We loved this restaurant so very much. We stopped here while on a road trip and were delighted with the fresh, flavorful food for a good price. The barberry and sour cherry rice - wow! Salmon kabobs were delicious. And the baklava! The owner was our favorite part. What a wonderful person. I highly recommend this place.

First time visit tonight. I'm usually not into this lane of food but I have to say all of this was outstanding. The beef kabob was a lean cut perfectly seasoned and marinated enough to be very tender, it was evenly cooked med+. Might be one of the best pieces of steak I've had in a minute. Servings were generous. Lilly our server was attentive and very helpful. Our family will be back. Places like this make it very easy to support local business so support your local business.

I liked it! I usually stick to the better known restaurants. Had a lunch meeting and my guest suggested this restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised! Food was great, didn't have to wait to be seated and good price too! Highly recommend and will repeat.

The young lady greeted me, was super nice, I ordered the lamb kabob, and it was delicious. The owner brought me a sample of Baba ganush & humass with some lavish. It was delicious. I would suggest to the owner, when an individual eating alone or May be a couple, they should put an option to add sample size of the hamuss & babaganush etc for ,$0.50 or $1.00 each; what ever they think is reasonable for their customers as well for the owner.

All you need is the quality of food which theirs have!! Delicious and tenderness..... Polite and kind people....

What a fantastic find! The family went shopping at the nearby center and we came upon this gem for lunch. We are all so happy we did. The service was great the food amazing and the chill music and atmosphere was so nice on a hot day. We will be back every time we come to Burbank. It’s that good!!! Literally everything was amazing. There wasn't one single thing I didn't love. I even got their zataar mix. Kind servers, nice atmosphere and clean bathrooms. I love this place!

I have been coming to this restaurant for 10 years. People are so nice. It's family owned atmosphere is nice. The food is great. Clean nice food if you're looking for authentic original food. This is where to come.

My colleague and I had a lovely lunch experience thanks to our personable and friendly waitress, Jessica. Jessica added tremendously to our positive dining experience. The food was delicious. We were happily surprised to see there were assorted lunch specials available. That made the prices even MORE reasonable (and their regular prices are well within reason). Thank you so much for making our visit so special. I look forward to returning again and again.

I was very pleasant surprised when I was taken here by a dear friend of mine. From the outside, I would never have guessed the spaciousness and delicate ambiance found inside. The waitress could not have been more welcoming, and everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I will be back whenever I am out this way again. I had a very good experience here.

Update: I wanted to see if they made wraps and they accommodated. And of course, they were kind and the food was delicious! This is my mother's favorite Mediterranean restaurant and she doesn't venture out of her Korean American bubble... she says that the beef is so soft and tender... and she doesn't quite find that anywhere else.

Great experience. We were in Burbank for three days and we ate here twice. The food is excellent as is the service. Loved the red pepper eggplant and the hummus dips. The kabobs are incredible. If you’re in the area it’s worth the visit.

Wow This was my first time here and these people were great! The music was so lively and beautiful but not distracting, the food was great and the service was great as well. I think it’s my new favorite for this type of cuisine. I’m so happy with my experience I even wrote a poem for my fiancé! Ooh la la!

We arrived before the dinner rush, ordered with recommendations from our server, and were delighted by ALL our selections. A gentleman we believe is the owner came to greet and chat a little, kind and friendly, he checked on us a few more times as we compared dishes. Sour cherry rice! I’m coming back for that! And the appetizer Falafel was better than anywhere else. We got a tasting of an eggplant & tomato dish that got us talking, trying to figure it out so we could try to cook it! DELICIOUS!

Amazing food and amazing service! We had the beef kabob, lamb kabob, luleh, and barg kabob. All of the meat was quite tender and flavorful. The rice was fluffy and the vegetables were very fresh. They were so kind and offered us some free appetizers since it was our first time. They gave the cucumber salad, hummus, and eggplant dip. It was some of the best eggplant I've ever had and the cucumber salad was very refreshing. The hummus was the perfect creamy compliment to the meat and pita. Truly a family feel to the restaurant and I would absolutely bring my friends and family here. Highly recommend!!

Arrived in Burbank from Tennessee and we were hungry for one our most favorite food--Persian. Had our daughter and granddaughter order a variety and we certainly were not disappointed. The family owners are super nice and know how to cook and deliver the best of quality. Someday we hope to be back. We had enough leftover for at least two of us to have another full meal. 🙏 Our meal consisted of: Luleh kabab (ground beef with Persian spices) made in a kabob, Gormeh Sabzi with black-eyed peas (to me, much better than the fed kidney bean), barberry rice and rice with a saffron coating, Persian salad, Cucumber yogurt, Hummus, Eggplant dip, Naan, yogurt drink (doogh that my granddaughter and I tried. Could not even drink it all because of all the food and tea!), and finally hot Persian tea, with baklava made with pistachios and honey. I would have preferred chicken or lamb rather than the Cornish hen but delicious nonetheless. 😋

So, so good! Best Mediterranean food I’ve had. We shared a fresh and generous Greek salad and a combo plate with lamb kabob and beef luleh. Service was top notch. If I lived in Burbank, I would definitely be a regular at this little gem.

My Bookclub had a Wonderful meeting & and delicious meal at this lovely Family owned restaurant. There were 12 of Us Ladies & we were treated So Well! Our Server Lily was Efficient, Friendly & Helpful! Our Food came out Timely & Hot! Mmm! We All Loved the Hummus, Eggplant, & Cucumber dip w/pita to start. Oh, the Grape leaves were the Best I ever had! Yum! My Cornish he Kabob was so tender & flavorful! Our entire group were full & satisfied. I even ordered both the Lamb & Beef kabob dinners to take home. And of course more Hummus & cucumber dip. I feel the prices were reasonable & the service impeccable!

Service was very good, but the lamb was disappointing. Part was nice and juicy, part was dry and chewy. Overall, not a terrible experience, but the food could have been better.
