First time having Avenue pizza. Nice and thick. Good crust. Decent cup and char. Good semi sweet sauce. Great cook. Flop was minimal considering the thickness. Thank you

This restaurant has been in North Buffalo for many years and is still going strong. Their food is very good and their prices are very reasonable. This restaurant would be more of a takeout spot. The dining room is there but isn't the most inviting. Most of the employees are nice and personable but some of them aren't the friendliest. This place is a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Tried out Avenue on a friend's recommendation and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Wednesday pizza special ($14.49 for a large pizza with one topping). I got the pepperoni and sausage pizza. Let’s get the elephant in the room out of the way: the sausage not being crumbled freaked me out, haha. Didn't actually impact taste, but it definitely shaped how I felt eating each slice. Why is not crumbled?! Anyways, the pizza was good. About the same to comparable Buffalo pizza spots I've tried.

I ordered a large sausage, onion and mushroom, pizza & a single order of wings. The pizza is doughy with no crisp, however if that’s your preference go for it.Toppings were undercooked and lacked any flavor. I do not think they let the pizza cool a second before serving/placing it in the box. Every topping slid off the moment we picked it up. The wings were cooked well and were very crispy. The staff was kind enough to let us grab a 2L soda. For the price not worth it.

Not sure what happened here. Been coming here for 25 years it’s always been good. This time my baked beef sub was sub par. Hardly any meat and cheese. So disappointed. The tuna sub was good. Seems like everyone is cutting back with inflation. So sad.

Avenue has been my go to place for many years. Delicious pizza and wings, and nice monthly specials. Unfortunately, in the past few months, they must have changed their mozzarella on the pizza. It tastes gritty, no stretch or meltiness when you bite into it, and makes the entire pizza taste bland. No idea what happened here. Not sure what type of mozzarella they are using now but, it totally changes the taste of the pizza. Highly disappointed. Sad if they are opting for a cheaper mozz. The price of the pizza isn't exactly great (didn't mind it when they used the normal mozzarella) and I expect quality ingredients when paying that much. Hopefully this changes. Otherwise, I won't be buying pizza from them anymore.

💩💩💩No quality control, the food is never the same, and not how I want it, I order hot wings, they gave me plain wings! pizza is never consistent, always different and very cheap on the cheese, but they are not cheap on the prices, im done with this place!! High prices, then the quality of the food better be high quality as well not the dumpster food quality they serve. 💩💩💩 🗑

I ordered 30 wings and a pizza for some friends who visited me, the food took over an hour to be delivered on a Monday night, and once it got here. We were very disappointed to find out it was all over cooked. A complete waste of $60. This place normally has good food but after throwing away 60 bucks because none of the food was edible, they have lost my business.
