Went to Taba BBQ with my husband. We both live in Cabo but are from the states. I grew up in the south so BBQ is a must for me. Everything here was sooooo good! Service was quick and friendly. Drinks were amazing. I got colada loca and my husband had the low rider margarita, sooo good! Bartender and host were friendly and charismatic and everything we ordered was delicious. The home made sauces are great, I tried them all and didn’t dislike one of them :) we had the beef brisket with 3 sides, cauliflower, potato wedges, and mac n cheese. We were so happy when we saw they have Root beer on the menu as we haven’t been able to find normal root beer with sugar since we’ve lived here. Such a great meal! Definitely recommend!

Just came here with our toddler and my in laws on our first trip to Cabo: came across it searching Google for some good alternatives to more tacos and what a good decision it was! First off the vibe and atmosphere is just so cool- the decor, music, and service was fantastic and very unique for the area. And the food was bomb- my husband especially loved barbecue and was super impressed with the brisket. The smoked half chicken literally fell apart with the touch of a fork, so good! The price is fair, on par with what we would pay in Canada. Thank you Taba BBQ for a great dinner experience!

Being from Texas and having enjoyed Franklin, Blacks, Stubbs, Stiles Switch and many other, I can attest to the quality, brisket ranks high, sausage was the best, chicken succulent, sides flavorful. All this unexpectedly in an off street in Cabo across from the OXXO.

Taba’s meat is on-point! They do a fantastic job with their menu as well as delivery. Their sauces are on fire! And the current location is a slam-dunk. This is by far one of the best places to get BBQ meat in town. Highly recommend!

Taba BBQ off the beaten path, but this should be a stop for every barbecue lover. This is on the northeast side of the marina a few blocks away from the marina. We ordered a brisket sandwich, which was buttery and tender! Super good flavor! A half pound of spare ribs, also fall off the bones tender. A chopped cheese sandwich, which is brisket and a cheese sauce sandwich. A large side of wedge fries and a small side of potato salad. The food here was so delicious! I wish we would’ve known about this place on previous trips. The employees were gracious and friendly. They offered their suggestions for our large group. The restaurant had good music playing, maybe just a touch loud as it was a little difficult to hold a conversation. They also had playoff basketball on the TV’s. Overall this place was a definite stop for us on all of our future trips! The employees so friendly and the food amazingly good!

Holy cow, Batman! I find it unbelievable that I have to leave the US, the birthplace of BBQ, to find the best! I'm from Florida with some of the best ever, Texas is also good, I agree, but we like it sticky and sweet. Taba was neither. The meat is unsauced but absolutely done right. Tender, slow cooked, full of smoke. I barely bothered with sauce except the mustard based one which was simply astounding and required me to use a bit. Brisket and pork belly were absolutely perfect in appearance, flavor and texture. Pork ribs were fall-off -the-bone as they should be. Mac and cheese is a new favorite, we liked the beans, but the cauliflower burnt ends are a stroke of genius that shouldn't be missed. Beef ribs are only available Saturdays but tonight there were none because of quality issues. There's no better sign of a good restaurant than one unwilling to serve food that isn't the best. Super friendly staff, every single one of them. Because we immediately tucked into the plate of heaven I neglected photos of the food. My apologies. We followed our nose to the best BBQ in Cabo San Lucas. Their smoked meats, burger, sausage, and hand-crafted sauces are superb. Hickory-smoked Texas-style meat candy at its finest! Plus a full bar and craft brews. We couldn’t decide, so the pit master created a beautiful sample tray for our sensory pleasure. The flavors and textures blew us away! Perfection. These guys and gals have some serious chops, not to mention good company. We actually skipped our dinner reservation to hang out here with great food and delightful company. Thank you Chris and crew. We will sing your praises to anyone who wants to know where to get amazing BBQ!

Texas BBQ in Cabo. Not gonna lie, we were skeptical but it was delicious. We had the fried pickles, onion rings, bbq sliders, and Texas trinity with beans. It overall, the food was good. The smoke of the brisket was very good and tender, the jalapeño cheddar sausage had good flavor. The BBQ sliders and onion rings were good. The fried pickles were a little over cooked and the brisket beans were just ok. I will say, their BBQ sauces were top tier. Each had a different flavor profile but paired well with the meats and were all very good. Definitely worth a try, you won’t be disappointed.

place was empty on a Thursday night so the service was top notch. Will say the food was mediocre at best, had the brisket sandwich with onion rings and a watermelon Marg. Portions were small so low value for dollar and the Marg was in a tom collins glass very small and underwhelming. This place could be better with larger portions for both food and drink. Probably wont go back

I ordered a brisket sandwich with a side. Once I got the bill it was determined they charged & gave me the brisket plate which was a small portion. A brisket plate, coke & tip was $40 dollars. The plate included only two tiny rolls and food wasn’t that good. It was very disappointing to be given the wrong item and to be overcharged. It wasn’t worth the cost. The flies are overwhelming in the restaurant as well. To top it off they also packed up my to go order in the kitchen and didn’t include my side to go.
