Great selection of local fresh specialities, flavours from both the sea and the land. Enjoy your meal with views to the Atlantic seaside. Would definitely recommend the papas aliña, the croquetas, the lightly fried pez gallo and anything with Payoyo cheese! 10/10 would recommend this place which has got the right mix of the right food for the right value.
It's right in the hustle and bustle of the seafront, yet it doesn't have inflated prices. The portions are substantial, and everything is delicious. From the croquettes, which seem like they're homemade, with their special mint-flavored mayonnaise, to the pork, which I really didn't expect to be so good. The fried cuttlefish, of course, was good. The only shame, because the sauce that came with it was delicious, the chicken pieces were a bit burnt. The staff—I totally admire them—they were always busy and had a great sense of humor. 👏
Its very good
Volveremos.
The service was excellent, both from the bar and table staff. They were professional and worked quickly. Nothing more could be asked for. As for the food, the "papa aliñá" (seasoned potatoes) was very good, although a bit bland, and so was the chicharrón (pork rinds). The choco was more difficult. They don't serve coffee, and the "grandmother's cake" was a flop.
A beach restaurant with typical dishes, from shrimp, calamari, salad, etc. We sat down to eat and browsed the menu, and we weren't disappointed. We ordered shrimp and calamari, both of very good quality, and some more modern dishes like the Cadiz spring roll, a real discovery. Quick and attentive service at reasonable prices.
The place is a tavern for a few snacks. It's not a plain tablecloth restaurant, nor does it claim to be, neither the dishes nor the prices. The food is good (I recommend the potato salad and the anchovies), although it needed a touch of salt. Nothing that wouldn't solve the problem if you ordered it. The waitresses were attentive, pleasant, and quick. We ate well and were treated wonderfully.
Very nice location, fast service and good quality food!
Good food, good service, nice view. Menue on the pricey side.
Good traditional Gaditano food
It's a nice place. Friendly staff. Good heating system on the terrace for a cold winter night ❄
Tourist place. Avoid. The food is basic and expensive. 6€ for 4 slices of bread. Not even served with olive oil or butter. It’s on the beach though. And service is very nice. But if you want to good food. Nope.
No volveré.
Avoid!!! Appalling service, rude staff with attitude and laughable when they can’t get a single order right on any table in their restaurant during the 2 hours we were sat that waiting for service,…

Decepcionante! No volveremos
Lamentable. Clásico restaurante atrapa-incautos y de visita única. Muy malo. Evitar a toda costa.
Our drinks were served warm because their refrigerators were broken. We asked if the potato salad had peas and carrots, and they said no, but when it was served, the first thing we saw were the peas and carrots. The dressed potatoes were hard and clearly not fresh; they also tasted strongly of vinegar. We ordered fried roosterfish, and it was dry. The spring roll was recommended by the waitress, but it was very bland. And to top it all off, we ordered a mushroom risotto, and when it arrived, it didn't taste like risotto at all and had a very strong soy sauce flavor, which risotto shouldn't have, so we had to send it back. We asked to speak to the cook, and the woman who came out told us she was a kitchen assistant and that the chef was on vacation and that the dishes were already prepared. This reinforces the idea that the dishes were outdated. In conclusion, it's very expensive for the terrible quality of the food, and it's clearly a typical tourist trap.
I came to eat with my family, the first waitress who greeted us was super rude and unfriendly, she was almost ready to throw a stone at us, another of the waitresses served us without any joy, the entire service was disorganized, only one of the waitresses was very friendly, but the rest were deficient, they lack the life to work in customer service, the food was nothing more, I ordered a cheek and it had an undertone of soap or floor cleaner, we also ordered a burger with goat cheese and caramelized Seville but it arrived without the onion and the fried fish was quite average, you can tell it wasn't fresh and it needed some salt. In my experience, I really wouldn't recommend it. (In the photos it looks "good" but the flavor is what matters and it wasn't very good and the price was outrageous for the food.
We waited for a table to be available. We were told we were next in line. One table became available but two local women sat down without hesitation. We complained but we were basically told that… ‘sorry, bad luck’. Unacceptable behaviour!
Rudest experience I have ever had in a restuarant, I would give minus stars if possible
Very rude service, they made a mistake and instead of apologies we got bad words. Servers at this place don't know how to treat customers. We will not goback
