Order 2 combo meals for a dine in at 103. It's now 120, and our food has been sitting in the warmer for over 10 minutes. No one cares that there's people inside when they're only worried about the drive thru. They order people to clean while they're doing nothing instead of training and helping. Cannot recommend staying as far away from here as possible.

Been sitting here for 30 minutes so far and not gotten my food yet... fast food should be in and out not waiting this long for our food

Hadn't been to Burger King in a long time and now know why we avoided them. We dined in, so my husband and I figured hot food would be served? Nope! Fries and onion rings were cold because they were setting there under the heat lamps when we walked up to order and while we waited for everything else to be made. Onion rings were soggy nasty and they had no ketchup or ketchup packs. The shake machine was down just like McDonald's used to always be. Just an over all disappointment 😞

Waited in the drive through for an hour. I ordered a large whopper meal with a coke, an 8 piece mozzarella fry and a medium onion ring. I didn't get the drink I paid for and I got to listen to the manager and the window guy give each other attitude as if they weren't both accountable for the poor service.

They ask you what you have like 5 times they shut the window on my bf after they asked but never listend and they gave me the wrong food they take forever and my burger always burnt

Not sure why but EVERY time we go to this location they do not get the order right. I always order onion rings and never get them. They do not ring up onion rings either only fries. They will not add cheese when ordered either. It's as if the person on the register punches the order in the way they qant it and that's what you get. I have even given up on exchanging the food after it happened again yesterday. I will just choose someplace different. Have it your way means something totally different to the employees obviously.

Stopped on my way home from Michigan. Ordered the original chicken combo with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. It came out with only lettuce and it was barely visible. Went to counter to request the rest of the toppings and received 1 slice of tomato the size of a silver dollar. No other toppings. Food was cold and tough. Sad to think a dependable chain as this is cutting costs so much that quality is jepordized. Save the aggrevation and go somewhere else!!

We waited in line at the drive through, and when it was our turn to have our order taken it took an extra 20 minutes until the worker took our order. When we pulled around to the window we were handed two tiny ice cream cones. We were shocked. We asked if we could have a cup of ice cream on the side for the ridiculously long wait and for what we paid, these were the smallest ice cream cones I've ever seen. The worker gave us so much attitude and basically tossed the food out at us. The attitude was uncalled for. We will never be back. This was by far the worst food establishment experience I've ever had.

One of the slowest "fast food" places i have ever been.. every time it's a 10 min wait or more. I have seen many people drive off without food because the wait is so long. Avoid at all costs.

Asked for a freshly made Original Checken Sandwich. Was given a soggy greasy mess. Asked if I could actually have a fresh one, and I would be glad to give the old one back. The manager was yelling from the kitchen for me to get off my car and go in. I told them I traveled from a few towns over to get this food. And was treated unfairly.

One word can describe my experience there today,"disgusting". The place was filthy. I thought I was going to need a tetanus shot after using the restroom. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we were the only ones there most of the time, someone came in with a puppy and went in back to show it off to the workers in the kitchen. I'm sure that's a health code violation. The chicken sandwich I got was almost blackened and taste like it was deep fried in oil that hadn't been changed and quite a while. The trash receptacles were overflowing. Where you get your soda was a sticky mess. The floor needed swept and there were very few clean tables. There were french fries and onion rings on the floor in the kitchen and the employees were walking on them. And the place wasn't busy at all.

This place is an absolute waste of your time, if you want to have the worst experience eating at any fast food restaurant in Bryan, Ohio this is your place. The workers are blatantly, disrespectful and rude, I ordered several sandwiches, and every single one of them was gross disgusting, and put together incorrectly. I am going to upload a photo of the chicken sandwich that I received, there is literally 1 mm of chicken inside of the sandwich. If you’re looking to eat a rock hard, slice of breading on the inside for a chicken sandwich, then you go to Burger King in Bryan, Ohio. HAD TO LEAVE WITH FOOD AND EAT AT MCDONALDS! Thankfully they are very polite there!
