It's fine. But I grew up living in the town with the original Chicken E. I have always preferred the biscuits over the rolls. The biscuits here are tiny, flat, and wayyyy to salty (like me) but it's Chicken E. Will always come here over any other chicken place. Especially C*n*es. Who the heck only wants chicken and garlic bread?!?!!

This was my first time here. A few days ago, my mom had called in an order for her and some co-workers. They are teachers so I was going to bring them lunch. •Issue 1: One of those people has some allergy where his stuff can't be touching any bread, which my mom specifically stated 3 times. Solution: had to remake an entire #2, sorry guys!! •Issue 2: There was supposed to be 2 sweet teas, not 2 unsweetened. I went off what was on the receipt: 2 unsweetened & 1 sweet. Solution: please ring up drinks correctly in the future!! One lady didn't get to enjoy her drink; thanks guys. •Issue 3: Another person's meal was missing their mashed potatoes, so I was forced to give them mine..Bc I wasn't about to disappoint yet another teacher by their stuff being incorrect. So, I paid for a side of mashed potatoes and didn't get them. •Issue 4: My mom was told her total so I would know before my arrival...the total was wrong. Why was it wrong, you ask? The person who took the call-in order left off the family sized fries...but was able to give her the total with them? Interesting. •Issue 5: we had a 2nd #2 (which is 7 tenders) that had only 5 pieces, which were seriously disappointing in the decent size aspect. I'll post picture with this. Overall, I don't think I'd come here again. First experience will probably my last, unless someone happens to reach out to fix this.

Staff doesn’t wear gloves when they’re handing food and when asked if they do wear gloves, they responded with “not for sides”. Honestly really gross to see people touching their face and then immediately handing food bare handed

The manager was very rude even when I was ordering. I go there frequently and every time the same employee has the same attitude. When my order was handed to me it felt like it was basically thrown at me in the manner it was given. My drink was barely in my hand as if it was intended to slip out of my hand. I am always nice and friendly every time I go. In my business, it doesn't matter who you are or what you do I treat them with respect. I would expect the same in return for a business like yours.

I have been in this store 3 times since I arrived here back in March the first time the food was served warm not hot like I expected it to be and it was salty it was around 1:30pm. I took it back to the counter and asked for some fresh food the girl gave a little attitude but gave me fresh food. The second time it was 11 am and the food was just right but the restaurant was somewhat dirty it wasn’t full or anything and had lots of employees standing around. The third time was yesterday around 3:30 pm and there was only a family of four in the restaurant I ordered a my food was not very good to salty and not hot enough the place once again dirty and smelly I was to tired to complain so I ate my food because I had just spent $16.00 on it. I will never go back to this place. I love Chicken Express but this place is a disappointment.

It was my first time stopping here and im so disappointed. We waited 20 minutes just to order and they weren't busy, then waited 10 minutes to get the food. We get back on the road again and the whole food order is wrong😒

We were told it would take 20 minutes which was fine with us. They came out and told us they forgot to drop the chicken and it would be 15 more minutes. No one ever apologized ever. They also didn't say any pleasantries when they brought the food out after 35 minutes.

Stopped in here just passing through, big mistake. It was 7:30 pm. One of the workers was stacking rugs while we were eating and putting chairs on tables, we asked if they were closing and she said “no, just cleaning. The food tasted like old grease. And if there is one thing I cannot stand, it’s the strong smell of pinesol, which the young girl rolled out to the dining g room, it was so strong, we had to open the door. They did not care, they appear lazy, uninterested, uncaring. I will never stop here again. Save your money. The girl who was about to mop was telling her coworkers how she tells people where to sit when she’s ready to start cleaning. It was the worst atmosphere ever. We asked if they could turn the superbowl on their tv and was told “ I don’t think so’. Guess that’s easier to say than to admit you don’t know how to change the channel.

I have always been a chicken express customer. Love their chicken but the employees always leave something off my order. When I have called back in the past they always apologize but this last time the manager made me feel like I was lying. He said he prepared the order and it was correct. Just because your the manager doesn't mean you don't make mistakes! Very bad customer service!

We have been to this restaraunt several times over the last 3 years,we went a few days ago,and the food was horrible. The chicken was cold,the mashed potatoes and gravy were cold,the fish was hard and cold. I don't know what happened but it was awful. We won't be going back,$23 for cold hard food is unacceptable. Especially when food is so high nowadays.
