Cashiers and staff were all super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The mozzarella sticks and the Buffalo chicken bites were delicious and shakes are amazing too! Best spot on the block service and food taste wise.

Stopped by with my daughter to try this location out. The shakes and onion rings were good and the service was even better. The atmosphere was welcoming and the space was clean. The 6pm-3am staff were amazing. Nick and Nick were efficient and had great personalities. Yaya was very knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations. I'm glad we gave Sonic Bed-Stuy a try.

I haven’t been to a sonic since I lived down south. So when I saw one in Brooklyn I almost went feral. The place was cleaned. The cashier was sooo nice (please give her a raise) and heard her with other customers give very good customer service. Will be coming back!

these arent supposed to be around. The agreement has been, for my entire life, that I see constant commercials for Sonic on tv and there isn't one within 100 miles. And that's okay! It's good even, for there to be 2 commercials in every ad break for a restaurant that within the context of your life is basically fictional. But now this is here, within walking distance, and who knows what that means for reality. Nature will want balance, and nature has different ideas about what's okay to do than people have. Anyways I bought a milkshake here for two bucks like it's the 90s or something, pretty good hamburgers too.

I’ve had sonic before and just ordered it from Uber Eats. When I first visited this location with my best friend, one of their best workers Mayla convinced me of what to get for the drink since I was indecisive between a slushee and their new orange cloudsicle. But if you need to be convinced ask for her, she knows what she’s doing and she’s super great at her job. Another worker that’s really a funny vibe and very convincing and polite is Brian, he was a sweetheart with best friend and I. These are the two employees that bring the vibe to the place. So if you’re thinking of passing by for some food, you’ll find great hot food and great vibes that are unforgettable.

My first time coming to Sonic on Broadway, and to my surprise, the food was rather good! The service was also very nice, with friendly and attentive staff. I happened to stumble upon this Sonic location on my way to my eye doctor appointment at 48 Graham Avenue. I was very hungry when I ordered so it turned out to be too much food for me but I enjoyed it. I inquired about catering because I like taking treats to the eye doctor and his staff at my six month appointments. I was assisted by Mayla, Fabiola, and the great manager, Osman. The place is clean and the staff is eager to please customers. I shouldn't be eating this stuff, but when I saw cheesecake Oreo and garlic butter bacon... not an everyday thing I'll survive. I recommend the location. It's clean. The staff is happy. They're all working hard and happy, which reflects positively on the management.

This is a smaller but full-menu version of the classic chain with the same quality of food, drink, and choices of sweets you expect. I’m glad they added a second location. My go-to order recommendations are the french toast sticks for breakfast and the chicken tenders, popcorn chicken or cheeseburger with fries for lunch or dinner. Add a Route 44 Vanilla Coke and a Grape Slushie or Chocolate Milkshake to round out your meal.

The place was amazing when I went in yesterday Amanda is a really strong worker, from Bagging the orders, to dealing with delivery drivers, to making blasts, and her personality is very millennial with some boomer vibes she get the job fast. just like an in and out burger joint. I grew up in Texas so having a Sonic nearby my office means a diet cherry limeade is a little treat every now and then. I just came back (7/10 @ 4 PM) and the staff were truly super lovely and friendly. And they cheered with me that I *barely* just made the cut-off for happy hour hehe. Knocking off a star only because it was super hot and uncomfortable inside. Which feels weird when you're ordering ice cream/shakes/and other cool treats! Especially in this heat wave! Hope the A/C gets fixed soon. I was sweating and I was only in there for a few minutes!

Staff were actually super friendly. The server, think her name was Maylia or something, was really friendly and made sure she said bye to every customer. Food wasn’t quite as good as other Sonic’s I’ve been to, and was a little more expensive but that’s kind of expected for a small restaurant in the middle of Brooklyn. Hyped that sonic is here anyway and staff don’t treat the customers with contempt.

Everyday we see advertised on TV Sonic..but we live in the Bronx..no sonic...so my wife said let's go to Brooklyn to sonic... now that is a long train ride and it's 93 degrees out....so we go. When we get there..well to me it's just another fast food joint and we have a lot of them in our own neighborhood but the food did taste good and the milk shake also... it's just takes too long to get there Hey Sonic.. come to the Bronx.

Burger was good but my onion rings tasted like chocolate powder. WHY they tasted like chocolate is unknown to me but none of the explanations are good: (1) improper storage, (2) accidental use of chocolate powder in place of seasoning, (3) cross-contamination during prep (i.e. Cook A is making a chocolate share while Cook B is making onion rings, powder spreads like oops, (4) unclean tools used by one cook for both, etc. Burger was fine but probably will not go back.

The place was a little hot, small, and surfaces weren’t always clean. I went there several times and this is my review for items from my orders. I got a burger and it was very greasy and confirmed that I do not like burgers. The cheese in the mozzarella sticks wasn’t very melted. They give you a lot of chicken bites compared to other fast food joints. The caramel toffee coffee was very heavy and way too sweet. Their ice cream was plain and croissant bites odd tasting. The fries were cold and not very good compared to other places. They gave me the wrong sauces. The cherry slush was great and nostalgic unlike the blue slush which I didn’t like. Unlike other places in this neighborhood where unhoused people come in collecting change, employees here kick those people out before they even enter.

I ordered the Bacon Breakfast Toaster and it was not good, the toast tasted old and bad and I didn't even want to finish eating it even after adding ketchup and hot sauce. On the plus side, the burgers and hot dogs here are usually good, and the delicious cherry limeade drink is the best.

The food here? Solid. The service? Depends on who’s working. If you go during the day when the women are running the place, you’ll feel like royalty—super friendly, accommodating, and they’ll actually fix issues when the app inevitably fails (which it does, a lot). But come back in the evening or late at night when the men are working, and it’s a completely different vibe. Polite? Sure. Helpful? Not so much. Want that online deal? “Use the app.” App doesn’t work? “Oh well, nothing we can do.” Funny how the women always manage to do something, yet the men can’t be bothered. It’s frustrating because it’s like dining at two different restaurants depending on the time. Daytime service makes you want to come back; nighttime service makes you want to delete the app and order somewhere else. Three stars for good food and the daytime staff who carry this place on their backs. Management might want to take notes.

Went in for some food after a long day at work, I got the cheese burger, fried pickles, and a milkshake. I went home to eat only to find MOLD ALL OVER THE BURGER, I check for any other food that are bad and the milkshakes had clumps of expired milk which I didn’t see until I took a sip and looked in it after a weird taste came along, the fried pickles had a fishy smell to it as well, I had diarrhea and I was vomiting from the milkshake alone. I REALLY advise you not to go.

Workers are rude the cashier walks away from the register when I was the next customers waiting to make my order. Then was just stands around being rude like they don’t see me there. The previous customer order one drink got charged for two even tho he asked for a refund the cashier looked at him and laughed the customer just left. I stood there waiting to order and no one would service me the manager took my order. I felt discriminated against in disgust by the way the workers was able to behave like that in the manger not correct it.
