My husband and I Grabbed dinner the other night food was good and the service was great! Chaley was a great server, very attentive and definitely pays attention to detail she knew exactly what we needed even before we did! We will be back for sure!

He made us feel comfortable and truly taken care of. What stood out most was his great communication he made sure to keep us updated on everything happening with our order, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.

Server Lareik, was exceptional. My family and I were out finishing up rounds for a funeral the next day. We decided to stop at Red lobster. After his already warm welcome, Lariek added care and concern to all interactions after learning of our loss. In the end he bought out a Shell abration card with the kindest words of encouragement. Tears of joy came to every ones eyes and then the smiles returned. Excellent food, Excellent servive, priceless experience!!!

He gave you options when ordering and what I really appreciated was the fact he asked before taking orders did anyone at the table have any food allergies which was very important to ask.. I had made a reservation on February for my birthday and when I got to this location, the staff in the front didn’t ask if we had one or not. The waitresses and servers were really attentive, and recommended mouthwatering dishes. We started with the lobster dip and they brought us bread and was always checking up on us. I definitely did enjoy my birthday because after that the server sang for me.

The evening was just getting started with my very picky seafood-lover grandmother & he caught on to all her anxiousness while waiting on her Ultimate Feast. I came with family to enjoy a good time. When I received a text I came in to get my table and the host( a young lady) gave my table away to another guest. When I asked her she stated I took long and so she gave my table away with an attitude. The security also had an attitude as well. It was only 3 minutes from the car to the restaurant. I went to Gateways Red Lobster for my cousin's birthday. There was 21 of us. I had the Surf & Turf main lobster tail with steak asparagus and mash potatoes. I Also tried the snow globe sangria which is a smooth sweet drink and I had a passion star spritz which was good as well, but it's a little tart. I loved it but if you don't like tart things this was not for you. Our waiter was very pleasant and organized. I don't remember her name but she was tall with burgundy braids. She took good care of us. We definitely had a good experience.

It's been a few years since my last visit to Red Lobster. However, with the recent resurgence led by the new CEO and hype surrounding the Seafood boil I had to try it for myself. The service was a slow start, but our server for the afternoon was amazing. The cheddar bay biscuits brought back nostalgia... was so good as I remembered. I opted for the appetizer the lobster flatbread topped with diced tomatoes and cheese it was absolutely delicious! It didnt stand a chance! On to the Seafood boil. I decided to get the Mariner Seafood Boil which comes with crab legs, potatoes, corn, shrimps and lobster tails. You have the choice of sauces (I went with Cajun butter) and spice level (I chose spicy). Add-ons if need be (sausage etc). The Seafood boil was good.. the lobster was delicious when bathing in the sauce.. yum! The spice level really elevated the dish making it flavorful. My least favorite was the corn too much bite for my liking. Overall rating 8/10. I like the improvements and new ideas. I would be back again when I'm craving some seafood!

I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect much l. I ordered the dual lobster and Brocolli and Mac and cheese...all were cooked perfectly. The lobster was tender and sweet. The Mac and cheese tasted like it was cooked on the stove top not baked was was very tasty. Quality of cheeses used was appreciated and the Brocolli wasn't overcooked. Lasty, the berry Biron cocktail was perfection. Oh one more thing, the restaurant was clean. No sticky carpeting

We celebrated a birthday at the restaurant. Food was well-prepared. The twin lobster tails are recommended. The dish has a choice of two sides. I chose the orzo rice and broccoli. Nice selection of various shrimp dishes including fried shrimp and shrimp scampi. The side salads are generous in size and fresh. The fried calamari was good with two dipping sauces. The chocolate cake with fudge and ice cream is a good choice for dessert. If exiting the Belt Parkway be aware that there are no clear signs visible for the restaurant.

Parking is good. Wait was less than 5 minutes. Waitress was courteous and prompt with drinks n food. Food was good. A good place to meet or bring family. Bathroom was clean. No complaints.

It was cool! Today it was my Grandma's Birthday and We went to Red Lobster for today! service was cool! The Biscuits were good. Same thing as the cheese sticks and the cheese sticks were crunchy and I like food when it's crunchy sometimes what ditches the 5 is that they're was some stains before we order food

Went to have a quick bite to eat with my daughter after school on Monday night. Got a seat very fast. Our server was amazing he was ready to give suggestions. My time away from everything. I arrived 30 minutes before closing. Waited over 5 minutes before an employee came to work and saw me standing there waiting. He made staff aware and I was then seated. My server was rushing and spilling my drink on herself the floor my table. Rested the drink gave me a straw and said enjoy. I had to clean my wet table with my napkins from my cheddar biscuits that were the size of Frisbees and not covered. My steak was medium far from well done and my lobster was mushy soft like. I won't blame them solely, I will arrive earlier next time.

It doesn't matter if it slow or bust, food always without a doubt takes extremely long to come out, waiters write down your order and still get it wrong, watier brought out ice cold soup, no attempt to warm it up, food over seasoned and overpriced. Expect to waist 2-3 hours of sitting around. All of this reputed visits discourages me from visiting frequently. Save and spend a fraction of the time and money right across the parking lot to Olive Garden.

