A perfect afternoon lunch, with so many options! Thank you Sergio for such a positive experience and expertly-made salad!

Organic & locally sourced (as much as possible, about 90% I think) very healthy meals. I’ve honestly never felt cleaner, healthier, or happier after eating. And it tastes amazing for how healthy it is. This is real food done right. Simple. Friendlier than most employees at similar type of restaurants. A bit expensive, but it’s worth it for what you get.

I have celiac disease, and I wanted to share some amazing feedback about the manager working today. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe with what I was ordering. This was truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I had a great experience here and Angel was extremely pleasant and helpful. I have food allergies and sometimes have a hard time finding a place to eat and/or finding a knowledgeable employees. This was not the case with Angel at sweet green. She knew all the ingredients, how things were cooked, etc. and made me feel 100% confident in working around my allergies. Also, the food tasted fresh and perfectly up my alley. I definitely recommend this place and will return time and time again if my experience continues to be as great as it was with Angel.

It’s the little things that count. Sustainable details, compostable food containers and utensils, clean tables and WiFi to get a bit of work done. Thanks

Great spot for a custom healthy salad. Been to SweetGreens several times and always leave happy and full. The size of the bowl is deceiving. I always think it’s not going to be enough food, but I leave stuffed. I do the build your own with a romaine and rice base. Broccoli, sweet potatoes, cucumber, onion, and blackened chicken. They have a bunch of dressings, but the salad has so much flavor, you don’t need a dressing. If anything get the dressing on the side.

I got the Crispy Rice Bowl with Spicy Cashew Dressing. This is the best salad I ever had. This will be my new lunch spot. I will probably eat here every day because they have such a good variety of solids and because I tried this one it was And it was so good. I want to try everything on the menu now

Sweetgreens is my go to spot in Silverlake whenever I’m visiting family in the LA area. Happy to find the Toluca lake location while visiting family in Noho. This location had a different chickpea recipe and it was amazing👌🏽

Super greens salad was fresh and very tasty. I love salad, so freshness is very important. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars, is because even normal garnishes like cilantro, Sunflower seeds etc, things you find at most restaurants are an upcharge if not listed in the ingredients of your Salad. While 50cents each, is not exorbitant, it adds up quickly. A 9.95 salad, becomes over 12 with just to additional ingredients like cilantro. They do offer a free slice of bread with the salad, but no other trade out options if you don't or can't do bread. It would be nice if they offered an alternative. That aside the food was very good.

Updating my review -- Although it's incredibly frustrating customer service does not include humans who can talk to you on the phone and the TEXT option takes an eternity to respond (they literally made my entire meal before I finally reached someone), the customer service was GREAT once they were finally able to action it. Please get ppl who can assist your customers over the phone or make sure they're faster with getting to the text function. Investment either needs to be in the ppl or the functionality of the robots, but investment in this part of customer service should happen.

The salmon miso bowl Was good and gresh, tasty, only I couldn't eat up after finding a random weird thread in my bowl. Also a fish bone in the salmon, my all time least favorite experience is finding a weird thing in my food or drink and when salmon has a fish bone, totally unacceptable.

Ordered ahead of time and arrived 15 min after the estimated pick up time and food was still not ready. They asked the name the order was under and told me they were still in the process of making it. Thebthe two just stood there talking while in the middle of making the order. Food is great but the time is always off and takes 3 times longer. I could have gone to the market bought all the food gone home and made it myself and eaten before my order was ready. I would understand if it was busy but there were 2 people eating at the tables and just me standing there waiting for my order.

I ordered a salad to go on uber eats and the amount of dressing I got with my salad was laughable. They included literally a tbs for the whole freaking salad. If your going to put dressing on the side in a tiny container at least fill the thing up.

