Jaden is such an OUTSTANDING worker!! He has good customer service...even thought he's having a bad day. Has great attitude and knows how to do his job well. I would give him a promotion! He's definitely a keeper 😃

The staff here is doing an amazing job with a skeleton crew and a ton of increased demands on tasks and time. The wait time is hit or miss, but we were there during a weekend dinner rush and there’s only so much a small crew can do and still be safe during Covid. We interfaced with Jacob, who was amazing. He was calmly and good-naturedly taking drive-through orders over comms, (including our specialty allergy order), running the register, handing out the food, sanitizing the work area, and following other health protocols— simultaneously. (And that was just when we were there.) The other crew were 100% focused on their tasks and moving calmly with purpose, which in my experience (as a stage manager in a professional venue) means a well-trained crew moving at the most efficient pace. I hope customers can see the incredible job they’re doing to keep takeout running with fewer resources but more demands. Well done, guys.

I never thought I'd be reviewing a fast food place OR giving it 5 stars, but I have never had one problem in all the times I've been here. The service here is always really good, the people are nice, the inside is clean and they never mess up on our order. That's great in my opinion for a fast food place!

I can tell the location has more demand than they're able to supply, but the staff is always friendly and courteous. Mishaps happen here and there (like all fast food), but for the resources they have they're working miracles. Food is always hot and well prepared, location is clean. Can't ask for more than that.

I ate here twice recently as it was a quick option for something small. I went one day and the crunchy taco was very sad with minimal everything. It was super disappointing. The second time the taco was great and so was Brittany. She was so friendly and fun! We just went through the drive thru but she was so nice and sweet I had to ask her name and write this review. She is why I gave 5 stars. Brittany if you see this thank you so much for being so kind and sweet especially to my old dog that was in the back window. You made our day!

Quick and friendly service, I like how easy it is to use the kiosk to place a order. The food is tasty and I was happy with the value, I gave 5 stars. This is a fast food place and I think they executed very well on all levels. I could be over critical, but let's be honest here we all know what we're getting when we come to Taco Bell. We're getting fast fun tacos at a good value. 🌮🌮

Probably the best Taco Bell I've been to in 10-15 years. Took longer to order (thanks to the size) than to prepare... and they actually got an order for 5 (with 3 picky children) completely correct!

5 stars for the staff as this location has been understaffed for months and the wait time is not their fault. If the app charged you take it up with taco bell on twitter or through the app they'll refund you. The staff also always loads my tacos up high and always does my subs or adjustments right. Staffing issues fall on taco bell corporate not them they're making minimum and doing their best.

Normally not great. I've had my order messed up many times before. I was craving Tbell so I took the chance. Every one was very nice. There was a wait but the food was made well and I got everything in my bag that I ordered.:) well worth the wait. People should chill cuz the food biz is hard work and you never get the credit deserved.

Staff at this Taco Bell are deserving of a raise for sure. They work so hard to meet up with the quality standards of taco bell and putting up with BS costumers who don't understand this location is possibly understaffed. I can say for certain that the better part of my day is looking forward to coming and eating at this location

As fast food places go this one is great. I use the app and pre order mostly right in their parking lot mostly because I can't hear them off the speaker my ears are bad. They always have my order right it's freshly made and yummy. Staff is always very nice and professional.

This location is convenient for my husband and I when we do visit out of town because it's near our hotel and it's also convenient when we don't want to spend big bucks to eat. The drive thru was super fast nd our order was correct.

Stayed in Morro Bay after getting our daughter situated for Cal Poly. It was late, and most restaurants in Morro Bay seem to close fairly early. This Taco Bell was really the only thing at 1030 pm. After a long day of moving furniture, etc., we were hungry. Very pleased with my experience at this Taco Bell. The drive through was completely open and the whole experience took less than 5 minutes. Food was hot and fresh and the order was prepared correctly.

