My father heard about this place from a friend and insisted we try it while we were relatively in the area. Food was great, cozy place to eat and our server was outstanding.

Ordered the chicken and pulled pork catering dinner with Mac&cheese and broccoli salad for 50 people. The food came on time, hot and was delicious. Super affordable and would totally recommend this catering for any party! My guests also appreciated the wet wipes included in the utensils bag!

Awesome place for ribs. Stop by on Wednesday’s for All You Can eat ribs and sides. They keep the food coming and let you switch and sample for a bunch of sides !

We ordered BW’s catering for our wedding. They were super easy to work with and very response to all the questions I had leading up to wedding day. We got the 1/2 chicken (which is HUGE) bbq pulled pork, Mac n cheese, potato salad and chef salad. Catering services also helped set up, which made it a very easy process. They were also on time and I didn’t have to be a worried bride about dinner showing up late! Our guests loved the food and were even able to bring left overs home. Everything was hot, juicy and made for a really great wedding dinner. I’m looking forward to recommending BW’s catering to folks in the future.

Everything I’ve tried so far has been delish! Love the chili. It’s really flavorful with a bit of heat. The Kansas City Tenderloin Tips are my favorite so far. They are so tender and fully of flavor. The pulled pork was really good too. Staff is friendly, service was good. Comfortable and clean dining area.

This is one of my favorite places to go! I love the atmosphere of a local place and the girls that work there are great! They remember our drink order and usually what we order as well. We love the fish fry it’s exceptional and def a place you wouldn’t think would have the best fish fry! We usually also get a pulled pork sandwich in the mushroom cap! We have to split both because we can’t decide! The Mac salad is the best Mac salad I’ve ever had! We love going to BWs just wish they had some sort of patio for the summer months!

You will not regret ordering their ribs. Trust me!! The beans, mac and cheese and poutine are to die for. But the ribs? I dream about them. And the beans. I never thought I’d crave beans 😂 you won’t regret it I only get take out and I’ve never been disappointed

The food is always wonderful! French onion soup is the best I've ever had. The burnt tips are amazing. The peach habanaro bbq sauce is soooo good we always buy a bottle to bring home. I dip so many different foods in it and enjoy every drop! The service is great and staff is always accommodating and friendly!

We ordered take out from catering at BW's BBQ for New Years Eve. We ordered the pulled pork and the mac n cheese trays. It was absolutely delicious! We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Since it is lent, we had the broiled haddock. It was excellent, cooked perfectly. Plus, you get 3 sides. Waitress was even kind enough to tell us which sides had meat in them so we could avoid those and order something else.

Friday night and everyone is doing fish fry. But I want meat. BW's looks like the place to be. Seated in the corner I was surprised by a train horn above my head. Low and behold there's a train running around the dining room ceiling. Loved it. The menu had a great variety of choices but the 4 meat platter suited my mood. Brisket that was moist and tender. A pile of pulled pork that was flavorful. Two fall off the bone ribs. And a quarter of a chicken grilled to perfection. Add potato salad and baked beans and you have a meal fit for a displaced Texan. Topped it off with a slice of peanut butter pie. Only thing missing was my unsweetened tea but Mom would be happy because I had her favorite RC cola. Will definitely be back again. Hopefully soon.

Coming from a Texan himself I can say this place is a oasis away from home! Home style cooking to the T! Nice and clean! I will be back for sure and will be taking friends and family! Very family oriented as well! Tables and booths and also a bar area! Amazing beer, cocktail or wine selection as well! Awesome place overall with great service! I highly recommend this place to everybody!

My husband and I used BW's catering services for our outdoor wedding this June. The staff handling my calls and questions were polite and helpful. They kindly followed my requests for changing some ingredients due to food allergies/intolerances. We ordered chicken and pork dinners, pasta, spuds, and a salad for 115 people. BW's arrive on time, cooked the food on-site, and served the food exactly when we wanted. The food was delicious and the portions were huge! Definitely a great value. Highly recommend their restaurant and catering services!!

BW's has the best ribs around. Cooked to perfection, amazing sauce. The Mac and cheese and sweet potato fries are awesome too. However, I tried the chicken several times and it's always bone dry. I'd stay away. Also, on our last visit, our waitress was a bonehead. Dropped the food off, never refilled our drinks, never checked if we needed anything. We ended up asking the hostess to get another waitress for us. I've been here several times and this isn't the usual MO so I'm not going to dock stars for that.