Food is good. Portions are large--2 can share a bowl or salad. Went at lunchtime, 1145 am, only one person working counter/register. Seems much more dedicated to online orders. One person in front of me, had to wait 15 mins. The pounding music is annoying--it is even louder outside. It would be nice to have a place to sit quietly and chat, read, or have thoughts to oneself. Best for ordering takeout online,

Needs better management. This location disappoints every time 😩. I have to go to the West Hollywood one for warm roasted potatoes and well-cooked rice. Why charge extra for an item if it’s not cooked properly? Update: Ever since I gave a 1-star review 9 Mo ago Sweet Green has rectified the issue by issuing a refund so I changed it to 3 stars. However, on Yelp an employee(or previous worker or friend of the establishment Deanna) has been stalking me and sending me racist messages. How strange.

I’ve been to both sweetgreen locations & this one is not great. They give such small portions. I’ve never had this problem at the Studio City location. Next time I’ll skip this one and go there instead.

Ordered for pickup two fish taco bowls.. because the picture looked fabulous. In reality the salmon was so small and dry it bore no resemblance to the photo. Very disappointed.

Love sweetgreen, but after going to this location 3 times (two for dine in, one for takeout), it’s clear that management is absolutely failing at this location. One day, at 3pm, it took me 20 minutes to get through the line. Today, my pickup order was 10 minutes late and another takeout customer had been waiting for 20 minutes past his order time. Save yourself the headache and go to the nearby studio city location where there are more employees (who seem under less stress.) Tip to the management: hire more employees. You’ve been understaffed every time I’ve been here and it’s not right to your employees especially.

Went there for first time. Was helped rather quickly. After that the person helping me talked to the person in front of me and more so with the person behind me. They were saying they were ‘naughty’ for Christmas and had a great time. When I received my order, it was given to me without uninstall or napkins. I found this out after getting to where I was going. All the while they were still talking to the person behind me and never acknowledged me when they pushed my salad over the counter to me without looking in my direction. I’m sorry I left a tip. My tip for people reading this is don’t go here.

I literally NEVER write reviews but I’ve been to this location multiple times and have had bad experiences every time. I get sweetgreen many times every week and this is the WORST one I’ve ever been to. They are so slow. Took 15 min to get my salad made today and I had only one person in front of me. I can’t imagine this place if it was busy! And every time I’ve been here they are slow. Almost every worker here is rude, some I swear don’t even speak lol. It’s sad because I love the look of this one it’s so clean and nice but I avoid coming to this location as much as possible. And it looks like I’m not the only one who has thought this about this location. I’ve also experienced the wild rice a couple of times not fully being cooked and I bit into multiple hard uncooked rice pieces. Felt like I was about to chip my tooth…

We’ve been to this location many times but it seems to be going downhill. The service was very slow and unknowledgeable last time but this time my husband’s salmon plate was completely unacceptable. The piece of salmon was no joke 1” X 2” with about half a cup of quinoa and a few sweet potatoes, they completely left out the greens… for $15!! You can get a whole pound of salmon for that much at the grocery store. This was probably 1 oz. Unfortunately it was an order for pickup and we didn’t see until he got home. Plus the salmon he did get was way over cooked and inedible.

Just ordered the Buffalo Chicken Salad. Last time I thought it looked poorly made, but figured it was a busy or off day. This time, it's even worse. First off, I'd like to point out that this salad after tax and small delivery fee costs just over $20. Don't mind paying it, but wait until you hear what I got for that price: - Blackened chicken, 1.2oz of chicken (yes, I weighed it. For scale, it's about the weight of 5 cherub tomatoes.) - pickled carrots + celery, 1 carrot slice and 5 celery slices (didn't notice them while eating because they were hardly there) - cilantro, just a pile of un-chopped cilantro! Like a little cilantro salad within the salad - tomatoes, plenty - blue cheese, fine - za’atar breadcrumbs, plenty - shredded kale, fine - chopped romaine, fine Maybe they're under paying the employees, maybe more training is needed, but they're definitely not striving for quality. Regardless, I really hope they straighten up because I was stoked when they came to the neighborhood. Check your orders before you walk out the door, you just might find less than one chicken finger's worth of chicken in your $16 salad!

