This hidden gem in Bucerias transports you to a magical jungle getaway that makes you forget about the rest of the world. They hit on every service point - amazing cocktails and live music. Make a reservation or you will be waiting in line. Bonne Provecho!

Our favorite restaurant in Bucerias. The owner is usually there and attentive to everyone's needs. The food is delicious and has never disappointed us. The staff are always friendly, my only criticism is the background music can be a little for intimate conversation. But in terms of enjoying a special evening out, everything is perfect. Great place to celebrate birthdays

I cannot leave without having the Taco macho, Tuna with the tacos de papa frito and of courze my Mezcal cocktail with passion fruit. We found this place by Googling. And we are happy that we did! All team was at the entrance to greet us. Seated as immediately. Music was pleasant. Waitress was friendly and fast. Smiley …We ordered watermelon mezcal and limonelmezcal , both cocktails were super tasty. Then we ordered one pizza Cappricciosa and other with peperoni and olives and mash rooms…Delicious! We ate it all ! If we come back to Busserias we definitely come to this restaurant…Cozy and enjoyable! Super team and best food !

We had an absolutely amazing dinner . Our server Pablo was exceptional as was everything ! We met the owner Hector and he told us all about their story. All the food and drinks were outstanding would recommend to anyone and we will be back!

We called mid day on a Saturday, they accomodated 14 of us @ 8:30pm. Service was great, food was amazing, atmosphere was top notch. Fried cheese, tacos, and pizzas we're delicious. Drinks were very fast as well. Price is the only thing that could be improved.

Absolutely blown away by the food, service and atmosphere of this place. Best pizza I have had in my life. Our server Angelic was fantastic as was everyone we spoke to. Highly recommend.

We went to La Negra on two occasions. The first ‘without’ a reservation and had an excellent table upstairs. The second ‘with’ a reservation and in the streetcar. Food first visit was amazing, loved the tacos - beef and mole duck. The pizza was a good choice too. The perfect cap to the meal was the dessert - a gelato with bananas, peanuts, chocolate and cream. This was easily a 4.5/5 meal which is why we went back again. Second time clam chowder served with a cheese crisp - flavour was ok, the soup was more like a cream of potato soup. Next up a fried cheese platter with mushrooms - bad decision - just a big goopy blob of cheese with a pile of overcooked mushrooms on top. Finally the pizza the best part to meal two. Service - everything came so fast without any time in-between courses to sit and socialize. It would have been nice to have someone come by and ask how we were enjoying our food, would we like another drink (& to top off our water). This restaurant does a great job of bringing in the patrons based on their unique atmosphere, for value, prices are normal compared to other restaurants in the area. We paid approx $1200 pesos each time for two people with one person drinking lemonade.

Beloved restaurant of my family who has been traveling to Puerta Vallarta for 50 years. Unfortunately they care more about politics than running their restaurant. Just know you will have a completely different experience if you’re Jewish. The service is rude and the food is no better than the stand on the corner. Food and service were good at the time but two of our group had major stomach problems the next day. Octopus was very fishy, might have been the culprit. Maybe go for a drink for the ambience but probably not worth the risk to try again.

We’ve been loyal customers for years, but this was the point where you crossed a line. A restaurant is supposed to be a neutral, welcoming space. Choosing to dress staff in overt political symbols and align your business with one side of a deeply complex, violent, and ongoing geopolitical conflict turns that space into a political statement - whether you intend it to or not. The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not a fashion accessory or a slogan. Presenting one side without context, nuance, or acknowledgement of the real human cost on all sides is not inclusive - it’s divisive. It forces customers into a political environment they did not consent to when they came in for a meal. Businesses are free to take political positions. Customers are equally free to decide where they spend their money. For us, this choice fundamentally changed how we view your brand and your values. As a result, we will not be returning - and we won’t be recommending this place to others who expect restaurants to serve food, not ideology. This decision cost you our business.