Everything was delicious. I just wasn't a fan of the coleslaw, I like a little bit of a sweeter flavor than sour.

We recently used them to cater a party of about 50 people. We got pulled pork, 1/4 chicken, ribs, mac n cheese, veggie lasagna, potatoes, and everything was great. The ribs were probably the best I have ever had. The food came hot and packaged nicely. Great job BW!

Cold PBR and delicious meats, that's all I need. My wife and I came from out of state and wasn't feeling any of the local fish fries on this Good Friday evening. The place was just about dead, which was good since our food arrived quickly. The service was great, she was very attentive, and I enjoyed the cornbread she suggested. My quarter rack and quarter chicken were great, and so was my mac & cheese. The baked beans were epic, some of the best I've ever had. I enjoyed the various sauces at my table, the habanero one was my favorite. My only complaint was I wished my food was hotter, I like mine scalding hot when it arrives at my table. If I'm in the southtowns and in the mood for BBQ, BWs will be my go-to place.

My grown children took me here for Mother's Day buffet brunch. We've attended these in the past. Good food, beautiful spread, pleasant staff. Keeps you coming back. For these types of events, is best to make a reservation.

I've heard about this place from a few people. So I decided to stop in since I was out that way. Great experience for a first time. Polite people and food was great. Enjoyed the pit wings, the bacon burger was fantastic.

Today was my husband and I’s first time eating from here as we ordered take out. Never have I had such amazing ribs. My husbands response to me eating them was “Babe they aren’t going any where”. They were tender, fall off the bone, juicy amazingness. Highly, highly recommend the rack of ribs. Don’t bother ordering to “share”, just order your own rack and go HAM!

Ribs are so tender no fork or knife is needed. Service staff is friendly a efficient. Parking is ample. Love going there!

We ordered takeout and I was very impressed. The food was excellent. Tad bit pricey and they add on a 4 or 5% fee for takeout. We ordered the family pack. The quarter chickens were a good size, and was worried about the ribs because they were portioned in 2's, but they were a good size also! Will definitely order again!

Got a Rubin sandwich with a side of potato salad and Mac and cheese. Potato salad was average, the Mac and cheese was pretty good. The Rubin with top notch. Great toast on the bread and the 1000 island dressing was evenly spread. Looked great inside. I got take out and I made a mistake on my order and they where kind enough to call and confirm what I meant.

The brisket was very good, cooked perfect. The ribs were also very moist and meaty.I got half a chicken but was to full to try it. It looks delicious.

We Walked in and were acknowledged immediately and sat right away . The restaurant was very clean and had such a homey atmosphere. Food was brought out quickly and was still extremely hot which was nice you don’t get that many places these days . Staff were attentive and very pleasant . The prices were very reasonable as well . First time there. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Wait staff friendly, was attentive but not hanging over your shoulder. I ordered 1/4 chicken & ribs, sweet potatoes, salad. Had a side plate to put spot of all their sauces on. Was delicious, meat cooked to perfection. My was chicken breast and wing, very moist and flavorful. BF had 4 meat combo, brisket, chicken, ribs and beef tips, salad and fries. He said all were delicious and moist. He also tried all the sauces. My favorite was the Peach Habenero, his was a mix of Habenero hot and the Hot Honey. We will definitely go there again and we'll also use take out menu. Very nice place.

Ok so I'll start off this review in the best way i know how. I am a southern guy from the south. I travel the country for work and tried just about every barbecue I run across. So not so good some ok, with very few being great. I ordered a slab of ribs the smell was amazing so when I got to the car had to try them right away. The meat just melted off the bone in the way you would expect. The meat was glazed properly with juicy and tender meat under the glazing. The flavor was off the charts and the tenderness of the meat was amazing. I would definitely rank this spot in my top 5 of barbecue in the US. From me that is saying alot as I have eaten cooked and judged barbecue for most of my life on the weekends. So when I say there ribs are definitely worthy of over a 1 hour drive is saying something. The service was OK and the bartender was very polite with a positive attitude. It seems like a local spot thar is welcoming of others. If you have the time and chance I would definitely say stop by there and at least try the ribs. I can not rate anything else but the ribs I can. Enjoy relax and have some great ribs.