Very disappointed by this SweetGreen location in the valley. It looks new, but the staff and store are in complete disarray. The line to order moves decently quick, but there are times when no employees are at the counter and they are all scrambling in the back to get prep items. This is a complete lack of planning and should be prioritized for a location as busy as this one. I noticed that every single pickup order was behind (more on this later) and there were many frustrated people/drivers at the front. Also, the pickup shelf was completely empty, which is a shock for a place that definitely gets many of those orders. With all the workers scattered, none of them could attend to the lobby and there was way too much trashed piled in the waste area and trash all over the floor in the (rather tight) dining area. It was honestly pretty gross and just shows how mismanaged the employees are. I didn't like that at all. Sweetgreen sure charges premium prices, and I would expect better upkeep than this for SURE. Lastly, my friend wanted to order on the app because he had a credit, and I thought this wouldn't be a problem. He ordered at the same time I was at the counter and his food took over 25 minutes later to be prepared for pickup, and not without him asking for his order a few times. This felt really disorganized and there were plenty of frustrated people from earlier that had to wait a long time for their food. This was all around 5PM, which is well before they close. I don't go to SweetGreen often because of the increasingly higher prices and increasingly smaller portions, but when I do, I expect to receive better service than what I got. I hope management sees this string of negative reviews and does something to change things up. The locations in the Bay are run incredibly well, and they could learn something from the quality of service they offer. Pictured: trash and stains all over the floor, empty bowls piled 4 high over the trash, empty pickup zone

The other locations do amazing, I’m guessing management is telling the employees to skimp on orders. I don’t believe it’s the employees fault. They probably get in trouble for filling the bowl. Other locations fill the bowl.

I ordered a bowl from Sweetgreen today and was told after paying that they had no forks available. When I asked how I was supposed to eat my food, the staff simply said they were “out of forks” and offered no solution. No alternative utensils, no effort to help, nothing. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food without providing basic utensils. This was really disappointing and shows poor management and customer service. I couldn’t even eat the meal I paid for.

ordered take out and it wasn’t ready until an hour after my pick up time. i was there with 30+ other people, delivery drivers, office assistants picking up orders. little to no communication about the delays. for the first 45 minutes they weren’t even putting the orders that were ready on their shelves for people to grab, just saying names under their masks with music blasting and keeping the bags behind the counter. we also had to watch people walk in and order at the counter and walk out a minute later. no delay for walk ins but if you ordered ahead an hour wait!

I’m not surprised there are so many 1 star reviews. The employees don’t know what they are doing. My friend and I both got the same order yet I got the blackened chicken and she didn’t. When we told the girl who was making it, she simply continued to make her bowl with the wrong type of chicken. She also didn’t include two of the standard items on the list. It was just super weird, and she clearly didn’t know what she was making nor did she care. Then when I tried to give feedback to someone that seemed to know more, maybe the manager, she quickly said, “Okay, your total is blah blah blah.” It was rude, dismissive, weird, and just didn’t make sense, at all. They absolutely did not care about the service one bit. I will be sure to never go to that location ever again.

How can you forget to put the dressing in the salad. It’s literally not that hard. Who ever was on staff 02/22/25 at 2:00pm and made the garden cobb this job just isnt for you. $50 for 2 salads and you can’t put in the dressing. How pathetic.

The first time I ordered from Sweetgreen, it was great, but over the last year the food has really gone down hill. My order tonight was the worst yet. The meat was fine, but the wild rice was burnt and inedible. The veggies were just kinda depressing. And to top it all off, they failed to include the chips I ordered.

