I think the employees need a lesson in customer service. Always some snotty girls working evenings. Never gave a good experience with them. Tonight they were extremely slow and I ordered mobile. I was there about 20 minutes before the screen said my drinks were on there way. And 10mins after to actually have them delivered. Better to go in the mornings....

Horrible customer service, I pulled up 40 mins before close today and ordered kids meal and two combos, my sons kids mea don’t have his apple juice we paid for, sure ill let that one slide bc we have juice at home, but when I go to check mine and my wife’s order, we didn’t get the 9 sauce packets that we ordered and paid extra for, and I also requested no onions on my burger sure enough it came with onions when I went to check. I don’t know if it’s because we pulled up 40 mins before close but I still felt like that was a decent time to pull in. Just because it’s towards end of the shift doesn’t mean to half ass do your job, nor not give items/request people specifically order. DO BETTER BURK

Specifically asked for no ketchup no onions...(I'm allergic) yet they put that in my burger even after saying it 5x. What's sad is that it was the manager. Sad way to start my first day in this town. What's even worse is that it was the manager

Don't waste your time or money. They do not follow order instructions, even after repeating them back to you. We both became ill after eating there. Food was of poor quality.

Service was Great, but once again a oreo blast was literally vanilla ice cream with oreos on top, not mixed in. I could of made this at home. Please train someone to use the mixer. McDonald's oreo mc fluffy are better than this. Well now i know where not to get a shake. Stick to Braums or McDonald's.

How the hell y'all charge these prices for this .....I get a small cheese fry when I order a large.......your job isn't hard. I've worked there before definitely isn't difficult to put frys in a container

Ordered a oreo cheesecake shake they literally didn't mix it at all. They only put oreo on top no whip no cherry. Mind you there was no cars , it was not busy at all. Worst Sonic shake I ever got.

My wife picked us up some quick dinner that was not quick at all. It took over 20min to get our couple of burgers and drinks. When we get home we notice a burger that was missing the PATTY. How do you forget the PATTY!!!

The customer service is awful. I have always used the Sonic app and ordered ahead. Every other Sonic I do this at I get quick and excellent service. Not here. It one time took 30 mins for order to come out. Even when it’s just drinks and not many people there it takes soooo long. Now we just drive to Wichita when we want sonic.

First time visiting this Sonic, and It will be the last. Ordered a single drink via order ahead. Carhops were moving extremely slowly, and were obviously overwhelmed, even before 5 o'clock. I don't fault anyone for that, things can be overwhelming and hectic. What I can't stand is being told my single drink is on its way and then waiting 30 minutes for nothing. Sure glad I prepaid. It was not a Super Sonic day, and this is one location I won't be returning to again.

I normally go here and everything is fine and yes I know I’m only doing the 2 for 5$ so I don’t need to expect filet mignon or anything but seriously the thing is so short and so thin it ain’t even worth the 2.50 of its portion of the 5$ severely upset with this I wouldn’t have even spent the money had I know this was the bullsh!t that I was going to get. It’s shorter than a medium cup!!
