Having lived in the city (NYC) and Jersey, it has been a begrudgingly apathetic (and constant) search to find a decent slice (NY style), bialy or bagel in the city of good neighbors. However, there is a bright spot for those of us who miss the daily morning bagel with a healthy smear of your favorite cream cheese. To date, Bruegger's hits the spot with a great selection of fresh, daily made bagels along with a delicious selection of cream cheese. My go to is a plain, double-toasted bagel with Jalapeno cream cheese. And more importantly, I would like to give a special mention to Nick, the manager at the Delaware Ave. location. Always a welcoming morning greeting with a smile. His crew is also kind, polite and patient (especially with those occasional persnickety, grumpy early morning, disheveled customers who have yet to have their morning java). Overall, first rate in my book.

Been going here since it was Bagel Jay’s….some things are different for sure, things change, but the staff is amazing, they are always accommodating. Bagels are always fresh! I enjoy taking my son here for breakfast before school, I know I can count on this location to start our day off right!

The bagels are delicious and the team working there is courteous and efficient. On top of that the manager, Nick, is awesome. He always greats me with a smile and took the effort to know my name ... it's like walking into "Cheers!" Kudos to Nick and his team!

Bagels are consistently fresh and perfectly toasted! The bagel flavors appealing and diverse as are the cream cheese flavors. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The prices are perceived as reasonable for the quality and experience. Parking is free and easily accessibility.

Overall pretty good, however a couple of the options we wanted weren't available. Also it seems like the prices were a bit high. I understand the cost of everything is kinda high these days though so it's not really their fault. Nevertheless I would definitely return all things considered. The food was pretty good. There was a good variety of options.

Went to Bruegger's for the 1st time since it opened in the former Bagel Jay's on Delaware Ave. The space looked neat and tidy but I wasn't there long enough to really look. This speaks to their service as I placed my order and within 3 minutes it was ready. There was no one in line so that could be why or the workers were doing a great job. I ate my egg, cheese and turkey sausage on an asiago bagel in my car. It was tasty and warm ..very good!. My only complaint is that the bagels are much smaller than those at Bagel Jay's and that it was pricey($7.50 for a doughnut sized sandwich).I will try it again and sit inside. Overall , I enjoyed my sandwich.

I ordered a bagel, very small, drenched in butter when i ordered cream cheese, no rush in the worked at all and just horrible service. definitely not like NYC at all. save yourself a trip

When we first started to come here we loved it. But the past two times it has been a horrible experience. We gave it another shot after the one bad experience because we thought maybe they are just having a bad/off day but now it has been two weekends in a row. They run out of almost all bagels after 11am. The counter staff is rude while ordering and then try to act like your order is not yours. This needs to get fixed asap.

SO RUDE and UNCOMFORTABLE!!! Walked in to run and grab a quick bite but just got finished with a long car ride...looked at the menu but couldnt hold it and attempted to use the restroom first, the man behind the counter literally chased me down the hallway and told me I couldn't use the bathroom unless I was a customer?!!! What?! I was about to be a customer, but I guess there's a rule u cant pee first.. Made me so uncomfortable, will never order here, will never recommend it was the most unpleasant uncomfortable experience ever over nothing. Do not go here !

As a New Yorker, the bagels we are used to having is unrivaled. WNY is proving to be devoid of any above average quality food, especially with making the mistake of purchasing from Bruegger‘s bagels. Their bagels do not have that crisp outer shell, and the quality of the cream cheese is too much on the sweet side. Perhaps if your tastebuds are deceased and need some kind of yeast ring to chew on this is your place.

Bacon was pre-cooked garbage and they couldn't even take the time to put it in the oven for any crispiness. Placed order online to be ready at 10:40 was late back to work because I received food at 10:48. 0/10 if possible.

Visited before work and ordered a cinnamon bagel with bacon and cheese. I then changed my mind on the type of bagel I wanted. The cashier really have me a issue with changing the bagel. I said I will pay for it if its extra and unhappily he changed it and I paid for it. When I got my bagel it was burnt and hard. I have never had such bad service or food here before. Not sure if I will ever be back. I mean people spend their hard earned money at places and to get food that needed to be thrown out is truly disappointing.

Ordered my regular hot pastrami that I only get at this location and today received this. If you didn’t have the ingredients to make the sandwich, there are options to let the customer know that you dont have the ingredients or it could be complete laziness. Mind you this isnt pastrami at all just cheese and shredded beef. Looks like I’m changing locations or never ordering here again.

A V O I D -- They are inept here -- way behind in take out orders. This is supposed to be convenient to order ahead and they are 15 mins past their scheduled ready time (and counting) -- I'm temped to leave without my food as I think I'll be here for a while. The person at the counter said, "it will be a bit" Update 20 mins and counting behind their pickup time -- Embarrassing. Fire this whole crew. They don't even look like they are trying to hustle through it. The manager is meandering around. Staff looks confused. Final update -- It took 31 mins after the estimated ready time for a pickup order.