My recent visit to Sweet Greens in the Willis Tower left me with mixed feelings. While I've enjoyed their salads in the past, my most recent experience was far from satisfactory. It seems that the staff's commitment to their job takes a nosedive after 3 pm, leading to an unfortunate encounter that left me disappointed. First and foremost, the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff during my visit was concerning. When I ordered a simple guacamole green salad, I expected a reasonable level of customer service. However, the employee tasked with cutting avocados seemed visibly upset and even used profanity while preparing my order. This behavior was both unprofessional and unacceptable in any dining establishment, let alone one located in the iconic Willis Tower. What bothered me even more was the overall attitude of the staff during this late afternoon visit. It felt as though Sweet Greens had transformed into a playground after 3 pm, with employees seemingly more focused on socializing and playing around than on serving customers. This lack of dedication to their job responsibilities is inexcusable, especially when they don't close until 5 pm. In an environment like the Willis Tower, customers have certain expectations regarding service and professionalism. Sweet Greens should prioritize hiring individuals who take their roles seriously and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. It's disappointing to see such a reputable chain neglect these essential qualities. I hope that Sweet Greens in the Willis Tower takes steps to address these issues, as I would like to continue enjoying their salads without the added frustration of unprofessional staff. Until improvements are made, I may need to think twice about returning to this location after 3 pm.

As usual, my issues are not at all with the employees or the food. Instead, it’s with the management and the company. 1. Why did you get rid of the super Green goddess? It was the best. They’re still able to make it for me, but it takes a lot more work 2. Why did you introduce tipping? It’s not my job to pay your employees. I buy the products and then that’s on you. 3. This only ever has one person on the line when I come in. You should staff at least two especially at lunchtime.

Daniel Guzman

I ordered on Uber and someone else took my food and the store did not want to remake the food and give it to my driver. I just want my damn food… now I have been waiting over an hour and have to reorder. Wow! Cool sweet greens. Should have just remade my food and gave to the existing driver.

Yikes. Ordered for delivery and was really disappointed on what I got. Salad looked nothing like they displayed it to be. The sweet potatoes especially were not even roasted /cut in blocks? But thinly sliced and not even cooked. I thought the sherman oaks one wasn’t that great, this is by far worse. Haven’t dined in, so can’t speak for that.

My wife and I order from them once a week, normally get the same thing. Sometimes the portions are normal, sometimes it's half of the normal portion. Tonight...the salad was so small it was laughable.... We always ask for extra dressing, and it's never added to the order. We are looking for a new salad place.....not worth the frustration

No! Overpriced excuse for a plate of rice they call a "_______ Plate." If you are thinking about coming here, you deserve better! Go somewhere else! Don't fall for their marketing ploys, and they're overpriced food. $45 for Two Plates of food that didn't have more than 3 oz of meat on them combined. No way in hell am I ever coming back here. I came in here thinking it was going to be like tender greens, or like a over glorified salad bar would have been acceptable. Instead, what I got was a tiny (and I mean TINY), 2 tablespoons of rice, 2 tablespoons of red pickled onion, plate of rice and cabbage, with two smaller than Pinkie sized pieces of salmon. It was like being at a community cultural event, and they were running out of food. You know what I mean? To Management: You call that a "salmon plate?" You should be ashamed of yourself. There had to be maybe 1 oz of salmon on there if I was lucky. Usually when you think of "salmon plate," a person should get at least 6 to 8 oz of Salmon... and a Heaping Ladle Full of rice... half a cup to 1 cup of rice at the very least. And the fajita chicken plate was no different. Where's the chicken? I'm sorry, but a plate full of rice is a plateful of rice. It's not fajita chicken. Chicken should be the main ingredient. Hello? Show me an entire cut up chicken breast on the plate. That would have been nice. Rolling my eyes! I even asked the guy behind the counter if there was more coming, and he said that's all we're allowed to give you. This place's "plates" are more like table scraps you give a dog. I was thinking, okay, let me just taste it and see if the taste makes up for the lack of quantity. Nope! Both the brown and white rice were bland, had no salt. The sauce that went on the barbecue salmon was too salty. And the fajita chicken had more cumin than a taco stand's entire daily allotment. NO! Just plain no! Run away from this place. No way in hell am I ever coming back here.

