The burritos are my favorite, I'm an adult but I still get the kids meals because it's a good portion and the cinnamon chips are really good!

You have to visit the Burleson location. Great food, a little on the expensive side but they do make things homemade there. The chili sauce is a must try on your nachos.

Even though the prices have gone up, I'm still going to eat there. This place has been a staple in Burleson for as long as I can remember. Great service and great food. I personally love the nachos express or the taco salad!

His manager said "yes" and then Jessie did something that touched my heart ❤ I explained I didn't have any money,,my bank account had been hacked and he bought me a small drink on his own. The care I felt from him customer to worker was impressive. He has a heart of Gold and the manager (did not get his name) showed genuine care as well. In this world where everything is rushed,,,there are still angels with invisible wings. Plus,,, they have the best nachos!! 😋 Sometimes every once in a while instead of looking down on the phone,,, look up. The smiles that greet you are real and genuine ❤

It was a drive through mobile order. Not too much could go wrong. We did get the right food. Sometimes they doesn’t happen at the Fastaco in Crowley.

My wife and I went in and ordered the steak nachos and the beef enchilada plate, and the wait time was only about five minutes, which I thought was impressively fast. The steak nachos tasted great and were very flavorful, though for the higher price I do wish there had been a little more steak; overall, I’d still rate them a 9/10. My wife ordered the beef enchiladas with flour tortillas, which also came with two extra flour tortillas on the side, and she said they were a 10/10. We both loved the food and will definitely be coming back soon!

Excellent service! I came through the drive thru, got my stuff and drove away. I thought an item was missing. Went back through the drive thru and they replaced the item at no charge and no fuss. Then later I realized I had the item tucked and hidden where I couldn’t see it. So I went back through the drive through a third time like a psycho. This time I was met by a manager, who I apologized to and offered to pay for the item. They were very nice and understanding and didn’t make me feel like the absolute mad woman that I am.

Soo many choices but I ordered the 2 tostada's and 1 taco combo meal with a 32oZ drink with two sides of guacamole food was great service promt

Overall really good, excellent value too. Someone hooked up Coke Zero to the Diet Coke line, that was an unpleasant surprise.

Sometimes Training always goes back to its roots, Training is a motivator and it keeps everyone going as someone once told me, there will always be room for improvement along with prices, staff and more, and hoping it will one day hit that 5 star par! Only time will tell!

The food here is very good. However, I feel that it's a little pricey for fast food. They have a Taco Tuesday, but you only get a discounted taco price if you purchase the whole meal of 3 tacos, beans, rice and warm flour tortillas. I would like to see individual tacos be discounted so you could just purchase any number of tacos that you want. That being said, the food is good. The taco meat is well seasoned and the refried beans are delicious. I used the flour tortillas to roll up some bean burritos!

FasTaco is always good. I just don't agree with their price increase to their menu. A lot of the prices for a single item is kind of crazy and doesn't make sense. I don't go there as much anymore because of how much they've increased the price on everything.

Been going to fast taco my whole life. Over 20years. But today i ate my last taco burger. The prices are stupid high for not much food.

This place is still a good place to eat, I'm drawing on 30 yrs experience eating here and it's just not the same today as 1993. Still better than any taco bell.

We like this place , we haven’t had a experience with rudeness or a wrong order. But the prices here are really high for what you get. 2 people eating here should not cost $40 it’s really ridiculous. This food chain should go down on their prices or make their food portions much bigger!

I normally don't give below 3 stars 🌟 unless I feel unfairly mistreated. I personally would choose FAST Taco over a few alike popular fast-food joints, yet in this case in comparison to this location, I'd choose the competitor or just drive down to Joshua (they for sure have better service, cleaned up the drive thru, etc). With that said, on this particular day, I was about to drop off a friend around 8pm, but we decided to stop and get a quick meal for our families. We requested to have two separate orders, and it was reassured twice before placing our orders. Once we get to the window, the transactions were paid separately, yet the guy at the window said, "I hope you don't mind we put both orders in the bags together?" My response, was yes we do mind because I'm dropping her off right now, so please separate them as we indicated in the beginning. He comes back with a sorry excuse, saying "you'll need to separate the order yourselves because we have a long line of cars to help. I placed extra bags for you." Without arguing, we pulled up front, rearranged our order and saw only 3 cars behind us. 🤦‍♀️ Just wondering if others have experienced something similar? On a good note, he did get our orders correct. 🤷‍♀️

Not fast at all, when you walk in the menu screens aren't working. Instead of being directed to the print out menus the staff at the counter just stare at you. Which gave off creepy vibes from the start, but we were hungry and so we stayed. The food took a long time to get to us, maybe longer than 20 minutes, with two young children this felt like an eternity. When we did get our food the orders of enchiladas were a bit tough, I had to use a knife, but then it count through the strophone container. I don't recommend this area, it was Valentine's day, maybe a lot of the workers asked for the day off. Who knows.