Best bbq restaurant in the area. Food was A+. Had the ribs and chicken combo with coleslaw and mashed sweet potatoes. Everything was great. Ribs were juicy, smokey, and fall off the bone tender. The chicken was amazing. Definitely not just boring old chicken. The coleslaw was creamy, crunchy and had a nice zip to it, excellent. The mashed sweet potatoes were delicious. The honey butter for the potatoes was a great touch. Good portion sizes. One thing I would criticize would be the decor is a bit dated and could use some updating. Another would be the pre dinner corn muffins were a little pale in color, small and we only had one per person (2 people). Service was great. Very friendly and prompt.

Today I was in the area and could not pass through town without stopping in… bought myself a bucket of rib tips and went home to enjoy… I did not stay because I had a very busy day.. I couldn’t believe this bucket served 4-6 people and only cost $55!!!!! The restaurant had just opened and people were coming in pretty steadily… My to go bucket wait was only about 15 minutes… not too bad, huh?!?!?!!!

I remember going to BMW’s about 15 years ago, and was really blown away. Maybe I’ve gained perspective, maybe it was an off day. It was good, solid, but I have to admit I was ever so slightly disappointed. 38 Special was just OK. I liked the honey barbecue sauce. ribs were good, but I’ve made better myself. Setting an atmosphere are just what you’re hoping for. like I said, maybe it was just an off day. experiences like this just make me miss Kentucky Gregs more.

The bbq here is amazing. My boys ordered the kid sized rib dinner. They were fall off the bone good. I tasted them and could taste the smokey greatness held within. The honey bbq sauce was perfect paired with the ribs for a sweet Smokey flavor. I had the brisket sandwich with horseradish sauce and onions. Absolutely amazing no need to dip in the onion soup that comes with it. The brisket was tender and flavor filled. Both of the boys had a bite and agreed it was awesome. The cornbread muffins taste just like what I make at home. Absolutely amazing. My go to bbq spot for when the craving hits.

EVERYTHING I TRIED was DE-LI-CIOUS AND our waitress was KIND, ATTENTIVE, and had lots of GREAT recommendedations!!! I can't wait to return to their "All You Can Eat Rib Special" on Wednesday nights! Next time I won't eat a late lunch so I may better take advantage of what they offer! I could only eat the six bone ribs and the two sides. I couldn't even try the four bone refill nor any additional sides (this time).

We were sat immediately, with drinks, appetizers, and meals brought promptly. A great site for a family, kid friendly, or a great down to earth date. Our appetizer Buffalo Chicken Wings were cooked well but not dry, Buffalo Sauce was medium hot and buttery delicious. The Quarter Rib Dinner; Ribs were tender, juicy, and barbecued perfectly delicious. Side Dish, Smoked Beans were creamy with a strong smoke flavor, shred pork, and bacon, very tasty. Side Dish, Mac & Cheese, was white cheddar, smooth and creamy, just over al dente pasta, great flavor. The Quarter Chicken Dinner; Chicken was barbecued in a vinegar style marinade, a little bland but tender and juicy, skin was not crisp. Side Dish, Broccoli Salad, was a creamy mayo bacon dressing, with onions, and sadly no raisins, broccoli was al dente making this side dish very good. Side Dish: French Fries were tender inside, crisp outside, possibly a very light batter. Very tasty! The Kansas City Tenderloin Tips Dinner was the best of our order; the seasoning and smoking before grilling, to a caramelized bark on each bite made for a most delicious experience! Tip of the review? Go for the tips! Thank you to such a friendly staff and the chef! We WILL be back.

Omg! This place is rib heaven! The bones pull out with zero effort. If you're a rib person you know that's essential. They're sauce has both a sweet and spicy melody going on. It's lil smacking for sure! Then...the bacon candy! Amazingly the prices and service are just as good as the food. Then! Then! Their beer! Delish! My 14 y/o son is a serious rib monster. Upon eating a few bites he was already planning on going back the next day. We're looking forward to our next visit there.

Ordered a rib dinner. The food was good, not the best bbq I’ve had. The ribs and the Mac and Cheese were good. The beans were too smoky for my liking. Weird thing to say, but I think it was the to go containers or the smoke that had a very odd / off putting smell.