My taco bell in Santa maria ca is doing better. The atmosphere in Taco Bells are not inviting at all. They are not comfortable like they used to be. Attention: Taco Bell please change your eating areas. 😬

Update 3/2022: Ordering on the Taco Bell app ahead of time and picking up inside had streamlined a lot of issues. Orders have now been correct each time and when picking it up inside is so much faster than waiting on line for the drive through. 2021: Food was good but I got wrong/different burritos and labeled tacos. They seem to be short-staffed often and the drive through can take years of over 10 minutes.

My review has changed. It was not very good on service time but things have changed. Service is a lot faster now. Staff is friendly. The only thing to keep in mind. The high school is walking distance so if kids want taco bell for lunch it can get pretty crowded. I imagine after school ends it's the same thing. But other than that I would recommend this place. My previous review (Super slow service. Do not come here if you are in a hurry the average drive-thru wait times is 5 min top they take up to 15 or more. The food is same quality as other taco bells but the wait is sooooo long here. only come is you have time.)

All things considered, our meal was good. The employees were pleasant, the food came as ordered, the price was fair for what we got, and everything was hot which leads me to assume it was as fresh as taco bell food can get. My only complaint would be the lack of sauce on an item that we paid extra money to have extra sauce added on for my daughter.

It’s Taco Bell, but it’s not *fast* food. This specific location is locally famous for an extra-long wait (inside & at the drive through). Average drive through time is about 30 minutes for me. This location is not only notoriously slow, but also notoriously skimpy on portion sizes. I still gave it three stars, because it’s still a Taco Bell offering Taco Bell-y goodness. Even their broom-handle sized burritos and half-full tacos will leave me smelling like Taco Bell. Just be sure to plan accordingly for the wait- bring a book, shave your legs, or simply people watch from your car. You WILL be trapped between cars as you wait, and there WILL be no escape (except for illegally 4-wheeling out of the drive through). Be warned: WiFi is slow in the drive through. Perhaps they’ve got a plan- if people are starved while waiting, the food will taste extra good. Three stars for you marketing geniuses, MBTB!

Quick service inside. Tables were dirty, fountain drink station was fifthly, same with where the condiments are. They got our order wrong, we asked for no onions in our burritos. They apologized and made us all new burritos. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The quality of food has declined, at this location, over the last year. The amount of meat versus veggies in their tacos has reduced by 50%. I like to get the $5.00 boxes. This location seems to run out of the boxes quickly putting the food into bags. If one is getting 3 to 4 boxes it becomes problematic. Especially problematic is food getting smashed, leaky wrapping, and often one or more items missing. With the boxed presentation one can easily ascertain if items are missing. With the boxed food it is easier to eat at the beach, at the park, etc. The boxes are easier to recycle. Whereas messy food wrappers and soiled bags are not going to be recycled. The only good thing about my recent visits has been the courteous attitude from the drive-up window personnel.

Not much in the way of FAST food at this location as a 10-minute wait is common. It seems that they are always understaffed or not motivated to move quickly. Tonight's visit was no exception as the crew lead was moving as fast as she could, but it seemed her team was movie as if they were stuck to the floor. tonight, the person responsible for the drive-up window was filling up napkin dispensers and had to be alerted by the team lead to go to her job at the window.

I usually go through the drive through at this location, it takes much longer than most. There's been several occasions where I've waiting more than 20 minutes after ordering to get my food with only 3-4 cars ahead of me. The only redeeming factor is they usually do a good job on the food.

So. Damn. Slow. This taco bell has the slowest drive-thru I have EVER been in. If you plan to go, allocate an hour. - I will edit this and bump up a star. It has been a lot better. It no longer is the slowest. Kudos to the team for getting that addressed!

Food was not bad . Same with the service; though there was only 1 young lady to serve both drive up and in house customers ; and in house customers took 2nd place . Finally , like most food service places in California , the management had the A / C going full blast even though the outside temperature was quite cool . I DON ' T DO WELL WITH THE A / C ON LIKE THAT .

