Here visiting from Florida, June of 2025. This experience at Paula’s donuts has me in my feelings and I don’t know when I’ll be able to travel back to enjoy the most amazing donuts I’ve ever had. Florida could never have something this outstanding. If I could just teleport here at least monthly it’s all I’m asking. Someone help a fan out!!

Maybe you have a person in your life who is quick to say things like, "That was the best donut I've ever had!" I am not such a person but I must declare that Paula's Donuts are the best I've ever had. Those cream filled ones seem to weigh a pound! A pound of fluffy, sugar loaded, baked goodness. If I lived closer to one of these shops my wallet would be lighter and I would be heavier. These donuts are America's donuts!

Went to this Paula's location for the first time today. Ordering was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly! My breakfast sandwich was amazing and since it was Tuesday I got a free donut with my sandwich. I will definitely be visiting this location again!

First time ever at any Paula's Donuts locations, worth it. This location was very conveniently located a short distance away from the finish line of the Run716 15k race, in early August. Anyone walking in will find it to be a very clean place. Customer service was exceptional and then some. There is plenty of donut varieties to select from, it is almost jaw-dropping and mouth watering at the same time. If one enjoys bacon there is an awesome/dreamy maple bacon cinnamon roll ~ see my photo now, drool later. I was incredibly happy with my jelly donut selections as well as they were very hearty and filling (no pun intended). The donuts are a meal all their own and the quality is far superior to any nationwide donut chain. I wish I could give this Paula's Donuts location six stars.

I'm not a huge donut fan, but my mom always was, plus she loved canolli and her name is Paula! So it was fitting to stop in for a half dozen and some coffee while visiting the area. I personally think cutting the donut in half is still plenty because they are VERY heavy from being filled with canolli or cream. I did enjoy the toasted coconut one alot. The coffee was ok, alittle weak for me. Service was good, but we couldn't leave a tip on the credit card, so I asked for change of the $20 bill I had and our server was told she couldn't break any bills....So, unfortunately I couldn't tip her due to the rules of the owner and change being given.

I love going to paulas when I visit my family. Since I now live in NC. The cannoli doughnuts are to die for. They filling is fresh. I could just eat that alone .I love the breakfast sandwhichs. Only disappointment is the plain fry cake. Its heavy, hard and dry So don't order that

Smaller Paula. Nice design inside. They have parking in front and back of the store. They have few tables, so you might not have a seat if visit ok busy day. Donuts options are similar to other locations. I bought 4, and 2 of them might be smaller size compared to other Paula store. Bathroom is locked and needs key from staff.

Really good donuts. The classic stuff, soft and fluffy, crispy done just right. We got the assorted half a dozen, honeydew, chocolate, Boston cream pie. Service was not really good , didn’t matter cuz I came for the food

Heard so much about this place, we had to come and see for ourselves. We had to specifically request the cannoli donut as they are freshly assembled upon request; they are not on display. Very rich, very thick with the generous amount of cannoli cream pumped into the centre of a huge powder donut. A meal in itself! The cinnamon donuts with chunks of apple were delicious. The peanut butter cream was also super rich. There’s a small patio with umbrellas and chairs to sit at outside the front of the shop, and seating inside. Counter service, with staff who were super friendly and helpful in making suggestions. Free parking. This location closes early so check their hours on the website.

This is only about the service. Food is always great. There were several employees working, most of which were just talking amongst each other. There was one customer at the counter and I was next, just waiting. A few of the employees saw me and just kept talking. I was just about to leave, when one pointed, for another to take care of me. Apologized, for keeping me waiting, got my donuts and just walked away. I had to reach over to get my own receipt. I've never had, bad service here before, so, it really pissed me off, all those employees and couldn't be bothered, to do their job.

LOVE Paulas doughnuts and I frequently buy a couple dozen for my kids daycare teachers. Giving zero stars because the employees aren't allowed to have a tip jar? What's with that? I asked the employee working there 50 million questions and they helped guide me to make the choices I needed. Would love to be able to show the workers some extra love. I asked about a tip jar and was told there was a donation box for a charity. No thanks the business owners should take care of that tax write off. I wake to tip the EMPLOYEES not help line the owners pockets. So distasteful.