So upset I ordered from here before looking at the reviews. I ordered through Uber eats so my salad came out to $20. Which is fine if there was actual salad in my bowl. The point of the big bowl is so that it’s a big salad/a meal. This is half what I paid for. The eggs was a whole uncut egg. The avocado wasn’t cut either. I’m so disappointed in this “salad” I want my money back

We ordered from this location this evening and our order was 43.00. My salad felt unusually heavy, and the salad looked a bit past its prime. The chicken I chewed on felt mushy, and I looked at it and it was pink. I walked over to the sink and poured out half a cup of liquid, it looked like someone added water to the salad. I opened up my son's kids meal and took a bite of his chicken and it was seriously undercooked. This is part of the issue, the other issue is when we called to try to fix this, get a refund or replacement, they outsourced their phones to AI. I was unable to communicate with a live person at the store, we are out $43.00 bucks and the AI prompt offered us a $10.00 credit to 'make this right'. I have to wait until tomorrow to deal with customer service. Meanwhile we need to figure out plan B for dinner. It is incredibly frustrating that this place is not only overpriced, but it's inconsistent and this is the final straw for our family.

WOW. This location was BAD! Very, very, VERY bad!!! Where should I start? I suppose with entering the restaurant, where things only went from bad to worse. First off, there was only a few people in line, and yet it took so long for them to take ANY of their orders. They would just ignore other people waiting after finally taking care of ONE person. Later, as I was eating, I overheard someone trying to pick up an order tell an employee that she felt bad for the ONE (1!!!) gentleman that had been waiting for several minutes and they still hadn't gone over to take his order. As for me, I ordered through the app for pick-up, but it (unsurprisingly) wasn't ready at the pick-up time. After asking about my order, they eventually started working on it a few minutes later while I stood there waiting. Then what did they do after they finished it? Not bring it over to me, but rather just set it down behind the counter. I then tried to find anyone that I could get the attention of to simply hand it to me. It's not like there weren't any staff - just that they all seemed to be desperately avoiding any customers that were trying to pick-up orders or place orders. And as I said before, it's not like it was a mad house in there! There were only a few other people inside at any given time, despite it being what should've been a primetime for visitors. Retrospectively, considering the quality of service and food here, that isn't all that surprising. Anyways, as I waited, I had plenty of time to look around the space, which was extremely messy and unkempt all over. There was literally a massive pile of dirty bowls, napkins, and cups all over the water station/utensil area, as the trash cans were stuffed to the brim. Not a single table was clean, and despite plenty of staff, no one was making any effort to clean anything. I'm usually not one to make a big deal about things such as this in a fast casual spot, but it was literally unacceptable how messy and poorly managed the entire space was. So, on to the actual food (once I FINALLY received it after trying to find someone that would hand it to me)! First impressions, I could immediately tell that it was ridiculously under portioned and didn't come close to reaching the fill line that the bowl has inside. Secondly, it didn't contain any of the bread that I had requested when I ordered it. Luckily, I had checked before leaving, so I asked for some bread. I wasn't pleased with the rest of the salad either, but decided not to make a fuss about it. Nevertheless, once eating the actual salad, it was...AWFUL. Nothing had been properly chopped or prepared. AT ALL. Entire chunks of cucumber and other toppings clearly had just been thrown in without any preparation. On top of that, what was supposed to be a "lime squeeze" was literally just a piece of lime thrown into the bowl and buried at the bottom of it, which I almost bit into! A few years ago, I worked at a Sweetgreen, and I KNOW that nothing about this preparation would have been considered acceptable. Whatsoever. My partner's salad was similarly under portioned and he was displeased with it as well, but I'll leave it to him to share his thoughts in a review. Now, I haven't been to Sweetgreen in about a year, and I don't know if all the locations are like this now or if this one is just a bad apple, but it has definitely left me with no desire to return to Sweetgreen. At the VERY LEAST, something is very wrong with the management at this location that the company should look into and change up. The way things are being run, in my opinion, is COMPLETELY unacceptable. I don't blame the employees, but the management of this restaurant for a situation that hits the deadly trio of: 1. Terrible Customer Service & Speed. 2. Terrible Food Quality & Preparation. 3. Unsanitary, Messy, & Unkempt Dining Spaces. I know for a FACT I will never return to this Sweetgreen location, and it has also put me off from returning to Sweetgreen as a WHOLE in the future.