Super great barbeque. I stopped in here on our way to a Bills game with a friend of mine who had never been here before. You would think he was in heaven. He just raved about how good all the food was. I gotta say it was so much easier than prepping our own tailgate party. And we only had the two of us so it was a perfect solution to tailgating. All the delicious flavor and we didn't have to work. Great way to go to the football game. Go Bills.

My friend ordered the half rack ribs dinner. I got the quarter rack. My friends was perfect fall off the bone goodness. When our waitress Brittney saw me trying to find meat behind the thick fat she immediately came over and offered me another one which came out quickly and was perfect. The sides were awesome. Fast friendly service. But food was a little small portioned than I expected. The ribs were tender and flavor was great. Pulled pork was just ok. I'm from out of town and the soda drink flavor is affected by local water flavor. Filtration system might make this better.

The pulled pork was very good but the brisket was very dry. All of their barbecue sauces were delicious and the cornbread was great. The potato salad was good but not great, it didn't have very much flavor but the texture was awesome. The restroom situation is bad, only one stall in the Men's and the second urinal was out of order.

I ordered a slab with three sides. The ribs were fall off the bone flavorful with a nice selection barbecue sauces to add. For my three sides I had baked beans and potato salad. Baked beans and coleslaw was pretty nice but I didn't care for potato salad. The potato salad was very heavy on the (just not my thing). Great service friendly personalities and a decent price for the amount of food that came with the meal

Husband got the 1/2 rack of ribs; they were nicely tender with a slightly charred sauce. Very tasty. I got the peach habanero pork sliders. Good but not too peachy or spicy, added the hot sauce at the table, much good! Very good coleslaw and nice beer selection. Would definitely go back when we are in the area.

We recently tried this place for the first time. I have struggled between 4 and 5 stars because I think the place is excellent. I would not say it's the best I've ever had so I resist the five. I will say it's a very friendly place the staff and owner were extremely friendly. Out of everything we tried which was chicken ribs and brisket without question the ribs were most amazing. Everything else was good. I'm not quite settled on a 5-star though. I would still highly recommend this place. I also wasn't in love with the barbecue sauces available. Not that they weren't good but most of them on the table all had a sweetness to it. I personally prefer a smoky spicy sauce and there was not one available. Everything was good as is but I like to add some sauce and I just didn't really like any of them enough for my personal taste.

The food is fantastic here. The meat falls right of the bones. They have some really good bbq sauces. The mozzarella sticks are definitely worth trying.

My husband said they were the best ribs he has had in a while. Great birch beer. Several different types of BBQ sauce on the table. Staff was clearly overwhelmed and we heard several waitresses apologizing for delays of food, and witnessed 2 run in to each other and spill a tray.

Service was very attentive and very patient with my dining partner who had lots of questions about the side dish options. There were many to choose from. My dining partner liked the ribs - lots of meat that fell right off the bone. I was happy they offered a veggie burger since I’m not a meat eater… The salad was fresh - ice berg lettuce but with tomatoes and cucumbers that were fresh.

DELICIOUS!! super tender, caramelized.... perfect. will be coming back for those on a regular basis!! now to review the other food- my friend had the broccoli cheese soup which he said was fantastic. the dinner rolls were adequately soft potato bread rolls. the banana peppers stuffed with cheese were good, but not amazing to the point that i would order them again. the ribs had a good flavor and were fall apart tender, sooo soft, not dry at all, but way too fatty for us. would not order again. the sweet potato fries were great, they came with a honey butter sauce that was delicious. definitely going back for the tenderloin tips and sweet potato fries! atmosphere was decent, nice privacy in the booths with taller covid barrier windows up. took quite a while to get the food though. server was pleasant and did a good job. My friend said the chicken was tender and moist, the mashed potatoes were thick but he said they were bland and a bit sticky, and he really liked the coleslaw.

Hadn't been in awhile. Got take out. Ribs were as good as I remember,which is to say great! Chicken was better then I remembered. The fries were a Huge disappointment. Used to be fresh cut. Now they have the fries two thirds of the other places have. Coated with something to make them crispy. Very sad about that. Be better Bws.