Trust me when I tell you, go to crowley fastaco before you go to the burleson location. You will laugh if you compare the size of just the bean burritos. 🤣

Please just go to Dos Juanitos off Willshire Rd. We all now they make great food. And you will pay less. Like $10 vs $17. Fastaco is charging $17 for a $8-$9 quesadilla!? I almost left, but wanted to see if I was getting extra food. Nope. The prices before were already a premium to fast food competitors. On par with premium TexMex. But at $17, you can get better food and cheaper at other places.

This used to be one of my favorite places but the prices are more expensive than going to an actual Mexican restraunt, you also get about half the amount of food you you used to get, half the food, double the price and they can not get your order correct to save their lives.

Food is overpriced and ingredients are lacking. 5.39 for the pictured combo burrito. Most places bean burrito is bigger. Drive thru guy could have been friendlier too.

Don't even waste your time stopping at this place anymore. Just got my order home minus the $5 chulupa I just bought and when I called they said they can't do anything about it without a receipt even tho I was just there 5 minutes ago. They offered me a receipt in the drive thru but I declined cause who knew you were going to need it because they are incompetent and totally lack customer service. I grew up on fas taco in burleson since the 90s, but today is my absolute last time to ever stop there.

We drove from Arlington because this was one of our favorite places to eat when we were living closer. I’m certain the food is still really good. Today we drove up, they are still not open for dining in and I’m done eating in my car. I’m voting with my review - I’m done eating messier foods in my car. Your loss in revenue today and future opportunities if you don’t open your lobby again.

Edit: gave them another chance and it is STILL overpriced. A soft taco is over $3 and this is the size of the taco???? Are you kidding me?!?!? 3 soft tacos was over $10!!! Overpriced and now they barely even give you any hot sauce with the stupid new pouches. I’ll stick with taco casa.

The employees here are always, without fail, so freaking RUDE. I ordered 3 soft taco express, which are fairly large tacos. At the drive through window the “woman” asked if I wanted any sauces, I said “yes please about 10 packets of taco sauce.” She said “I can’t give you 10. I can give you 5.” Huh??? So you mean to tell me I can spend $12.50 on only THREE tacos and get 1.66 packets of taco sauce per taco? I use 3 per taco because the packets are tiny. Hey owner, is this a rule? And why do you allow your employees to act like the taco sauces come out of their paycheck? Get a life, lady.

Please Pay attention to the reviews! They are HORRIBLE. We went not too long ago and they got our order wrong ( they forgot to put guacamole on both chalacos). It happened again today but when we went back we were told we would have to PAY THEM to correct THEIR mistake. They weren’t apologetic or even courteous regarding the fact that they had inconvenienced us by getting our order wrong so we just got a refund ( of course we had to give them the food back, which they threw in the trash). The quality of the food already doesn’t match the high prices they charge, but my family won’t ever be going back here and we won’t miss it either.

You used to have the best people working here. But unfortunately the girl taking orders this morning 11/3 was extremely rude. Got home and there was no cheese on my $7 nachos - so I had to waste 15 minutes going back and sitting in line again. Her and the guy working the line then had the nerve to ask for my box back, as if I was lying. Right about the time they opened it and saw nothing but chips and peppers, I hope they realized their big mistake and are expecting this review. My replacement box was also the smallest nachos I've ever received from your company. These two associates need a serious evaluation, because I would guarantee I'm not your only customer who has been treated this way.

At about 9:45pm on 4/11/23 I ordered 6 tacos upon getting home and getting ready to enjoy my food I realized that my order’s were mixed up with someone’s else instead of my tacos i have received a plate of nacho’s and small chips and guac. My total for my tacos was about $15. On the morning of 4/12 I contacted the restaurant to inform them of the mistake that took place, the woman I spoke to said to bring the (old) food back to them so they could “throw it out”. Out of curiosity I asked her how much that order would have cost me, she stated that it would of been 17$ which seemed quite high for some nachos so I decided to take a look at their website, come to find out my total would of roughly been $10 for that order. I don’t mind the mistake being made, but I definitely do not appreciate being lied to. Upon checking the price I tried to contact the restaurant second time around at which point they just hung up on me. I will not go back there again in the future because of how they handled my situation. I don’t give my business to restaurants like this.

Ben eating there for years. Best tacos and the only place that has real nachos, (THAT'S BEEFY NACHOS) will not eat there or go back because the prices are too high they're double from everybody else. And to top it off it's drive-through only you can't even go in and enjoy your food you have to eat in your car and get it everywhere.

I’ve come here for nearly twenty years now and the food has always been great and the people very nice. But now, on top of their prices growing continuously, they’ve begun charging extra for paying with card. In Texas, it is illegal to surcharge debit cards entirely. Credit cards cannot be surcharged either, but can have other fees around that. But they have never asked me what kind of card I am using. I understand inflation and a tough economy causing prices to rise, but I will not continue to do business with them wheel they have this illegal practice going on to price gouge us consumers.

honestly this whole experience from tonight has me distraught and really disgusted. the young man working window tonight was awful! he’s was rude and honestly made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to be there. i myself work in a customer facing atmosphere and i could never imagine treating a customer the way we were treated last night. he was making air gestures like we were being rushed and his whole attitude was awful. if i was the manager, i certainly wouldn’t want him on my schedule.
