Good burgers but please fill up the fries.

Went through the drive thru tonight to get a simple bag of burgers, #1 -1/4lb combo and a #5 1/4lb bacon cheese combo only to get home to some issues with the order. Called in to have them tell us bring it back and we can remake it or refund you. Well I live about 30 minutes away and wasn't about to go back out after 9pm so here I am. Burger is side by side with the Jr cheese burger from the bag of burgers we got. The #5 was supposed to have no tomato and Braums sauce on the bottom and had a BBQ sauce that was simply scraped off the bottom bun (which my wife is allergic to). Needless to say we won't be back to this location.

I don't think we'll be visiting this location again in the future. We decided to go grab a couple of ice creams on a Saturday evening as a treat for surviving the last week of school. Usually, the line at drive thru is pretty long, so we decided to just go in and take our time. That was a BIG mistake. The line for ice cream was to the entrance. ok, no worries, but by the time we got to the ice cream counter, I was so grossed out. I should have turned around and walked out, but the kids really wanted their ice cream. Their station and counters were absolutely covered in food, filth, trash, and melting cartons of ice cream. Several of the spots in the freezer were empty, so they were dipping the ice cream from cartons left out on the counters instead of putting them in the freezers. Their approns, hands, and forearms were also covered in syrup and stuck on nuts, etc. I don't think I saw one grown adult running the show either. We asked for 3 yogurt twists and the girl said their machine was down, so we started with the kids scoops of ice cream. Then we saw several ordered of froyo going to the drive thru, so clearly she was mistaken. When we asked again, she got an attitude and said it was broken, so we just told her we saw it just now working. She got really annoyed and walked over to push the handle to show us it was broken, but it was fine. Then she wouldn't speak to us after that, just shoved the cones into our hands. We've been going here for years and have never had an experience this bad before. But it was worth mentioning and showing everyone the pictures. They clearly need some direction and organization for when it's busy bc someone is going to get sick from the dirtiness.

There was a piece of styrofoam in my shake. They threw uncooked cold fries mixed in with cooked fries, all were cold. There was a rock hard piece of something in my sundae. I asked for a junior cheese burger with only cheese and mayo.

They started doing better, I started going back more. I've noticed they are constantly hiring new people, so the odds of somebody you don't like being there is low. However, I was finally able to see the name tag of the problematic woman from a few months ago, Carrigan. She is one of the nastiest most fake people I've had the displeasure of being around. Every word out of her mouth is so passive aggressive sounding and she's always angry. She rolls her eyes at people the moment their back is turned like customers can't see it. And good luck getting a refund or a correct remake if they make your order wrong. The past three times they have messed up. It's always such a hassle. If I really want braums, I'll go to the Mansfield one. It's messier, but at least they get the food correct and don't talk crap about their employees to anybody who will listen.

This used to be the best drive thru in Burleson, but unfortunately not any more. The last few visits they have taken the order correctly on the receipt, but put something completely different in the bag. They didn’t get any part of the order correct. Not worth going here any more.

Went to the Burleson tx restaurant last night we went through the drive through asked for a double qt pounder extra onions. Two fries. Got the burger no onions and the meat was dry as a bone appeared it was cooked earlier wet disappointed again with meal why do keep going back

i’m currently sitting in the line at braum’s and as i was ordering ice cream all i could help but hear was employees in the background saying “oh my god” because i had a big order. very disappointed with braum’s today. have better customer service.:)

Came by today for some ice cream and we pull up to the drive through window to pay and we see the girl holding our cones, both cones in the same hand and then touching her shirt and arms and then puts them down using both hands where her BARE hands then slide up the cones over the part with no napkin…. When I asked for them to rescoop them while please wearing gloves, the girl who took our payment says “we don’t wear gloves to scoop”!!! EXCUSE ME!?!? I don’t know if this is a this location thing but food handling should ALWAYS require gloves! They sent someone else out with the next scoops wearing gloves.. was mildly afraid to eat it after that… here’s hoping I didn’t get spit in my ice cream…Food handling should again ALWAYS require gloves. Bummed and won’t be coming back.

Ordered a shake thick and ice cream cone. When I got to the window the girl gave me my ice cream cone and said nothing about my shake. I waited for almost another 3-4 minutes for my shake. Turns out my shake was already at the window waiting and it was no where near thick. The line was extremely long and backed up probably because it was just a group of girls by the window holding a conversation rather than tending to the line and handling orders correctly. One girl was just standing there playing with her teeth and under her nails with a straw so gross. Soon as I got my shake and seen it was melted I just pulled over poured it out. There definitely needs to be more management of the workers maybe the line wouldn’t be so backed up. I’m from the era of if you got time to lean then you got time to clean or be productive.

The little girl at the speaker has a whole attitude problem the girl with the braids at 9:30 AM, November 3 I asked for an unsweet tea. She gave me a sweet tea. I politely asked her ma’am may I please have an unsweet tea this is sweet. She grabbed it rolled her eyes and fixed it. I tried to apologize to her for the miscommunication and she just completely ignored me so rude!!!!

Update Sept 4. I thought I’d give them another try. But unfortunately, I did not get the burrito I ordered. I don’t know what’s happening with this location. They used to be really good at getting your order right. This is not the California Chipotle. I’m already at work and I don’t have the time to go back and have them make it right. This is not the first time. I come here a couple times a week for breakfast. I order the #5 California chipotle no onion and a small diet Dr Pepper, it also comes with hashbrowns. I get to the window and the girl said my total was $4.46. When I asked her if it was the meal. She said let me fix it. Normally I pay $5.51. Today she charged me $6.16. When I asked her what the price difference is about, she said the price fluctuate all the time. Another girl goes to hand me my food through the drive-through window and they are handing me a large drink. I tell her I wanted a small. That’s what comes with the breakfast meal. First girl says I’m sorry I’ll give you a refund. No refund and I get handed a small drink. I tell them y’all just lost a customer.

This place used to be good but the recent change in staff has brought to to a disappointing downfall. Basic culinary practices/food safety is completely disregarded. The pictures I provide will explain. The service is okay but it doesn’t matter if the food isn’t edible . They also don’t issue refunds or remake your food if it’s messed up. You have a really good chance of wasting your money if you come here. 08/27/2024 4:30pm . We ordered a number 1 and a number 6. This keeps happening and I end yo driving to Mansfield instead because it’s genuinely worth it.