The Sauce is amazing, my chicken wings were undercooked and potato skin were like crackers. The replacement wings were better! My friend had Ribs, fries and potato salad. The ribs melt in your mouth, fries could have been hotter and the potatoes in salad was to hard. Gave three Stars

We ordered catering, I just have to say I was surprised that all of my cornbread was put into a plastic bag, still freshly hot from cooking. With all the moisture trapped inside the bag, the cornbread was soggy and soft. Crumbly

The staff here are great, the waitress we had was very good. Drinks stayed full, she was polite and didn't rush us. The food was just alright, brisket had no bark, was under seasoned and didn't have much if any smoke taste. No visible smoke ring. I know the smoke ring means little, but normally its at least visible. The ribs were over cooked and falling apart, charred on the top, sauced on the top but NO rub or sauce on the underside (pic attached of rib underside). They came as a full slab, the crust on the top was so hard and the meat so over cooked that they just fell apart when cutting. They tasted okay, the BBQ sauce they have is great. As is the variety of the sauces they have. 4-5 different typed to choose from. The Carolina sauce is awesome. The sides were all lacking. We had the garlic mash, mac and cheese and the baked beans. The baked beans were the best of all three. Mash and mac and cheese were all very bland. The gravy helped the mash but it did taste like pre-made gravy. Mac and cheese tasted like nothing. Everything missing salt. They did seem to have a lot of staff, and they just gathered by the bathroom it seemed. Kind of made it awkward to go to the bathroom. All and all id skip this, you can make better ribs in your oven and make a chuck roast that tastes better than the brisket. After paying $55+ for two people we should have went to dinosaur.

I had a bad feeling agreeing to come here based on some recent reviews. I wished I decided on going someplace else. The service was painfully slow, even with a more than half empty building. The tiles above my son leaked and some type of water dropped on him. The sauces are good quality, but you will need them for the dry, shoe leather tough pork. I feel bad that they just can’t be better. The place has been around forever. Next time we are in town I will give them another chance.

So I ordered from here on doordash and the ribs were so tender and delicious that i made another order for pick up a few days later. But the ribs I picked up fell off the bone like they were boiled and they were super tough like they were boiled while frozen... it was definitely a different food experience in delivery vs pick-up

Ordered brisket and ribs. Brisket was terrible. Threw it out. Ribs were delicious. Mac and cheese tasted like plastic and baked beans were not good. Well not be going back. The following weekend we tried a different BBQ place. $40 cheaper and tastier.

I cannot believe this BBQ place is rated as high as it is, it was simply bad. I had the half chicken two sides and a small side of their brisket to give it a try. Let’s start with the overall, not sure how they do it but they manage to get zero wood smell or taste into their meats. The brisket was tender, but had zero smoke ring on it or bark, it was a grey mass of meat. I feel bad for the poor cow that gave its life to make this abomination what what this place calls BBQ. Two day old pot roast warmed up in a microwave is better than what I had. Now on to the chicken. It had a nice char on it but again no smell or taste that would give you the impression it interacted with wood. I saw on the menu they charge extra for white meat. I did not do that and I am very thankful of that choice. It took a 16 oz bottle of water to get the breast down. It was so dried out I am pretty sure it was shelf stable. For sides I got the coleslaw and veg of the day. Coleslaw was average and the corn was very starchy and had zero flavor. The only bright spot was their BBQ sauce. It was the only thing that had any smoke flavor. It was not too sweet and nice. I would actually purchase it. Nice job on the sauce, your stars are based on it. One final note, I order takeout to bring to my hotel room. When I got back I noticed there were no utensils or napkins. Luckily the hotel had some.

Ordered meat sampler. Ok at best. Pulled pork had most smoke flavor. Ribs good. Chicken dry. Ordered meat with no sauce. Authentic BBQ can stand on its own without being covered in sugar laden sauces. Over priced. Jalapeño poppers very small portion and gherkin sized. Wings completely blackened. It filled the hole but would not go back for BBQ.

Times of changing with the food pulled pork sandwich was dry and chewy ..use to be the BEST now dry and chewy maybe it was from the night before since we came for lunch .

Pretty diassapointing. Very underwhelming quarter chicken dinner. Coleslaw was straight from a carton & the mac & cheese is the frozen kind from sysco. The flavor of the chicken was good but I don't think this was even a full quarter portion. Also the atmosphere comes across as dark & dingy with interrogation lights above each table.

