Super friendly staff and a great meal. They were handing out free cookies which were just amazing and a nice touch to our dine in experience. They were so good we bought some to take home as well. The side salad with fresh fruit was a nice surprise to the sandwiches we got. Some firemen were in line ahead of us and got their meal for free which was so nice of the business. Very community and family oriented establishment in a prime Burbank location. Will be a regular spot for me!

I have a terrific time at Urbane Café. The grand opening was complete success. Look at all the crew and staff at the event. Everyone was very nice, welcoming and told me all about the food. They have put together a well thought out menu that is fantastic. Homemade bread for all sandwiches. Wow, it was delicious. The chicken sandwich was juicy and the salad was fresh. They have 3 lemonades. Traditional, Mango and Watermelon. I can say that the watermelon lemonade was the best tasting lemonade that I have ever had. They have hot sauces available with all the condiments. The craft soda is a nice touch. They have my favorite: Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches on homemade bread. The Burbank Fire Dept was there to taste the food. I guarantee that they loved it. The have a great kid’s menu and the cookies!!! Well, look at my photos. Urbane Café has plenty of parking and the food is excellent. I will be back.

I have accidentally stumbled upon this awesome place. Let first say this, the staff is fantastic, very welcoming, friendly, outgoing, fun, and very knowledgeable about their menu. The place is clean, neat, and the ambiance is fantastic. The food is amazing. I had their new Sweet Chili Crunch Chicken Sandwich. It was delicious beyond words. I definitely recommend this place. Overall 10/10. Definitely coming back here.

My lunch today at Urbane Cafe was honestly the highlight of my week. The dining room has a friendly buzz to it, busy but not chaotic. Friendly staff for sure. Andrew, who was running food, seemed to have a sixth sense for who needed what; They dropped off my salad in record time even though I forgot my table number. The Crunchy Peanut Salad itself was a masterclass in balance: crisp greens, tangy dressing, a hint of heat, and a crunch from the toppings that made every bite interesting. Then came the cookie (which deserves its own paragraph tbh) it was warm, fragrant, and had that satisfying “pull apart” texture. Andrew even joked that I’d probably need a second one, and honestly, they weren’t wrong. If every restaurant had this kind of atmosphere and service, I’d never cook at home again.

My family and I absolutely love it here. My husband and I go EVERY Friday night for a “date night” dinner. I know it’s corny but it feels like family. ANDREW and the rest of the crew are so friendly and the food is super fresh and yummy. My favorite dish is the Santa Maria BBQ Chicken Salad and then I top it off with a freshly baked cookie if I’ve been good ;) Highly recommend visiting. (Burbank location)

If you go, tell Taryn, John, Pam, Leela, Bree, Erika, and the entire staff I said hello! (Apologies to Urbane pals I missed! Everyone is wonderful there!) Highly recommend!

Fresh and delicious sandwiches. I love the grilled cheese with portobello mushrooms and the tomato bisque soup. Taryn, manager, when we were there was attentive and professional. Thank you. Totally recommend the Urban Cafe on Verdugo in Burbank.

Ordering was good. Cashier was very nice. Took a bit longer than I would have thought for the food but not long enough to check on things. I loved my sandwich but my wife was unimpressed by the salmon salad.

I had a great experience at the Burbank Urbane Cafe thanks to Matthew! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from warmly greeting us when we walked in to checking in with a genuine smile throughout our visit. It’s rare to find someone who brings that kind of energy and care to their work, and it absolutely made our day. Was just what we needed after a sudden airline cancellation and chilly weather. Clean spot with big enough tables to work or bring a little game (like we did). Sweet employees. Great amount of parking in its own lot.

Same great and fresh food offerings, but the restaurant itself needed quite a bit of TLC, unfortunately. Maybe I caught things at a bad time?, but the cleanliness of the floors and tables needed attention pretty badly. Staffing seemed ample, so I was perplexed why so much was not up to par for what I usually see in Studio City. If anyone in management is interested in more details, I am happy to provide. I love the food offerings at Urbane Cafe. Big fan! The restaurant was really off today.
