Maybe the worst subway I’ve tried I tried he world, i always come here and try to buy subway twice and couldn’t because if was five minutes before closing so they were not serving any more even though all restaurants were serving food, told me they only accepted cash two times and when I tried it I got disappointed I’ve tried subway in more than 6 countries and always liked it except here.
Terrible service. The cashier, "Daniela," is arrogant and rude. Instead of ringing you up, she makes you wait while she checks her phone. This isn't the first time it's happened, and it's very disappointing for the brand, as they clearly don't manage or train their staff. Also, their closing time is often problematic; they frequently start refusing service as early as 8:40, even though they're supposed to close at 10:30. Completely disappointing.
The place and the Subway food were great, but the service was terrible. The girl who was serving me was very arrogant, abusive, and haughty. I went to buy something, but the awful service made me leave. I left with a white flag and went to buy from Boneless Tapachula. The girl there refused to give her name; she was short, sick, and grumpy. What terrible service!
The morning opening hours they advertise are inaccurate, as they perform maintenance on their equipment at that time. So, for Subway, it leaves much to be desired. I definitely don't recommend going in the mornings; they don't have consistent opening hours.
Its been horrible. 3 or 4 days have passed And they don't have half of the specials, everything is dirty, and they close up early. Both subways , this one and the other one in 17 oriente
