Avis sur Saraya Thai Burbank
Saraya Thai Cuisine in Burbank is a hidden gem! The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to patiently explain every dish on the menu, which made the experience even better. I ordered the panang curry with chicken, it had a super creamy texture and was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced. The interior is also beautifully done, with lovely wall decor that gives the place a warm, inviting vibe. I’ll definitely be back to try more dishes.
The food was amazing! The staff was super friendly and nice. We ordered a Crying Tiger as well as a spicy Tom Yum Soup and Mango Sticky Rice. Everything came super fast. The restaurant is small but nice. There’s parking so that was great. Will definitely return!
Lunch today was “Thai”rrific… I had the chicken pad Thai, he tried the chicken Mongolian! Every was fresh and flavorful.. definitely some authentic Thai food! Lunch portion was a perfect amount and the roll was great 🙂 Now
Great Thai food in a hole in the wall atmosphere. Enormous portions, friendly service and fair prices. I would definitely recommend this Pad Thai joint and come back for dine in or take out. The Chicken Pad Thai hit the spot.
This place is soooo delish. I got the tom Kha coconut milk soup and it was the best i’ve had in a while. Their papaya salad was so fresh & their crying tiger was great & spicy. Their spice levels are true to thai culture so be mindful if you’re ordering anything above mild, it will be very spicy 🌶️ will def be coming here more often!!
First time coming here, super clean, friendly staff, and fast service. My sister gobbled the gyoza, very crispy!
Will definitely need to return and try their other dishes!!! This little gem sits in the corner of a fairly small shopping center. I tried their chicken pad Thai, and baby, when I tell you that their spice had my nose running. I choose 4 out of 5 spice level and I should have gone with 3 lol. I'm happy that when they Say spicy, they mean it. I've been to many places that claim spicy, but this one is legit. I went during the lunch special hour, which I believe runs from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The lunch special includes your choice of soup or salad, I chose the soup which was a fried egg soup, It was very delicious. My main course was the chicken pad Thai, and it was very tasty. You could actually taste and see the color of the sauce they use, the noodles were a dark brown. The chicken itself was tender, but, I believe they use chicken breast which runs a little on the dry side, but the amount of sauce they use makes up for it. I also ordered the Thai milk team, and it was divine. The portions were great, no complaints, this is definitely a deal. I will be returning to try other dishes. The staff were very friendly, and right away you notice that they are making an effort to be friendly with their clients. The waiter asked if this was my first time, which lets me know that they make an effort to remember their customers. Both waiters were very attentive, and even though they were somewhat busy, they ensured to follow up with me. I was so full after my meal, I did not have any room for dessert. But, hopefully next time! Parking isn't the most difficult, but it is limited in their parking lot. Luckily, there is residential parking adjacent to the restaurant. Just keep an eye out on the parking restrictions, you don't want a ticket. The restroom was very clean when I used it, and they had a scented candle that was lit. The restaurant itself was pretty small, and seating was a little bit tight, but you would comfortably be able to sit a table of four. But, that's also coming from someone who's fairly thin. Unfortunately, there is no outdoor seating. But, that's not a big deal. I highly recommend trying this place out, just keep in mind that their spicy is actually spicy lol. Also, their muscled up fortune kitty is hilarious, love it!. 💜
Doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s one of the our favorite Thai spots in the whole Valley! Chicken holy basil is wonderful, green curry is very good, and must try the Thai iced tea. Prices are reasonable and the portions are good. Service is very friendly and everyone was chatting in Thai which is a great sign!!
I really enjoyed this meal. The yum woon Sen was excellent. The perfect balance of sour, sweet and spiciness, albeit a little too spicy considering i had asked for it to be mild. The tofu rad na was very good too with a very subtle sweetness to the noodles which also had a good char to them
Amazing Thai food in a simple setting. Delicious Thai tea 🍵 too! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone hungry and / or who wants a taste of Thailand.

This place is so good. We got the cream cheese wontons, kung pao chicken and shrimp yellow curry. If you don’t like spicy make sure to tell them.