The food is good, but don't go at night. When they close down the indoor dining and go to just drive through, there were only two people working and one wasn't making the food at all. They just worked the computer,and at some points they were just scrolling through their phone. They don't start making your food until you're at the window, which means it's hot and fresh, but with just the one person making food, it takes FOREVER! We ordered ahead and waited in line for nearly 40 before we got our food.

Normally taco bell is great I'm unhappy with the service at night no people no drive through traffic just me and my wife they didn't get the order right.the food was fair maybe morro bay needs to re train the night shift at this store. People from all walks of life work hard for their money and want great food and good service no matter what time it is. I'm a cdl driver and travel all over the great state of California going to fast food restaurants. Only quality is key to more business. Thank.

Taco Bell does not have the same quality as it did back in the 80s. The Bellbeefer and the Encharitos were the best then over the many years since they got rid of the good stuff and just coming up with random throw together items that just don't work. The beef nowadays is so greasy and the burritos and tacos barely have anything I'm them. The ingredients just don't seem fresh tasting. The prices are high in comparable to what you get. You'd have a much better experience all the way around by eating at Del Taco instead. The only good thing I can say is the employee's were nice.

Slowest service ever drive thru OR walk in. and there is always some type of BS going on... opening late, stopping breakfast early, or ran out of certain menu items. Other than that, the food is usually better than most other T bells.

It's Taco Bell, what can I say? This however is definitely one of the worst I've been to. The drive through is constantly broken and the service can take a very long time. I got stuck in the drive through for 25 minutes one time while trying to quickly grab some food on my way home, all because there was "a big order". Well, none of the cars in front of me seemed to get more than 1 large bag, so I don't know what the large order was. Even the food here doesn't seem up to Taco Bell standards, it seems more haphazardly put together than it should be.

We dined in. Watched multiple people from inside and from the drive through (who had to come in) bring back incorrect orders. One person had to "re-wait" because his order was given to someone else. Our food was lukewarm at best. It seems like everything had a bit less meat than it should have. Perhaps they are having problems finding employees in this almost-post COVID time? I don't know, but it wasn't so good today.

Food tastes great like any other Taco Bell but it's the slowest Taco Bell I've been to, so we prefer to go when nobody is here. It's about five minutes per person to get your food. If your behind someone is about five to ten minutes until your food. Was in drive through in May 2016, it took about twenty minutes because we were behind four cars. Just don't go if you're in a hurry.

ALWAYS check to make sure that everything you ordered is in the bag because more than half the time up to half our order is missing. The other night we got home and discovered the BACON Chalupas were missing the bacon. They are also the SLOWEST "fast" food you will ever have lol. We have spent over half an hour in their srive through before getting to order.

When I lived and worked in Morro Bay the joke was that if you wanted food from this Taco Bell then make sure to take a book or something with you while you wait. Fast food it was not. Well today the food was out fast, but that's because it was wrong. We ordered the taco supreme combo, and were even asked if we wanted supreme, so imagine our surprise when we get 3 tacos with just undrained meat, lettuce and cheese but no sour cream or tomato. The meat was so greasy that the taco shells were already soggy and breaking apart at the bottom. When we went inside to let them know they forgot the other toppings, they wanted to just give us a little cup with some tomatoes and a squirt of sour cream instead of remaking the food. Guess we'll go back to skipping this Taco Bell in the future.

Very slow. Maybe 35 minutes in drive thru. I don't know that i have ever not moved in a drive thru like that ever before. Didn't make sense based on number of people working. I think I would actually travel to slo, grab tacobell and return before I made it through. I would improve my review if they promised to speed up their service.

