on the weekends for brunch items. I haven't done in I normally order and pick up my food. Service is always excellent. The outside need to be remodel. Overall spacious and clean

Prices have gone up while food quality has gone down, food was super salty and looks like it was rushed.
This is a diner. It has a ton of options. You will always find something that is okay. I have not had the experience of finding anything that is excellent or great. My children love coming here. My partner and I find the food underwhelming. Often it feels understaffed and waving down a waiter is a little difficult. The restaurant is laid out like a classic diner which looks really nice. There is an array of different dessert options. They are somewhat inconsistent as sometimes you get something fresh and it's great and sometimes you get something that tastes a little old. So the quality of the desserts can be inconsistent.
The food is eatable and the customer service is okay. I only buy what I know which is the chicken cutlet parm with spaghetti. The salad 🥗 is nice but the dressing taste as if it was stretched.
Everything was great the food was good they gave you a lot the waiters were awesome except for the short blonde cashier lady she had an attitude with us For a receipt because we was paying separately but the waiter put everything in one and she got an attitude with us and walked away saying she can’t help us she could’ve said it nicer we are paying customers Other than that I like the place ps they take out mandatory tips just for bringing your water and your plate 15% crazy
This diner could be so much better with some money spent on it,a bit run down and eating off plastic plates is just not right, the toilet is in need of a big make over!
Had better expectations according to the sign on the window that says "voted the best diner", the server was ok, he got the order wrong but not a big deal, as it was easy to fix. Asked for a Greek salad that sounded great in the menu, but that, once on the table wasn't a great deal, and didn't came with the pita bread they mentioned. The spanakopita or spinach pie ,.was really good, homemade. The rest of the food as mentioned, nothing special.
The food was regular diner food. The waffles were hard on the outside but soft on the inside. They charge extra for any addition to the egg omelet over two items. I did find an egg shell in my eggs, which turned me off the eggs. There is parking, and I did not have to wait to be seated. I was told to sit where I want.

Good breakfast, only diner around I like it n it is clean. They are quick to seat you, and not to long of a wait for food. They have different events. Try it it's not bad
Food is good but prices went up significantly
I didn’t have high expectations for the business, the outside looks like it hasn’t been renovated since it’s open. Regardless, I kept an open mind and ordered my usual French toast and chicken tenders. Just a heads up for anyone looking to order the tenders, they are not tenders. They just bread some small cutlets with what looks like breadcrumbs. The service wasn’t bad, and the diner look busy enough. I was just a little disappointed with the chicken. Seems like a decent place to come for a traditional eggs and bacon, or waffles kind of breakfast.
Pros: Service was good, clean place Cons: Food was terrible, loud Hispanic music blaring from the kitchen area during holidays.. I do not recommend.
Me and my friends came in around 2am. We were greeted and seated promptly. All the food was bad. The wings over cooked, the bacon was well done? The drinks were just not made well at all. Very bitter. The only saving grace was the squeezed strawberry lemonade. Maybe it’s because we came late but this was not a good experience. More then likely the fryer needs to be cleaned.
Me and my family came to have lunch. We ordered French onion soup chicken soup and an appetizer sampler and a chicken wrap with cheese fries. The French onion soup was ok just over packed with croutons as soon as you would peel the cheese back it's stacked with soaked croutons to where you can enjoy the bowl, the chicken soup looks and takes like it came out of a can and the chicken wrap with melted cheese was ok just the fries were not even covered in cheese it looks like the crew just slapped a few pieces of cheese and barley let it melt it's still cold in a few spot just isn't the same anymore.
Outside seating area is very clean and comfortable. We ordered “Italian Panini Deluxe” I was very excited to eat panini after long pandamic time, but when it was served my half mood went off because it made in “sandwich bread” and other half after first bite chicken was not fresh and not cooked well at all. Apart from fries and onion rings was delicious as well as mozzarella sticks. I am not sure if I’m going to be give a try again here, as they say VOTED “best dinner”
We came here around midnight, understanding it’s a 24/7 diner known for being open late — but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. My cousin ordered buffalo wings, a burger with onion rings and fries; another got an eggplant wrap, and I ordered the mac and cheese. The wings were undercooked (we even took a photo), the wrap tasted like it had just been microwaved, and the mac and cheese was literally the store-bought Velveeta kind — no seasoning, no garnish, just straight out of the box. To make matters worse, the service was unwelcoming. Our waiter seemed annoyed from the start and barely acknowledged us. When it came time to pay, we didn’t argue or complain, we just wanted to leave — even left a $10 tip despite the experience. But instead of appreciating that, we were confronted about the tip not being enough and felt pressured not to leave until we tipped more. At midnight, that was the last thing we needed. We won’t be coming back. Late night or not, guests deserve better food and respectful service.
I do not know how this place has gotten "best" anything once let alone consecutively. Maybe I'm not the target audience but the food was easily the worst I had my entire trip, in the sense that I was a tourist. I did not eat at any chain restaurants nor any "viral" places and it was still the most memorable as the only meal I didn't enjoy eating. In a nearly empty dining room it took what felt like forever for the server to even come get our drink orders. Couple these things with the price. This is a "diner" but with cheesecake factory prices and menu options a little bit of everything and all of if so expensive for what.
Unfortunately a bit of a disappointing experience. My group of 6 shows up here around 3am after a trip to Six Flags Fright Fest. This was the only place we could find that was open and on our way home. I appreciated the service, waiter was nice and friendly, just not too knowledgeable on the menu. We ordered a few drinks, the strawberry lemonades were amazing, and unfortunately that was where it stopped. The rest of the drinks were awful. Lemon drop tasted like cheap vodka with some lime juice and watered down with tap water. The other blue alcoholic drinks looked great but tasted like tap water, blue curaçao syrup (the cheap $5 kind), and a hint of awful cheap liquor. The food was also disappointing, anything that had meat was overcooked, with the bacon specifically being badly overcooked. The bill said “well done” next to the bacon which blew our mind. The salad I had was okay, but the tortilla cup that it came in was hard and burnt, made it difficult to enjoy. I wish it was just the salad with some pita chips on tops Overall we wouldn’t go back unfortunately. I hope the experience is better during regular day hours but I did expect more from a diner like this.
Do not order from here. Total rip off.order elsewhere. The souvlaki was so thin it was probably cut with a deli slicer. Paid full price for a non existent "platter." The chicken was rubbery and ove…