Saraya Thai has been my go to for over 3 years now and I can tell you it never disappoints. The staff are amazingly friendly and the food is amazing. Not to mention the cool vibe. It is hands down my favorite place to eat.
yummy food, large portions, good price. the only thing conceivably wrong with this place is the size, they deserve to have a bigger dining area. you can park at the pet center across the street if the shopping center is crowded
This place is SO good! The food is fresh and delicious! Hannah was my Server and she was so sweet, attentive, and greeted everyone upon entering! I’ll be back for sure!
Delicious Thai food! I went with some friends for lunch last week and was blown away by the food quality and flavor! We told the waitress we liked 'spicy' so she put our order in marked as 'Thai Spicy' - as I explained a few other Thai places I go never really make it as hot as I like. So she hooked us up with the right amount of heat! The Tom Ka soup was so flavorful and the spice was intense and perfect - not too overpowering. Coconut milk, ginger, and lemongrass flavors married perfectly. My chicken Pad Thai was also amazing. As were my friends’ curry dishes. It is small inside and popular and packed - so you may have to wait for a table during a rush. I wouldn't go there for the ambiance... only the food. Next time, I'll just call ahead for take-out. And I hope my next time is soon!

Had the lunch special basil chicken. It was outstanding and with the lunch special you get salad or soup and an egg roll! Excellent deal nowadays. And very fast service too!
San Fernando Valley certainly has its fair share of Thai restaurants, and Saraya Thai is our latest adventure in our search for delicious Thai cuisine! Saraya is nice little spot right off Olive and has a bright, airy interior with nice wood accents everywhere. The staff are fairly friendly, although not as swift as I'd like it to be at times. For our early dinner, we had Curry Gyōza (with green curry), Pad Sew Eew with Tofu, Pad Thai with Chicken, Tom Yun Fried Rice (a new one for me!), and of course, my favorite dessert, Mango Sticky Fried Rice. To start off, the Curry gyōza is a welcome start, putting a savory twist to the popular appetizer that's not quite Thai, but delicious nonetheless. Of the two noodles, the Pad Thai is more successful with its sweet slightly nutty flavor grabbing your taste buds with every bite while the Pad Sew Eew is more polite more reserve in its flavor. It's still good, but it is more ordinary. The Tom Yun Fried Rice is, however interesting. I've had Tom Yun Kun soup, and although its sourness is not really my thing (give me Tom Kah Kah any day!), this fried rice version is unique. I'm not sure if I'm love it, but it is interesting. The fried rice just adds a different dimension to it, in addition to the now drier vegetables sprinkled on it. I may just stick to my Pineapple Fried Rice, however. Finally, the Mango Sticky Rice is also different, but not different. Unlike the purple rice versions that I had that clearly used a different grain of rice (which has a slightly nuttier flavor), this dessert seems to consist of regular Jasmine rice with perhaps food coloring? Reminds me of that blue milk from Star Wars. The Mango Sticky Rice is still good, but the extra pale blue color doesn't do much to enhance the experience. Overall, a pretty good Thai restaurant.
Nice restaurant with great spicing and interesting takes on Thai classics. Enjoyed the curry dumplings, great flavour. The beef salad was perfectly spiced, with just enough tang and heat. Pad see ew with chicken had amazing flavour and good wok fired flavour. The interior is sparse and does drag the restaurant down some. The parking lot is small and the spaces are tight. Definitely a recommended choice for Thai food in Burbank.
Saraya Thai is our go-to Thai place around Burbank. Several locals regard it as their favorite in the area, and for good reason. They serve up very flavorful dishes that can impress the most discerning palates: our kids! Our favorite appetizers are their chicken satay and their golden mini wings (very tasty). The spicy beef salad has that great combination of spicy, salty and sour; and the kids always enjoy their chow mein and Thai fried rice with chicken. Our old mainstay was the Panang curry, but my current favorite has to be the ground chicken basil, with its sweet and salty sauce embracing the white rice, ground chicken and basil, topped off with a fried egg! Always a good place for lunch or take-out. The location is pretty small, and parking is limited at their strip mall, but there's street parking, and the lot right across at your disposal. Service is fast and friendly, and prices are just right. Definitely give this place a shot...you might find yourself coming back for more!

i ordered the fried dumplings and did not expect them to look like that lol, but they were okay. the decor is a bit bare and it took a while for food to come out (just the appetizer), even with only one other table there.
It’s expensive for the amount and was too much dressing for salad beef was chewy ! I got beef salad for the first time here! Although I asked for medium hot, it was too spicy. I won’t go back.

Super disappointed. Pad see ew is one one my favorite dishes. This was unusual. No carrots or eggs, only noodles, chicken and broccoli. The broccoli seems fresh and steamed nicely. The chicken was definitely not freshly cooked. Overall the meal was edible but not good. Ended up picking out broccoli and chicken and giving to my dog for dinner.
