The La Mexicana Breakfast is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Mexican flavors. What a great first visit. We were genuinely greeted as we walked in. The entire staff are friendly and truly personally know their clientele. Now the food was great in flavor and huge on portions. What great vibe and what great experience. I loved the Al pastor taco!! (Pictured) on review.

I really love this place, the people that work here are extremely nice , friendly and look happy to be here. I had the chilaquiles plate with scrambled eggs and it was delicious. The coffee is great too. Friendly service, great food at affordable prices I would definitely recommend this restaurant

If you're near Bulverde and Evans stop here!!! Worth the drop in. Great selection and prices. Better than Taco Palenque. A great place to make your permanent go to for Mexican Grill cuisine. So good. Check it out. You won't regret it. Also, this wonderful lady will make you smile each and every time. You get the "Welcome Home" feel.

Wow such a great little breakfast / Mexican restaurant. The service was impressive and we saw many regulars here. The food was amazing and fresh. So good. I wish this was closer to me to eat every week.

A solid option for breakfast tacos! Ordered a variety of tacos and each one turned out great, especially the potato/egg/cheese. The ranchero salsa on the side was also pretty tasty and had a good kick that added to the flavor of the tacos. Serving sizes for the tacos and sides of pico/salsa were pretty generous as well, with the sides being about 8 oz portions of each.

Here on vacation and stopped by for lunch. The food was excellent with great prices. Our waitress was so nice and made the experience even better. It was an amazing first meal on our vacation. Just be warned the salsa for the chips is pretty spicy but it is really good!!

Great dinner! Greeted with chips and two salsa’s and fideo! Fajita taco plate, Barbacoa tacos (during the week, yes they have them) Mexican plate and pork chop plate.

I've been coming here for awhile and the food is always amazing. I always get the Pollo Norteño plate but the people I've come with love what they get no matter what. The refried beans don't have that bacon flavor many places have and the rice is incredible. You will be impressed no matter what you get.

Great food and respectful and friendly service. Wait staff is sweet. Been here 3 times plus a few to gos. Prices are fair. And you can't beat free tasty fideo and chips and salsa as soon as you sit down! Wait staff was kind to my toddler who is learning to eat independently and makes quite a mess.

Had Breakfast tacos, ask for flour tortillas well cooked, bacon egg and machacado were good. Husband had the Tripas nice and crispy. Chicharrones were a miss, too much tomato sauce. Salsa verde was awesome! Service is great even though restaurant was busy.

Great food at a great price. I highly recommend the three of the same breakfast burritos for $3.99! The staff is quick and friendly, much better than some of the larger Mexican food changes in the area.
