Great food and service! The prices are decent very neat and tidy! When i want Thai food i come here!
One of my favorite quintessentially L.A. moments happened at this restaurant the first time my wife and I ate here several years ago. The owner came to our table to chat with us and proudly proclaimed that his was "the best Chinese-Thai restaurant in the whole neighborhood." Despite not having been to any others, I agree! We always stop here to get pineapple fried rice and yellow curry when we are in the area, and sometimes go out of our way just to eat here. As of the date of this review, they are covid safe (carryout, masks, hand sanitizer at the counter).
Really good place to eat very friendly. Food is great never had a bad order personally. my daughters love when we get fom here. really recommend this spot .
I been coming to this restaurant for a while now, their flavor is unique and service is beyond great, I have used their catering service and my friends love the food too, good place to eat just be patient as sometimes the restaurant gets full so you can sit down
Food is great! Service is good too. Only thing is we were asked to were our masks indoors until we ate. It seems a little redundant. Other than that no complaints
Great food prepared and served by wonderful people. Sauces are outstanding. Panang is a 4.5, Beef Salad is a 5, best dressing ever, Cashew Chicken very fine, Garlic Beef is a treat. Pineapple fried rice is excellent with cashews smothered in plik nam plaa. Very good value for the money as well.
Went for dinner with friends and had several kids in our party. The service was great, and the staff are wonderful, friendly people who also happen to make delicious food! Highly recommended!
Super friendly, delicious food. We got the pineapple fried rice and yellow curry. We also loved the Thai tea and appreciate it had an EZ ice option. Will definitely return.
I love Cha-Cha. I've been Nick and JJ's customer for 30 years. I love their food.. my kids love their food and they love my kids.
Great place! Consistent with excellent food and service over many years.
Amazing authentic tai food with plenty of food at a great price. Great staff! Very comfortable eating environment. Wish I could give them 10 stars not just 5.
Love dining in. Service is quick and the food is great quality. Family style servings and consistent flavor every time I come.
Amazing Food and portions. Amazing staff! They are always super kind to me and I always get exactly what I order !
I love this place. The prices are very reasonable; the food is amazing and the service is courteous. I highly recommend.
This is my favorite restaurant, and hands down the best curry I've had in my life! The people there are wonderful! You have to try Cha Chaa!

My family and I love their customer service and food. Good thing we have them next-door to us.
great food. great customer service. have never had a bad experience here. highly recommend.
Sad this place used to be so delicious and had a family feel to it . But they recently sold it amd changed owners and the menu definitely sad to see this place go and i wont be coming back tried some of the food from new oqnwr and its just not the same . Next time ill go to LA to the cha cha out there.
A quality meal, I just wish that during the cold weather months that they would remain open for a lot longer. When it's cold outside, theirs a relentless wish to have soup, but come nightfall their closed. But I recommend the Sea Food Soup here, make a trip it's worth it.
This place is a fantastic family owned restaurant. The soups really are tasty and the service is fantastic. The smoothie also have Boba.

Delicious!!!! Best pad thai I’ve had in a looong time. We also had chop suey and pad see ew that were great too. We did pick up and the food was still great. Thank you!
The sweet lady at the counter told me everything on the menu was good after I asked. And once I ate my food I understood completely. I ordered some wonton soup. It’s the best I’ve had in LA 😋 but i definitely believe everything else on the menu is equally as fire. It was so yummy
Was my first time here I love it ❤️
I am a frequent at this restaurant. Their food is delicious and worth every penny. I love getting their seafood soup.
I absolutely love this place. I wanted to try a few different dishes before writing a review but after trying SEVERAL different dishes and loving each one I can definitely say this is one of my favorite local spots. Price is fair and portions are great. Tom yum soup is my absolute favorite but the chow mein noodles is amazing too. For an appetizer I love the pork jerky but basically I've really enjoyed everything on the menu so far. They are also very friendly here which is great and rare to see these days. I don't like to spend my money where I am not appreciated and I certainly feel appreciated and welcomed everything I come here. Must try!
Great Thai food from a local mom and pops restaurant. The dining room is very small and there is usually very little parking available during the day. I love the Panag Curry with fried tofu very spicy. The mango sticky rice is amazing when in season.
I have nothing bad to say about this wonderful restaurant. My family and I have ordered takeout multiple times from here and every time the food was delicious and packed with care (sometimes they would even leave us messages about things we said over the phone). When I recently ordered delivery from Chaa Chaa the food was delicious and warm and they had personally called me to make sure egg was ok in my meal because I am a vegetarian. This shows how far wonderful service and great food can take you, I will be ordering from here more often.
Her food is really good. Great service, very friendly atmosphere, probably oriented atmosphere. We love going to chachas
Service 10/10, the food was delicious, super clean, parking was easy to find.