We stopped in here three weeks ago for breakfast, and ordered like normal. We sat at the window for several minutes (upwards of 10) waiting for food, drinks, or at least some sort of communication like "Sorry, we're running behind", or even the industry-standard lie "We're making a fresh pot of coffee". We received neither. We had to knock on the window to ensure the place didn't close down, which irritated the employee visibly. Would have been nice to get some communication going earlier in the process.

The food was ok, but rather light on fillings and almost cold when we got it. The drink machine needed to be refilled. It took several tries before getting anything but water in my cup. Dining in the restaurant would be okay if you like eating in Siberia. It was so cold that walking outside into 58 degree temps felt like walking into a sauna. When asked if the inside temp could be raised, we were given a "deer in the headlights" look from employees and eventually told they didn't know. We won't be back.

Two of the workers here are either constantly stoned or drunk Everytime I come around. One of them is named Jimmy but I haven't gotten the others name. It took me almost 30 minutes to get my food last night when another one if their workers leaves out of anger from his coworkers. Worst of all, none of the managers seem to care because it feels like this has been happening for months now. This place either needs to step it up or get shut down. As it clearly can't be managed.

Don’t bother ordering a “supreme” of anything, you’ll get the same basic thing, happens every time. They barely put any meat in there food and It’s always cold. And, the hard taco shells will be broken. It used to not be that bad, but now it’s absolutely terrible! All around the worst Taco Bell in existence.

The past year at Taco Bell Morro Bay drive up has been a long long long wait to order as well as getting our food. One time, it took 30 minutes. Yesterday the order taker came on the speaker and said he will be right back, 10 minutes later he took our order, then we waited another 15 mins to get up to the window to pick up our FAST FOOD ORDER. This should be taken care of by the manager but he or she never seems to be there and when you call the store it rings several time then goes into a loud squeel.

Front lady wasn’t friendly at all and waited 20 minutes to get 3 burritos. My friends waited 50 to get two things. No real teamwork and dead silent behind the counter. Everyone one seemed on edge and was acting like they had something better to do.

Who ever was closing the 27th of July was not feeling like doing any work. I got to the location at 11 and keep in mind the taco bell doesnt close until 12. I pulled into the drive through, saw the lights were on and waited. 10 minutes. Then I pulled up to see if anyone was there, because I saw someone In there when i pulled up, and then all the lights went out. I called and the person working unplugged the phone and i watched him do it. All to save a minute of work. Everytime I have gone there, this location is VERY slow and I would not reccomend going here. Take the trip somewhere else. They are slobs and always mess up everyone's orders that I know. I hope the manager, Ruben, responds and can explain why the employees are so disrespectful and lack work ethic. Also will be taking this up with taco bell corporate along with a list of things I and many other customers have experienced at this location.

I decided to give this place one more chance. I have lost at least $20 from ordering through the app when they should be open, but they are actually closed early. I used to work at a Taco Bell and customer service was absolutely our top priority, period. This location is so far below that expectation. Today, I ordered through the app. I show up. They give me the wrong drink. I look at the receipt in my phone. I open the taco bell app. In both places, it says "large pepsi." The employee insists "it says gatorade." ... I don't know what to say at this point. What can I say? I took the gatorade and poured it out later. What can I say? What can I do? I can't wait for this place to be closed. I love Taco Bell, but this location? I just don't understand how they can just keep doing this kind of thing to customers.

This Taco Bell is crap. Got 2/5 orders right. Slow service, nice employees.. And put the wrong wrappers on everything. My mt dew freeze was melted. They also switched my order with someone else twice! Do not recommend this at all.

They always close early and don't talk to you through the drive thru speaker to let you know they closed at 10:15 even though their hours say they're open until midnight. And it can take over an hour to get your food if you order at the counter instead of the drive thru.

This is seriously the worst Taco Bell in existence. They WILL get your order wrong and WILL take 20 minutes to get you through the drive thru. That said, Ill prob keep going bc its the only one around here. . . and its like a right of passage for locals. We all have a story about this Taco Bell and their terrible-ness.

