First timer here! We ordered the 12" Memphian with a large macaroni and cheese. We also got a free dessert and two free teas for signing up on the McCalister's app. They did NOT disappoint. We'll be back!

So your looking at $40 worth of sandwiches wow, but how about they want you to tip before you get your meal, seat your self. I just cant understand what makes this franchise think its ok to charge like they are a restaurant and ask for tips, but really they are not. I have come to the conclusion that its a plot to get us to pay more to there employees without paying them what they should and still make huge profits because they charge as if they have restaurant attendents on the seated floor waiting table's.

We have visited this location in the past but stopped coming...and now remember why. The service is good, the food is okay...but doesn't match the advertised pictures. Portions are smaller, and amounts differ. My chicken salad sandwich was more bread than anything else, as was hubby's roast beef. The food was awful. My fruit bowl on the side had mold all over it. The employees all had a bad attitude. I stopped in while traveling out of town. This is the worst McAlester's I have ever been to.

My friend an I ordered curbside and all the curbside spots were taken. We went inside to the mobile pick-up area and tried to tell an employee that we ordered curbside, but we are waiting inside because there are no available curbside spots. The girl was extremely rude and just wanted to tell us how busy they were. I told her I’m not trying to get my order quicker, I’m just letting yall know I’m inside. After checking in, I received a call maybe 5 minutes later saying they couldn’t find my car. I told them I’m inside near the to-go area. He was upset that he couldn’t find my car after I already told the very rude employee we were inside. I tried to speak with the man when he brought my order over to me, but he wouldn’t speak to us and just fast walked back to the kitchen. To top it all off, we get back to work and one of the orders was completely wrong. We call the store and you guessed it, the manager was too busy to chat. I wouldn’t recommend curbside or online orders unless you want to test your patience and receive the wrong order.

I had the worst experience at this location today. I walked in with a simple question for the elderly lady at the front cashier and if I can remember correctly her name was “Trish”, well she was absolutely disrespectful and refused to answer a simple question. She could’ve just easily read my email and confirmed my question. She just huffed, rolled her eyes, was just standing there not assisting anyone else, and made someone else help me. I have never had any bad experiences here but this was absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back, there was no need to be rude to any of your customers. Especially those who have already prepaid for their food.

My wife and I ordered food this weekend. My wife said her food didn’t taste right so she did. My food tasted fine, but I ended up very sick!

I went in for a late lunch, ordered a Turkey Sandwich that had very little Turkey in it, a cup of vegetable soup with hardly anything in it other than broth. I went the day before and they forgot to give me my salad dressing. I’m not sure what’s going on but I’ve been going to this McAlister’s for MANY years now, and I am very disappointed.

Brinnley needs training on customer service or needs to find something better suited for her personality. We waited on our food for over 30 minutes. The booths are in desperate need of repair. This location is not aligned with their brand. Please do better!

Ashley G did an amazing job but this place is customer service is absolutely disappointing… I asked and paid for extra pork in a cup for my honey bbq pork nachos. The manager over Ashley refused to do this… Instead, giving us a refund which makes no sense cause I might as well just walk up there with the three dollars and say I would like extra pork… We will always go to the TCU area McAllister‘s from here on!!! Do better!!!

Ordered take out got home, opened my sandwich and a long black hair. 8/1/25 5:00 pm gross just threw it in the trash
