Classic McDonald's: fast, convenient, and you always know what to expect. The service is prompt and the staff is friendly, even during the busiest times. The place is clean and spacious, perfect for a quick break or a snack with friends. On weekends, it's crowded (especially families and young people), but that's normal. Overall, everything is good: good sandwiches, fair prices, and always efficient service.

No ticket restaurant accepted ( as in many McDonald's I have been visited). In general same good standard services and courtesy as usual. Well done!

As usual, there's a few mistakes in the order—once the wrong drink, another time the ice, another time the wrong sauce, but this time even a sandwich with only two ingredients (cheese and ham)—the wrong ones. I had asked for a toast without cheese, and the package says "without cheese," but at home, my daughter found cheese in her toast, a nasty surprise for her. When she opened her "not so" Happy Meal, she didn't eat her toast. I also check the bag to make sure everything is there, but if I have to start checking inside the packages to make sure everything was done properly, I'd better change the location. Maybe your staff needs a supervisor with a little experience, not a woman who manages by yelling left and right.

Every time I order sauces, they don't add them (even though I pay the price). I ordered a Happy Meal with toast and chips, and they made me a toasted sandwich WITHOUT HAM (which I didn't ask for). The chips are always cold and truly awful. Every day the food gets worse, and the orders are always missing something or something is wrong!!!

The service is always slow and poor. Whether it's drive-thru or at the counter, there's always some mistake in preparing the order, and today we reached the limit of decency because we couldn't eat. Yet another mistake... not just in the preparation of the menus, but even a complete mix-up of the order. We were given a menu from another order. We tried to contact them by phone to see what to do given the distance from the restaurant, but they responded after AN HOUR. Probably the worst Mc Donald's in the area.