Poor customer service from the manager no compassion for older people stay away. I’ve been here many of time but I will not return
I eat here every time I visit my family in the area. We ate and spent $210 no problem for lunch $30 was automatic gratuity we were leaving a older family member 80 years old went to sit in the little entry way fell I asked them for a paper cup of water he the manager told me $1.75 for a cup of tap water after spending $210 plus some family brought cake when leaving .spending more money . I cannot spend another dime in an establishment that you can’t spare a cup of water on a very hot day and she’s 80 and she fell . You lost customers for $1.75 . If they can’t help the elderly the community in their time of need why support them .
Ordered a surf ave burger...i took a bite and it tasted like pure grease. I told the manager and he told me specifically that it was supposed to be greasy and the reason he loves burgers because they are greasy. The burger tasted like it was deep fried and slapped on the bun. Absolutely disgusting then he complained out in the open to the workers. Saying we complained and not to wrap up our food 🤣 like i was going to bring that to my house. It was soooooo gross. The manager isnt friendly and is an absolute prude. Ill stick to bridge view i never get greasy food and the manager i assume is amazing. i never had to meet them. The waiters at Parkview are nice but the manager thinks burgers should be greasy. If you've ever had a good burger like they used to have they should be juicy not greasy. Never in my life have i encountered such ignorance. I told him to enjoy his greasy burgers on the way out. My kid had an omelette she scoffed down. She said it was delicious. Ill stick to bayridge its a shame i grew up a few blocks away from Parkview i waited years for it to reopen. It was good until recently. They stopped caring.
Wanted to get a late breakfast Didn’t even get a chance to sit! Waited for 12 and half minutes for anyone to even bat an eye! Staff, and managers kept walking past me as if im not there! Mind you I was the only person waiting to be seated! And the diner was not busy! When I asked the waiter if anyone is getting me seated, he nodded and said i don’t know! I clocked myself then left! Nobody even attempted to help me out! Save yourself time and energy by visiting somewhere else!
Absolute crooks! Purchased a gift card online for a gift for Christmas. There does not list any information or restrictions. My dad, who is a veteran, went to use it today towards our breakfast and they told him that he could not use it in the restaurant, only online. What is the point of a gift card for a restaurant that you cannot use in the actual restaurant? Not only that, but it does not say that ANYWHERE?! Taking it up with the BBB. On top of that when I asked to speak to the owner, he refused to come out and speak with me. We te regular nd VERY good patrons. Not anymore.
I haven't been to Parkview in years and perhaps it should've stayed that way. I ordered Turkey with apple stuffing and my mother ordered a simple grilled cheese sandwich. My food looked old and microwaved and the "grilled" cheese sandwich was not melted all the way and dare I say looked old. A customer shouldn't be subjected to such mediocrity and if a customer isn't satisfied, it is any competent manager's responsibility to make it right. Instead, he got upset and argued with us and then proceeded to say that he couldn't help us. To be wrong and strong says a lot about what Parkview has become. I guess the customer isn't always right in this case.
My friend and I went there for breakfast, spent $66 on the worst “huevos rancheros”, warm coffee, cold waffles we had to ask to be microwaved. We spent 2 hours because we had to kill time, 7-9am, then some old, rude guy came to tell me “hey, you’ve been here 2 hours” pointing at his watch, “it’s Sunday, cmon, you have to go”. I got furious but didn’t want to make a scene, just scoffed and said “ok?”, he walked away, I stood up and counted 8 open tables, 32 empty chairs, and this was on only one side of the diner, there were more open booths on the other side, NOBODY was even waiting for a table. I paid my, I’ll repeat, $66 tab and then went to tell that rude guy “you have 8 open tables, not like you needed ours” and left. We didn’t order just 2 coffees, you know?
Arrived on Christmas Day at 12:00 PM with my family and kids. We placed our order by 12:25 PM and waited over an hour with no food and no updates. During that time, four tables around us that arrived after we did were served and finished eating. When I asked about our order, the manager admitted it was not even put in until around 1:25 PM, minutes before I complained. We had been sitting there for over an hour for nothing. Only after we said we were leaving, the manager’s only solution was to offer the food to go. There was no real apology, accountability, or effort to make it right. My family were regular customers, and we brought extended family to show them this place. After this experience, we will not be returning. This completely ruined our family’s Christmas morning and was unacceptable service.