Limited menu but enough variety. Small dining area very casual, better for take out. Limited parking at peak times. Friendly service. Chinese/Thai, not authentic Thai as compared to other Thai restaurants, but good flavors.
The flavor and food is on point but the Seafood soup is really small compared to dining in, so when this place opens up again for dine in you can catch me here eating everything
Typical mom & pop Asian restaurant. Dining area is small. Environment is so so. Very polite. Food is good.
The food is pretty okay the drinks are great

These guys are great. Great food and friendly staff. Don't order through an app though, the food is best right from the kitchen not 30 minutes later when your Uber eats driver drops it off.

Vegetable Chow mein delicious and fried banana 🍌. Combination fried rice not good they need to use better quality of rice. Beef salad was pretty decent 👌
I used to come here all the time years ago and the food was delicious . I was so excited to order from this place again but I’m not sure what happened tonight.. everything was so overcooked and dried out . My fiance even ordered it when he was there and not for pick up and it’s only a 5 minute drive home . The food didn’t taste fresh at all . We ordered the orange chicken with brown rice ( correction fried rice *!! ), sweet and sour pork , the cashew chicken, and chicken egg rolls. Even the wonton soup was so watered down . The total was around $70 which really sucks because I wouldn’t mind the price for some delicious food but now all i want to do is order a pizza. Not sure if it’s because we ordered it later at night around 8 pm and maybe they just gave us leftover food . Idk but hope the restaurant can fix the quality of food for people who are ordering in the evenings too . Won’t be trying this place again anytime soon . Edit because I don’t know how else to respond to the comment below other than editing this review - I meant fried rice not brown rice my apologies and you are located on glenoaks and Osborne in the same shopping center as the tattoo shop and guidos pizza . I understand you make the food when ordered so guess it was just overcooked and overly dry from the moment it was made but it literally tasted like food that sits out at a buffet for hours that when you come late and eat what’s been sitting there . So I understand that’s not the setup of how food is made there but that is the only way I can describe it. And this is feedback coming from 2 other people who ate the food not just myself . Hoping this review can come across as feedback for future evening orders .
This spot used to be great. During the past few months, the I’ve noticed a decline. Service as well as food. It’s ok in a pinch! Prices went up and smaller portions

Average Thai food. The Place is run by family. Fairly clean. Parking is limited and shared with other businesses.
Well the duct tape on the seat was a turn off. I ordered the combination fried rice and only got one shrimp. it looked like next day leftovers .When the waiter asked how was everything I explained the lack of shrimp. expecting more shrimp I was surprised to see more hot shrimp coming my way. They were tasty but looked better in the menu. You guys can do better. Presentation is just as important as taste.

Not nearly as good as I was hoping! My soup did not taste very flavorful at all and my friend's fried shrimp came with exactly 0 shrimp, it was just a few completely empty egg rolls. His crab fried rice somehow also left out the crab. Good tarot smoothie though.
Food is really really good. But price is too high for the food portion. 3 dishes and 2 drinks cost us about 70dlls. Including the 15% tip. I think they should reconsider prices. Too much. I miss when they were at Sherman Way. It was more familiar and staff more considered with customers. I understand prices went up everywhere, but I think it’s too much anyway.
Let me tell you why 2 stars. 1. Food is GREAT, fresh, crunchy and tender. 2. Place is small with nothing great, simple 3. I did not see a restroom 4. Decent time to cook your order…. 5. NO courtesy water, they sell you the bottle water…. For a price place I think I never seen a place where they don’t offer you water specially a Asian restaurant where is a MUST Why then 2 stars? It bothers me the SERVICE fee, a food for 4, charged me a $20 service fee… my family meal was $110 plus tax and their service fee becomes $151…. I was like wowwww…. They charged me to come and eat? Usually a 5 star restaurant charge you a service fee but this place is faaaaaaaar from being a 2 stars (food is great) so… a service fee is stupid… you are literally paying their asking prices which are NOT cheap, a chow mein is $13, swapping anything from chicken will be $2 more, expect $15-$20 per plate… Once again, the food is WORTH IT, the service fee is ridiculous.

For my first time coming here, never coming back again, did not feel welcomed as soon as I walked into the restaurant. I got up from the table told the waitress im not eating here thank you ! I hope the guy waitress reads this, just so you know not all kids are fully vaccinated for covid yet, don’t assume kids are old just because there tall, you can ask for there age. I get that a lot and it’s really annoying, also you can be a little bit more greet full to customers, maybe people won’t get up and walk away.
Charged for dine in fee without even being told. No sign posted anywhere about this fee. A $50.00 lunch became a $100.00 lunch. Food was ok. Be aware if you choose to dine in you will be charged a dine in fee.
Hmm unsanitary… asked for drinking water. They don’t offer it. No bathroom. This place is against code. Id be worried about their meat. Just saying.
Super overpriced food. Expected a lot more to be honest. Not much flavor to it and the worst part was the “kung pao chicken”. Was dry and tasted like Mexican fajitas. Not good.
Not what I expected, tom yum worse taste like sink water
Noooooo worst place to buy food they even charge service fee supper expensive