The absolute worst chicken wings I’ve ever had. I ordered 10 bbq wings and these are old as hell. They taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp since last night. I gave up 5 wings in and am now going to get myself dinner from tops. The chicken is so dry and old it is standing up by itself.. that’s not a bone, it’s dry chicken. Tasted old and disgusting. Called and spoke with manager Corey who said she will call doordash to refund the wings. Will update review when and if I’m refunded. Edit. I was promptly refunded the entire order.

Food is always great. And so it most of the staff. One specific tall younger male takeout employee is absolutely horrible at his job. The past 4 times me/my family have ordered from there he has had nothing but a rude attitude and been outright disrespectful. I have watched him speak inappropriately to other staff and other customers. I do not know how he has a job there.

My camera was not working but my brother will try to upload the photos later we ordered the Pick 3 meets get two sides approximately $30 we started with loaded potato skins that were never even ordered they were never even put in we didn't get them until we left and we got them in a box my brother got triple brisket which literally looks like one portion versus any other restaurant that serves barbecue in Western New York I got the ribs the brisket and the tips the tips were spot on they gave enough the ribs were a little light but not bad portion size wise the brisket I mean it was just like 2 inches wide by about 1inch in high very skimpy if you ever seen thick packaged pre-cut bologna okay cut one of them pieces in half that's about how much brisket they gave me literally my brother got one whole piece of bologna wise and maybe a quarter very skimpy and the waitress I mean she looks so miserable she should have just stayed home

I don't like to post negative reviews and will keep to myself, but this time around I'm going to say I'm extremely disappointed with this place. Not sure if it was because we were younger or what it was, but we were definitely treated different. Let me start off by saying we weren't even offered rolls when we sat down. All other tables were offered rolls (I don't need the carbs anyways but it was the point that they weren't even offered). The waitress was kind of off putting and condescending. Then we order and find out they're out of brisket at 3 in the afternoon? It isn't even dinner time. The appetizers were fine, but the dinners were cold and the place wasn't even busy. Our refill drinks kept being forgotten, and I could continue to go on about other things including the dirty looks but I will leave it that. Needless to say, this place used to be awesome, but unfortunately has gone downhill and we will not be returning. So disappointed, what a waste of time and money driving 30 minutes for an uncomfortable and terrible experience.

I've very disappointed in the food I ordered for my granddaughters birthday. I ordered 30 pieces chicken dinners. And it was tasteless and some wasn't cooked all the way. When I called to tell them they had me take a picture of the uncooked chicken and I did and no response. So few days later I got in the mail a 25.00 dollar gift card. I spent 400 dollars on the food. SO ILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. ILL NEVER USE THE GIFT CARD. VERY DISAPPOINTED

My complaint is not the food. I've had the pleasure of dining here twice with friends and the food is Outstanding and served in portions that will allow leftovers. My guests and I always order the Bbq Dinner Plate a wonderful combo of the best that you offer. But on this day I bragged to a new client about your place and so we ended there around 5:15 and was greeted politely and sat immediately. And that's where we remained for 22 minutes. No one even acknowledge us. Even as we tried to be patient with the waiting staff, no one tended our table as others were seated and served quickly. My client suggested we leave without complaint for she felt too embarrassed to speak on it or request a manager. I'm so dissatisfied with this evening dining.

Ordered fish fry’s and they were disgusting. The chef salad was literally 5 pieces of lettuce, a tomato and 6 pieces of cheese. The fish had skin and was super slimy. The “Cajun” fries were a joke too. Was referred for amazing fish fries but definitely not worth the money.

Burnt and terrible. Salad was aged and wings were charred past being edible . Charred not smoked. Expensive and I do not recommend.

We order food through DoorDash to be picked up at the restaurant at 8:30 this Sunday evening and when we got home we noticed the food was literally ICE COLD. The time management at this establishment is lacking to say the least… but then we get to my applesauce that I ordered as a side and there was MOLD spores right on top. We tried calling to see if we could rectify this disgusting issue only to be met with attitude and was told that we needed to contact DoorDash for a refund, I’m sorry but this is a restaurant QUALITY issue not a DoorDash issue! 10/10 would NOT recommend!