This place has become terrible. My wife and I ordered two salads through the app. Mine was a fish taco salad. It’s supposed to be a “warm” bowl, but it was devoid of any of that, in fact it would have had more life in it had it been made by robots. There was a tiny piece of salmon, a half, un-chopped avocado, cold couscous, a sad piece of bread, and bottom-of the-bag chips. So, I decided to drive back over to ask them to remake it. The employees in the back looked over-worked, and not happy to be there. And I think that’s the problem. They were pretty backed up on orders, and the guy on the frontline said it would be another 15 minutes. I chose to get a refund instead. When the manager came out, she asked what was wrong and I told her it was all cold, etc., and I said she could take a look for herself. She rudely said she didn’t need to look, and then told me that I’d have to still pay for the other bowl, because they can’t do partial refunds. Then, the computer froze, and in her frustration, tried to give me back the same bowl I was returning! I calmly told her, “I’m good.” Then she rudely and loudly said, “You have a nice day!” as I walked out. Well, I was trying to have a nice day, until your company gave me a sub-par product, then tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong for, y’know, asking them to remake my order properly. Again, she is most likely underpaid and over-worked, but don’t take it out on the customers. You’ve just lost this one, permanently. *One good thing, I did get my entire amount refunded, but only because the computer went down. Either hire robots, or pay your people more.

This is unacceptable! We ordered a shroomami bowl online, picked it up and I was about to eat it until I saw the mushrooms were burnt black and crunchy, so was the tofu - hard as rock. This place used to be ok when it first opened. It is overpriced which is why I stopped going to this restaurant for a while, but it's hard to find healthy restaurants around. Unfortunately, I tried it again tonight for the first time in a few years. The food was worst than before. I don't think I'll be coming back. I've email customer service already since AI is the only chat you can contact, there are no phones numbers or anything for a live person or help. I'm not sure how you can run a business like that or even think to put something that was overcooked, burnt and crunchy on the plate.

The service is terrible there. No one is ever working the counter they’re always in the back and take forever. The food is cold and over cooked. The price point is high for what you get. Other sweet green locations are better.

We just got a GrubHub order and they put cheese in my salad and I am highly allergic to it. Like not even a stomach issue like my throat will break out in a rash and start to close up if I consume it. I checked my order and it did not have anything about cheese at all, and my boyfriend’s salad did not have some of the toppings that he had to pay extra for. So we’re pretty upset and feel like that. There’s some incompetence going on at this location that needs to be addressed. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ME BEING HOSPITALIZED ON MY BIRTHDAY. Not great. I absolutely would have sued over it. Hope they learn, very unprofessional & whack.

Every time I come to sweet green I am hopeful that maybe I’ll get more food “this time”. I’m always hungry after eating here and it’s probably because they skimp you on the food that you’re paying $20 for. There’s always like 4 pieces of steak and the smallest scoop size for the sides. You’re better off going to Cava or buying a steak or a whole bag of chicken from the store and cooking at home.

This location is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been too. I used to love eating here because the food is goo but we have tried to come here 4 times now and they are always out of staples like white rice and chicken. Whoever the manager is needs to get this place together!
