This is the ultimate Dunks experience. The joy of getting a coffee from Dunks lies in the roll of the dice as to whether it will be good or not; sometimes it will be the best thing you’ve ever tasted, sometimes it will be dog water. And every single time I get a coffee from this place, it’s a nat 20 on the dunks dice. My cold brew with oat milk and caramel deserves a place next to ambrosia on Mount Olympus. It beats out getting a jackpot on the slot machine. Rounding out the experience is the drive through. There isn’t enough room in the bend for two cars to pass side-by-side, so when you enter the parking lot from Glenoaks, you have to essentially wait in the drive through line just to get past. I’ve seen multiple customers rage in their car at having to wait 5 minutes in a line they didn’t want to enter, and not being able to do a single thing about it. It’s the cherry on top for the quintessentially unpredictable Dunks excursion. This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. The coffee is bomb every time, and (more importantly) it perfectly encapsulates the temperamental nature of the chain. I wouldn’t trade it for any kind of consistency, ever.

I had to personally leave a review because the staff at this location are so nice! They’re all welcoming and friendly. I made a mistake with my coffee order for oat milk because I have dietary issues without a milk change and I went back in line to ask for a new drink which I was willing to pay for but the crew would not let me and said they had it handled. I appreciated it no matter how many times I asked to pay for it, they said they got it handled. They are very nice and easygoing. I’ll definitely come to this location more than once ☺️

I had an amazing experience at Dunkin' Donuts thanks to Adan! He was incredibly friendly, energetic, and provided top-notch customer service. It's clear that he genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for every customer. His enthusiasm really made my visit enjoyable, and I left with a smile. I'll definitely be back soon, and I highly recommend this location because of the fantastic service Adan provides!

The establishment smelled really bad upon entering. It was a lingering foul odor, almost like a public restroom that had just been used. The Parking is really inconvenient as well, you can only reverse yourself out or wait for the person in front you in the drive through to finish with everything. Other than that the doughnuts were pretty reliable and the staff was friendly also :)

Happy to have a Dunkin’ close by but they are always out of something. I understand food cost but maybe change the number on the inventory. It’s happened almost every other time I’ve been there.

Went to the store around 9am the store is very busy a lot of people, Doordash and Uber. The store is ok i highly recommend avoiding breakfast hours to avoid long wait time.

After coming here for the past year with my quarters buying $6 chocolate mocha shakes …. Today I come in and buy a $2.25 donut and ask for ice in my cup and they charge me .87!!!!!! Detest donut ever. I’ll stick to the overpriced shakes. Probably won’t come back. Service is awful anyway

There was a spill of doughnuts no one bothered to clean up (gross.) Full trash bins in plain view, one of which was right next to trays of doughnuts (no health violation there.) I got an iced coffee, which was burnt (yum.) The doughnut would've been great if it didn't taste slightly of sausage... like they used a dirty tray for baking. The doughnuts were positioned above outdated labels so you had to ask what things were, slowing it down in an already cramped space. I wish them luck. They'll survive but only cause it's a chain. I'll give it a month before I return, hopefully they'll be cleaning properly by then. I'd give it one star but the workers were really nice and maybe never had anyone explain to them the importance of cleanliness in the food business. Which shouldn't need to be explained but I'm trying to give them some leeway cause that place was a train wreck and I want it to do well. I hate Krispy Kreme and need a Winchell's replacement for like 10 years now.

This location had a couple of issues. 1, there was a kid in there with no mask on and no one batted an eye. Very unsafe and annoying that businesses are still not enforcing a mask mandate after 600k+ people have died. 2, apparently they changed the minimum number of munchkins you can order. The minimum at all has gotta be the dumbest thing I’ve heard from them, but now you have to get at least 10. That’s equivalent to almost 3 donuts!! If I want one of each, when I’m purchasing other items with it why does it matter? Minimum purchase amounts for credit cards I get but why can’t you just sell me a 4 munchkins when I’m buying multiple other items?? Pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin muffin were fine

It's always a gamble whether they get your order right of not to the point that it's almost comical. Lines are often long and orders are often botched. Prices are also getting out of hand for being microwaved food. Also, they never remember to add whip. Ever.

I ordered thru doordash half a dozen of donuts and a dozen of donuts with munchkins. So the one dozen and munchkin they did it right but my half a dozen of donut that I personally choose of what kind donuts we want but idk what happened but they messed it up. So i ordered glazed chocolate, boston cream, double chocolate, 2 powdered and vanilla cream. As you can see on the picture instead of giving me what I ordered they replaced it with something else. I didn’t get my powdered donut they replaced it with regular glazed donut which it looks like its been there for a couple of days because I don’t see the glazed anymore it’s like it melted already, glazed chocolate instead they give me chocolate frosted, vanilla cream instead they gave me jelly. I’m sorry but I’m just disappointed because whatever I ordered is what i really want and this is what i paid for? If i wanted to order those donuts that you replaced with whatever I ordered I would’ve order them but I didn’t. Hopefully u get this right.

Service at this location is literally ALWAYS awful. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt 5-6 times now but the slow service, rude employees is just insane. I don’t know if it’s management or what but this location is bad for even a Dunkin’ Donuts…

This location has broken many laws and is in direct violation of California refund laws. They sold items that were out of stock and when a refund was requested. They require app download and account creation for refunds of in person, on location purchases with debit. This is against CA law which states customers have opt-in rights for any personal data collection (ie making a Dunkin account). Holding refunds for non app purchases behind forced opt-in of apps is extortion of owed funds from breach of contract. The employees and manger on-site all state this is the policy of Dunkin. If true this would mean Dunkin actively trains and demands there employees break CA law, as well as violation of consumer rights act. This is an extreme abuse of consumers/patreons and should be pursued by local legal counsel. This is a notice to the franchise owner that you have been made aware of your illegal practices and come any legal action this will be evidence against your willingness to operate within the laws of CA.

Then when the drink came out, it had whipped cream, and he says whipped cream doesn't have dairy because "it's made with skim milk" 🤦. Managers standing right there and doesn't say anything, while the employee says it's no big deal because "it tastes the same". Does the owner of this Dunkin not teach safety or have any training regarding the ingredients of their products???

These people didn't even read my order. Everything was wrong. How do you give me coffee when I order a chai? If you can't do take directions you might as well be replaced by robots.

Rude and unprofessional staff. I went there 4.10PM on Tuesday 11th February. I ordered and returned the drink because I cut coffee out and it tasted bad. I ask them what drink should I get because I don’t want it too blend. The lgbtq staff say that he does not know too. He just doesn’t wanna help the customer. You can just explain which drinks should I get if I don’t like coffee. After I came back into the store again, they were talking about me unprofessional. He did not tell me that if I cut out the coffee, the drink is gonna be that blend. It’s okay to not wanna provide or explain but The thing is he was RUDE. That’s it. I have to come back again to get a refund, then I asked for receipt to get refund tomorrow. He again talk to me rudely and loudddddd. Shame. Idk. I always tell customer if they change something in the drink and it is gonna taste bad. But here they never do that, POOR SERVICE.