There’s a chubby short Mexican lady with glasses, she is the worst human you will ever meet. She’s usually in the drive through and even if you are overly nice she has an attitude. Also if you come late they’ll just lie to you and tell you they ran out of food instead of wanting to make it.

Margarita was angry, hostile, and rude. I ordered one burrito supreme. Asked for mild sauce. She threw in 8 packets of "hot" sauce. Really? For one burrito? There goes the profits. I'll take my business elsewhere.corporate needs to be notified about my experience and the many bad reviews.

I work 12 hr shifts and get off at 11:30pm most nights and often like to get food on my way home. I’ve gone twice for drive through at 11:45 (they close at midnight) and after waiting for several minutes at the order box with no response I pull around to the window and am ignored by an employee for another several minutes before they finally come to the window to tell me that they are closed early. I don’t know what kind of staffing issues they are having but it is incredibly frustrating for them to not only close earlier than they advertise, but leave the lights on and give the appearance of being open until midnight when they are not, thus wasting 10+ minutes of my time when I’m tired and hungry. I am not pleased and I will henceforth be taking my business to other Taco Bells in the area.

I am very unhappy about my visit to taco bell tonight. I waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order when the line started to move I just skipped the intercom and proceeded with the other customers. 2 cars in front of me took 25 minutes to get their orders and leave. I then drove up to the window and had to explain that no one took my order he got an attitude with me then took my order and as I waited to get my food I witnessed another employee jump over the front counter. After getting my food I drove home only to find out they did not give me everything I ordered. I am very disappointed with the employees and managers for allowing such a slow crew to work at such a busy time of day

Its the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to, so definitely do NOT go here if you have somewhere to be. It is Taco Bell though, so it has your everyday TB classics. Worth the wait? Maybe. I'm downgrading to a one star. I just can't deal with the wait times. One of my kids legit fell asleep while waiting for his food.

Ordered 2 meals. All burritos were about half the size as usual (folded into squares basically). The beefy 5 layer and crunchwraps were mostly empty. (like 3 or 4 bites of tortillas). My roommate also ordered a 12pack of cinnabon delights and they told us "we only have 5 sorry" and refused to refund us. With all of this in mind. It was NOT worth the 40min drive through wait with ONE car in front of me. This is not my first negative experience at this location. Maybe we just got the "B team" staff because there's a good amount of 5 star reviews. But for the past 2 years that I've gone to this taco bell, I haven't seen improvement.

Why does it take 5-10 minutes ( understand) to get food in a drive thru but 30 minutes when you go inside . Has been an issue for toooooo long . Just hire a McDonald’s District manager or charge an extra 50 cents for my freaking taco because clearly the pay must suck bad . I suspect it won’t change ever . Someone must own this store and be on another planet . Enjoy Mars sir / mam . PS to owner . Just lock the lobby doors and save me the anguish of hoping for a good evening. Or send me an application for managers position .

They make their own hours and many times we purchased thru the app&paid. When we arrived around 3 they had decided to close. Contacted main office we were sent $5 crunchy taco coupons. Our order was just shy of $30 dollars. Same thing has happened to friends and family. Have not and will not be back!

I live nearby and used to go here every day. I was willing to deal with terrible service, incorrect orders, and hours long waits because I like taco bell and it's incredibly convenient. Recently, this location hired a new employee who is extremely unclean. I actually saw this guy peeing on the gas station around the corner. I can no longer eat here knowing he may be anywhere near my food. I won't be back.

