Ordering our drinks from here so often we notice how well the crew gets our drinks right and delicious each time. Along with that, the batistas here are absolutely inviting and friendly. Even during a busy rush, smiles were seen all around the place that was very encouraging to see. Update: still awesome! And service has gotten even better. Im loving this new drink. 10/10 👍

By far the best location around. From 5am opening to 11pm closing they are always hustling and doing it with good vibes and smiles. I absolutely love this location. Shout out to a few of the people there but especially April. Who makes every drive thru trip magical. I appreciate you guys!

I love this place but as an active daily coffee drinker and spender for Dutch bros I can’t be the only one to advocate for some type of drive through line ordering service? 😩 The lines are sooooo crazy long and waiting over 30 minutes at 10 am on a weekday just blows my mind. Late everyday for work no matter how early I get here at Dutch bros. The company should definitely HELP their workers with adding this service in. The employees see alot of the harshness from customers due to the company not having this already in order when opening. They have way too much business to not add in such drive through service or hire more employees during 1 shift.

I’ve normally had a great experience but the last time we went, it left a bad taste in my mouth with the employees. They were a little rude. I rarely ever see the same person twice. The drink was good though. Just didn’t like the staff.

This location is extremely slow! I have placed mobile orders two days in a row and shown up 10 minutes after the time it is supposed to be ready and it still takes another 20 or so minutes to come out! Today was the final straw when I showed up after the time my drink was supposed to be ready and two people went upto the window and ordered and still got their drinks before me! What is the point in mobile orders if they aren’t fulfilling them in a timely manner?

Asked for a large and got a medium Strawberry Horchata Chai but charged as a large, suppose to have soft top and cinnamon sprinkles like broista said but did not recieve. Drank 3 sips and its already half way gone because 75% of the cup is filled with ice. Rather go to Crowley Dutch Bros that is slower but makes your drink right.

It’s taken longer than 30 minutes to Get my coffee the last three times I’ve visited. And it is lukewarm at best when I request extra hot. I’m done and won’t be back

Horrible!!!!! I am in my own vehicle and I pull up to pay and the girl tells me to put my cigarette out. That is is policy that customers cant smoke cigarettes while in line!!!!!

I'm honestly so disappointed. I ordered on the app for the first time and it was horrible. We confirmed the order and had to wait which is fine but when we got it it was luke warm, no whip cream and 0 candy cane flavor. I ordered the candy cane hot cocoa with whip cream extra sweet. This is the first and hopefully last time I'm disappointed by dutch bros. Staff was nice but maybe they're overwhelmed and thats how they made the mistake but it doesn't change the fact I paid like $8 for a drink that taste like warm water. Picture is right after I took the first sip.

I had a very disappointing experience due to the poor attitude and lack of customer service. The staff members are rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Instead of being respectful or offering solutions, they seemed annoyed by basic questions. Good customer service is about professionalism and courtesy, and unfortunately this experience fell far short of that. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated accordingly. Please start hiring people who ACTUALLY LIKE their jobs. THAK YOU :)

Stopped in this morning. Nice guy takes our order - three drinks, all hot. Get to the window, nice girl repeats back order, but adds ice to each drink. I told her that all drinks were hot, not iced. Karen peaks around her and says, "I'll have to upcharge you!" I tell her again that I didn't even say the word ice when I ordered. She had already made the incorrect ice drinks, so she starts dumping them into new cups and starts steaming them. Are you kidding me? Her behavior is NOT representative of DutchBros. I'm not sure what her issues are, but she was unhinged. The other girl was super sweet and nice tho, and the dude that entered the wrong info handed back all of my cash when I asked just to cancel the whole order and get my money back. Went to Starbucks instead and had no problems whatsoever.

HORRIBLY SLOW SERVICE!! I would highly recommend some other location. Dutch Bros is typically good coffee and quick service, but at this location, it took over 30 minutes to get our drinks, and it was 4:00 in the afternoon. Completely nonsense considering I could’ve made the drink myself on our expresso machine in less than two minutes.