We took my dad out for dinner at Red Lobster and we had an okay experience. Some of the food was a bit high in salt but it was mostly pretty good and the portions were nice. The mocktails we ordered pretty much tasted like strawberry lemonade with some bubbles and needed some more ice. The service we received from our waitress could have been better, she took our orders and brought out our food and we weren’t able to get her attention for the rest of the night. We weren’t able to order drink refills because she’d walk past our table so fast and wouldn’t even look in our direction. When we got the bill and paid, I specifically told her I’d be leaving a cash tip because I knew she would probably get upset when I selected “no tip” on the screen. When I didn’t immediately pull out the cash, she caught an attitude and asked if we were going to tip in cash or not. I was surprised at her behavior since I had already made it clear that I would be tipping in cash and especially considering she did not really earn the tip with the service she provided. Overall I think the service could be better but we didn’t let that ruin our night and still had a decent experience.

Wow wow, I didn’t learnt anything from my last experience at Red Lobster in Green Acres. This time I came to Gateway Red lobster hoping I will have a better experience. I don’t know what it is with this Endless shrimp. We ordered same as before. We waited 45 minutes to get our food . I have to change my order to trio my daughter also. My son took a chance on staying with endless shrimp . He ordered a second batch but the waiter told him the shrimp is one at a time. He put the order in 10p it’s 10:19 the dragon shrimp never came. This waiting is that away to deter people from ordering more shrimp? I’m just asking…. I will never again go for this endless shrimp. This is horrible. My daughter linguine was cold and art was hard. Her mash potatoes was also cold . I gave two star cause of biscuits we got fast.

I came in to Red Lobster just looking to have a simple lunch and a drink, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was so slow and unorganized that I never even got the chance to place a food order. After sitting and waiting far too long just to be helped, I ended up only getting a drink and some biscuits. The drink was honestly disgusting and not made well at all, which made the whole situation even worse. I walked in expecting a quick, relaxing lunch, and instead it turned into a frustrating waste of time. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for. I hope management takes a serious look at the service issues because something clearly isn’t working.

Outside of the food, which in fact tasted good the service and atmosphere was absolutely terrible today. First we arrrive to be told wait 1 second by 3 different people who came upfront meanwhile tables were empty. Than they’re sitting there chit chatting in front of us while were not seated and i had say something in which then we got seated. The table was never cleared off properly to begin with, throughout service dishes were piling up still not being cleaned up. We were given plastic utensils for lot the dinner service which was extremely tacky, and as far as waitress while sweet and nice service was lacking I think she was overwheled we werent visited often and refills went pretty much not refilled whole time nor were we asking if we needed anything else. Its shame this was my expierence I recommend Red Lobster but not this location should be shut down.

Food was overall not worth it. I was thinking in my head that we should go somewhere else but my Grand Aunt wanted to go for her birthday. I came from out of state for the weekend for Mother’s Day and my grand Aunt’s bday and ordered the pappardelle and was surprised when I got the order because it looked like it had been heated twice. I’m not one that usually returns food but all I could taste as I continued eating was salt and just kept seeing the oil and eventually I could not ignore it. Usually I see this much oil when I reheat my pasta from the restaurant like a day after it was made because the butter/oil starts separating from the rue. It’s very normal when reheating pasta and something tells me they knew this. The food generally was not good overall and the waiters and bus people have SO MUCH attitude. The busboys came and dropped food off and based on restaurant operations I’ve experienced, I would think that they try to take some empty plates with them as they went back to the kitchen to keep the table light and not cumbersome. they just left everything and walked back with empty trays as the table was full of the starter & bread plates. I also raised my hand, the bus boy looked at me and walked off toward the kitchen. I nonetheless asked to see if they could give me something else instead of the pappardelle and they said I ate too much to return it. Personally, there wasn’t much more pasta that came with that meal. Irrespective, the fact that the meal was visibly a mess would have warranted them trying to do something to compromise instead of leaving me with the disastrous plate for me to take a photo of. I would recommend not getting the lobster pappardelle , or anything with asparagus or broccoli. My grand Aunt said it seemed like they didn’t even put them into pots for them to even cook for a few minutes and instead just ran them under hot water.The veggies are undercooked and everything else is cooked too much. The calamari was over salted. The stuffed mushrooms were good. The coconut shrimp was good. No one finished their meal. I’m in NYC every month at least 2 weekends and If this is a symbol of what New York service is coming to, I don’t want it. I know it’s Red lobster but I believe in a basic level of CUSTOMER SERVICE and APPRECIATION.

Reserve table for 7:30 and still have to wait another 40 min for table what is the point to reserve table and everything take forever order food wait so long , wait for food take so long and then try to pay take so long , not come back here anymore and food have hair one that !!! I’m pass after this waste my money and my time

Went in had a drink & ordered my food to go. The waiter took my order but didn’t deliver wat I ordered. My mash was suppose to be loaded with lobster. Not only was it not, but my food was freezing cold. The shrimp were soggy & my noodles didn’t have any already sauce on it. I called and voiced my concerns they told me they couldn’t help me. I asked to be referred to a manager/supervisor & she proceeeded to tell me she’d refund me $6 for the mash not being loaded. She continues to tell me if i wanted a refund I would have to bring the food in. Very rude & o considerate. I expressed it would cost more than $50 in uber for me to do so which would be a waste. With an attitude she proceeded to offer me a refund for my meal only. It has been almost a week and still NO REFUND. Don’t waste your time or your funds. THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!

Disappointed to see my order. I ordered a grilled shrimp item which comes with two skewers on rice with one side I chose broccoli, I also got the same order with mash potatoes only to get served the following in bothe containers one with only one skewer some broccoli and the other with one skewer some rice and broccoli see attached pictures definitely disappointing. Paid over 70.