I've always loved Taco Bell - but seriously! This place has some real problems. To wait for two items at 9 pm for nearly 15 min is absurd!! There was one car which had been ahead for some time and I was told it was a big order (It appeared so when it was handed out.) But what did that have to do with my two little items? I saw the items being heated thru the window and it was all the worker could do to lift them out. Then the window worker took care of someone at the register. She filled two drinks, apparently for the order behind me. Where was my bag I wondered?? She seemed to wander around looking for it. Did something else. Finally went and got the bag from somewhere?? This was an additional 3 minutes watching her wander!! I know my food had been prepared five minutes before! There was no one in the place and I was at the window! She knew I was sitting there frustrated, so I don't want to say anything was deliberate, but it had every appearance of either that - or gross incompetence. That window is always slow. I try not to go there at all any more because I can't afford it at the price of gas to idle for an average of 10 minutes!! Someone fire this staff and get people who will work!!

The absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, I really don't know why I keep going back to this one. I've waited 20 to 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru line with only a few cars in the Drive-Thru. The absolute slowest Taco Bell ever, and sometimes the food is still wrong or cold. If you do have to go to this Taco Bell, I would recommend going inside and double-checking your order

They are extremely slow and food is always cold when i get it. the staff can be very rude sometimes. I worked at taco bell for 2 years and i understand it can be a rough job but i know they could a hell of a lot better than that.

Taco Bell is really going into the garbage with it's employees. We came here for lunch and ordered on the kiosk. Me and my coworker got our food then we waited about 30 mins for my other coworkers food going back and forth with the employees about why the food wasnt ready. The older lady there was being rude and not answering us, it was ridiculous man.

This store has no sense of urgency when they're busy. I work in a similar faced paced environment. When my store gets busy I make sure none of my staff come off as working slow. Even though they claimed they got slammed as one staffer shouted to a incoming employee. She for the most part had no sense of urgency. She was very nice but that can only get you so far. Where is the franchise owner of this store??? This isn't the first time this has happened to me after 6pm. If you see a long line at the drive thru STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SANITY

Waited 20 mins. No food. Went to counter to ask where food was. Nobody there cares. They were absolutely rude. Did not know how to refund. No problem. I will just chargeback and never go back again. Very bad look for the brand. DO NOT go to this location. COMPLETE A HOLES

Used to work for TB so maybe I expected better because I remember the standards that weren't met? Normally this works in favor to the employees because I also remember the stress of being short handed and having to get thru orders while dealing with rude customers... But these guys were just rude. Took way too long for our food to get done and it tasted pretty horrible. They had plenty of staff to pull off the 3 orders in the dining room and the 5 cars in drive thru- but it still took 25 minutes to get our order out and it tasted like cardboard. I ended up throwing away half my meal.

This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been too. When I first walked in, there was a customer ordering in front of me. I waited in line for a few minutes while she ordered. Once she was done, the cashier turned around and walked away stating she needed to take her break, leaving me standing at the register waiting for another employee. The next employee didn’t come take my order until five minutes later. I waited for my order over 25 minutes only for it to be missing multiple items. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for them to correct it. What was even more sad was that ever single customer inside the Taco Bell (at least 5) had the same issues. The customer service was not impressive either. The lady was very nonchalant about our order being incorrect as well as others. The man making the food rolled his eyes when a customer came up and let them know he was still missing his food. Very rude and poor service.

Food is horribly made and is incredibly poorly managed. Everytime my family goes there the wait is at least 15 minutes long. I personally have never been to a taco bell this bad. Wouldn't ever reccomend. The only good thing about it seems to be the one singular nice employee. And we can hear when the employees are talking about us through the window as well.

This by far was the worst taco bell I have ever been to! I do belive it stems from very poor management. It took 30 mins for my order that was forgotten about. Manager was extremely rude and then tried to lie about forgetting my order, not to mention my order was all wrong and the manager was agitated by the fact that I called him out on his poor service. I eat taco bell regularly and have never had this problem. ..I will never step foot in the morro bay taco bell ever! Other customers I was speaking with say that this is the normal for this particular taco bell. As a manager myself....I was appalled! They need to get it together!

Yo, this taco bell is absolute garbage at getting an online pick up order correct. 9/10 times more than one than will be wrong with your order..I can't tell you how many refunds I've had to get through Uber Eats because these fools will give out a wrong order.

