Went to the drive thru Sunday night. After waiting in line for 15 minutes for 2 cars to go before me, I was told it would be 30 minutes for a hot n ready pizza. What in the hell? Its called hot n ready for a reason, not hot n wait for 30 minutes. This was rhe first time I've came to this location and I can tell you it will be my last. The only reason I went is because my son wanted pizza and this was close to the house. But I'll drive across town to somewhere better rather than wait 30 minutes for barely mediocre pizza.

I asked what was Hot & Ready as I was in a rush. I ordered what they had available and I still had to move to the front and wait over 10 minutes to get my food.

Ordered online to get quick easy dinner but ended up taking an hour for my order! Waited 20 min in the drive thru and then when I finally got to the window the guy with glasses attending the window gave me cold and stale crazy bread. It was like if he knew he gave me old bread because he was ignoring me. After honking trying to get anyone of the three guys working attention and getting ignored, I finally got down and asked for another order of bread. It was until then I saw they attended the drive thru window. The lobby was full of people angry waiting for their order. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

There was a long line to order on the drive thru speaker. I get to the speaker to make my order. I wait an additional 20 min only to get to the window and repeat my order to the guy again. The guy shows poor customer service. Never apologizing for making us wait or for our business. In hindsight I should have just ordered from Papa John's that is next door. They always have your order ready exactly as you order and it's always fresh. The staff is polite and friendly.

Just drive the extra mile to the one across from HEB on Paredes. You’ll be back home with your pizza quicker than if you had ordered at this location. It’s just a bunch of kids that don’t know what the hell they’re doing. ORDER 567 9/27/24

There is nothing hot and ready. They told me it would take ten minutes and after 15 minutes a different person came and asked what I wanted. I told him I ordered a hot and ready. He gave me a pizza that was made for someone else. Customer service is lacking and the staff in the kitchen are loud using foul language and cussing at each other

Worst service, bad attitude everytime we come, even got my payment card and snatched it out of my hand so rudely! Workers love to make you have to wait, one was just staring at us through the drive thru window and then after 5-10 mins he came with a face and just rolled his eyes while he asked what we wanted to order. Shouldnt even be called a Hot and ready.

What happened to customer service?? This pizza chain is well known for their budget pizzas and quick drive through service. It's safe to say we got less than what their reputation suggests. We had ordered 1 cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni, both large. When we got home and looked inside the box there were 2 pepperoni, one of which was looking like a burnt pie than anything. So we called and asked to speak with the manager "Daniel Hull" who asked us to bring the pizza back and he would replace the burnt dough. I asked him if we could simply get credit for the pizza and pick it up another day since we live far away from that location to which he denied the solution to our problem. We let him know that we would be willing to send him pictures of the pie as proof but he refused and asked again for us to drive back to the city and return it. Considering the pandemic regulations, I thought the solution he was offering was inconsiderate. Since we only pick up the pizza from this location on our way home from work we will opt for a different pizza location for future meals.

Bad customer service, bad management, and bad quality. Pizza was halfway burned, they argued all pizzas come out that way, COME ON ive bought pizzas at Little Ceasars before! Manager came to window argued the same thing. I asked to see another one. It was not burned at all. I told them i would take the not burned one even though it was not what i had paid for. He simply said take both and closed window. They didnt even cut it! What the hell Little Ceasars?! Supposed to be the Cheeser Cheeser...

Placed my order 15 minutes before pick up. I get there and the girl didn’t even put my order in the system! Pulled a random pizza out and said one of my pizzas were ready when I ordered two. The girl then began to tell me that would be an addition 10 minute wait! Don’t bother calling a head they’ll only make you wait than if you just walk in and order.
