I came in at 1020 on Wednesday morning...got 3 large drinks .... not one car in entire parking lot.... And waited 12 min for the drinks ... I even pushed the button twice to see what hold up was ?!? I worked at Sonic for 5 years SOOOO I know it's supposed to go out in under 2 min or it's free especially drinks ..... The carhop was apologized but barely ... Sooooo dissatisfied

Do not do the mobile app pick-up you will never get your food. I waited AN HOUR for a soda and ended up leaving because it never came. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be telling everyone I know to not come here

I would hate to see the cooks toilet seat at home because this is ridiculous. I asked for a hotdog with ketchup and mustard on it not all over the hot dog Don’t eat here there are plenty of other places in Burnet that have better food you can go to storms Taco Bell. They have a bunch of Mexican restaurants, crazy gals, mama‘s home cooking. All of these places are better than sonic

Came to get a premium chicken bites large entree medium combo as it says on the menu. I was told that's not a thing. They will sell them to me individually. Then was told do you want it or not otherwise goodbye.

The guy taking the order was in a rush for no reason. I was barely able to get one word out before he cut me off and ended my order. (I had only ordered one tea.) I was very annoyed by the lack of service and am disappointed that this location has gone down the toilet. If the employees are going to be in that bad of a rush they need to quit.

Ordered online, when it wasn’t even busy at this location. Waiting 35 mins to cancel an order of two drinks. Compared to other locations. Longest wait time for two medium drinks. Received two coupons. Doesn’t cover time wasted.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. We ordered 3 drinks and a pretzel and it took almost 30 minutes to get. This place is incredibly poorly managed. There were 6 employees sitting outside at picnic tables like they were all in break at the same time. The entire place made zero effort to provide any kind of decent service. Oh, despite my repeating the order 3 times, they still somehow managed to screw it up and one drink had no ice in it at all.

This location is ROUTINELY awful in the amount of time customers have to wait for their order. Again today, I placed an online order for a tea and a coffee. I knew it would probably take longer than normal so I ordered it about 10mins before I arrived. When I got there I checked in (numerous other vehicles were already there). No carhops were coming in/out at all. After a little bit, a male came from the side and went in (like just arriving for work - maybe a cook) then a female carhop started coming out to the vehicles. After waiting 20mins at the location, I called the posted number but not no answer. It was approx 25mins for 2 DRINKS to be delivered to my vehicle. Marble Falls and Kingsland Sonic’s have great response times but Burnet has a huge on-going problem.

Absolutely despicable service. Corporate should do something about this franchise. Just moved back to area. First time at this location. Hot day, stopped by for a 44 Ocean Water. Pressed button and waited at least 5 minutes. Finally some unfriendly individual takes my order, no thank you, no it will be right out just something best described as a grunt that resembled "okay". Waited 10 minutes or so and finally just drove off. Seriously, if this is the best you can do just shut it down won't be back.

Ordered on app, waited 7 minutes past time it stated order would be ready. Lady brought order out, read it off receipt.....all was right. Get home, (live out of town), and opened bag to find they had one of 2 sandwiches ordered and NO fries. $20.12 for something I didn't order!! ALWAYS SOMETHING AT THIS SONIC!! DONE!! GET SOME BETTER HELP!!

I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But after 2 times....nope. HORRIBLE....the car hop tried to hand me a double cupped milk shake with chocolate all over the cup. Please clean that off before handing that to me...why is it double cupped? Small hole in cup...my chocolate sunday was not even full, my husband's milk shake was blown out of the bottom of cup. His hamburger tasted spoiled, tater tots tasted like sugar was on them, my chili cheese coney was over microwaved and cheese was disintegrated. Unbelievable.

I have been getting breakfast burritos in the mornings. Yesterday August 31, 2022. It was great but this morning on September 1, 2022. I got a 2 bite burrito. I was upset asked the worker what this was she said they went from 3 Oz. To 2 oOz. I used to do meal prep and this barley looks like 1 oz. I would like this fixed.