After I ordered my food, I went to use the restroom. The restroom was so filthy it showed a lack of caring by the Taco Bell at that location. If the restroom was that bad, what about the rest of the restaurant? There was fecal matter on the toilet, floor and wall. It was dry and flaky so it was not new. The sink looked like it had not been cleaned in at least a month. I paid $27.09 for food that I threw away because there is no way I would eat from there.

No greating. The young man mumbled into the speaker, I asked him twice and it sounded like move up. I get to the window, the young man asked who took my order. I told him I heard move up. He proceeds to tell me he said are you using the mobile app. I said no. He looks at me and tells me I have to re-enter the drive through and go back to the end of the line. Restaurant 101 is to always take care of your customer. So I went to berger king was treated as a valued guest. I ended up spending more there due to how I was treated. I don't expect they will reach out. But I will not be going to that location again.

I came two and a half hours to morro bay from Kerman, California, not for the rock or the beach, but because of my love for Taco Bell. Words cannot express my displeasure with the service I received nor the experience in which I had to endure, but I will make the effort to use them nonetheless. I waited over half an hour for my meal me when all I wanted was a simple deluxe combo to impede my starvation; a Mountain Dew to quench my thirst. I left the Taco Bell that day a fragmented man, a man who now knew the suffering of starving kids in Africa. I will never travel two and a half hours for Taco Bell again. thanks a lot morro bay Taco Bell. I think the rock was more attentive to my me as a consumer and paying customer than the employees at the Taco Bell that day.

I waited from 9:14 PM to 9:50 PM for an order. It was not a large order. It was one of their deluxe box orders. I originally ordered inside the establishment, and was told that next time to go through the drive-through because they are on drive-through timers. Unfortunately, this is a common theme at this restaurant. While I was waiting for my order, one customer walked out without even being able to place an order because there was no one at the counter, another who had already placed an order, asked for a refund because they had to leave after waiting for about 15 minutes.

I love Taco Bell, but not this one. The loaded nachos come with only five chips, and salsa spread all around on an almost empty plate. I went to ask them if it was all right . The lady said that everything was okay and that only five chips were good. The French fries were cold. So disappointed.

Had probably the worst experience that made me never want to go back after being a very long time customer. Waited 49 minutes from start to finish for our order. Multiple people who had ordered far behind us got their food way before us. My biggest issue, it’s almost like they make it so cold in there so that people don’t stay in there. It was colder inside than outside, when it was 57 DEGREES OUTSIDE AT 11PM!!! Got our food and it was honestly the worst taco bell I’ve had. I’ve gotten really bad food from this taco bell before, but combined with all the other factors that happened during my last experience, I will never be back to this Taco Bell.

Do not eat here! Meal was a totally inedible. The staff must have intentionally messed this up as much as possible. About a cup of sauce smothering everything inside the bag. No one could accidentally screw up this bad. My “taco” was only tortilla and a cup of sauce. My $7 Crunchwrap was only tortilla and tostada. Nothing else. See picture. Everything was smashed flat as a pancake.

We waited in line for 25 minutes, when we finally got our food we asked if that was our whole order (we ordered 7 meals and they handed one bag) and the worker said yes. We drove off, checked the bag, and were missing an entire meal. The meals we did have we were disappointed with. The nacho fry boxes were 1/3 full, the nacho cheese containers were less than half full. The nachos bell grande came with one dollop of beans and almost no nacho cheese as well. The majority of the chips had nothing and there were not enough toppings to distribute to all the plain chips (see picture). Yuck. What the heck Taco Bell?

I came to visit for a couple days and the only place to eat at 9pm were the usual fast-food restaurants: McDonald's, Burger King, and Taco Bell. Unfortunately, between three workers, the beef failed to make it into 2 crunchy beef supreme tacos in 20 minutes. Never before have I seen this happen.
